4 stars just because they don’t include a quick cleaning or spray down of their lawn mower services. I had to water spray out the normal dirt and grass at home. Great customer service - great price - $67 for oil change - new filter - blade sharpening - spark plug. Highly recommend for a normal service of lawn mower. Turn around time for lawn mower service 24-48 hrs

Called them several times. They claimed they never got the call. Jeff is extremely rude. Needed lawn mower blade sharpened. It was returned a few days I finally had need to use it. It ran for about 5-10 minutes and then died and would not re-start. Bf checked and saw blades put on upside down and an issue with. Manager didnt care to own or fix mistake. I asked them to take a look at it and was hung up on. They lie and are rude. Will never go again.

They seem to have or be able to get the parts I need. Now they carry EGO. Thats fantastic.

They had my pressure washer for over a month. Didnt do anything, when I came to pick it up, its Parts are in bags but they didnt fix anything. I will end up fixing it myself with parts off Amazon that I already found. Why did I come here? 99 dollar pump, 10 minute install. I should start my own shop!

Very good and honest service at a reasonable price. They always call before continuing any work over original estimate when dropped off. Also work on generators, chain saws, blade and chain sharpening.

Great turn around time and price! Fortunately I havent had to use them much over the years but each time had great service. To be honest, I need to start getting my mowers in more often.

Called to ask about a part and From the moment hey answered the phone was very smart commented and I’ve worked in the auto industry for 8 years I can figure out part numbers and not some dumb idiot but even if I was how can a business be so rude and still be in business. The staff at Rosemount Saw & Tool are very helpful and thorough. I had my snowblower winterized and pressure washer tuned up. I was kept in the loop as to what was going on and the estimated price for the two items was right in the range quoted so no surprises there. I like the small business feel and appreciate that the manager gave me a follow up call on the service appointment to confirm my satisfaction. Thank You!

Honest sales staff and service technicians.

Brought my husqvarna lawn tractor in to get the blades sharpened and level the deck if needed. Received a call that it was finished 2 days later after I had called to see what the deal was since I hadnt heard anything. Paid $60 total to have the blades sharpened. Brought the tractor home, started it up, and started mowing my lawn. Mowed 2 passes and saw that the grass was all torn up down to the dirt. Raised the mower in into the air to find the blades put on upside down. I called them and they told me to bring in back in. (Why would I waste my gas and time to bring it back so they could forget something else). I decided to take the deck off and reinstall the blades the correct way.Couple days later, today, (6/15/2017), I was near the store and stopped in to show them the pictures and told them my grass was all chewed up. The manager came out and told me that it wouldnt tear up the grass, it would just push the grass down... I walked out because I was so irritated and didnt want to get into an altercation. Please just own up to the mistakes that your Techs make if there is valid proof. As a veteran and somebody who loves to help local businesses grow, I will not recommend this place to anybody in the future.

I normally dont leave reviews but my experience today was beyond disappointing. I have been a customer since moving to Rosemount three years ago. Ive had multiple lawn mowers and a snowblower tuned up since moving to town. I went in this morning 3/20/18 to donate a relatively new lawn mower and was told I would have to pay $11.00 for disposal! I could not believe it and was at a total loss of words as I walked out. I doubt they even recognized me as a returning customer. Ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Awesome customer service. I was going to bring a few items in for sharpening. Friday night my guy called to see if they were open, the answering machine said they were closed but Saturdays hours ended at 3pm.Saturday, I checked online just before heading over to see what time they closed. online also said 3pm. So when I got there I was mildly annoyed to find they closed at noon due to a local event. I went home and called and left a message on the answering machine (which still said 3pm closing) to say they should change the message if they are going to close earlier than usual. On Monday morning I got a phone call. They apologized and made sure I was happy by the end of the phone call. These guys have great customer service and are pleasant to talk to. Thy have earned a lifetime customer and great word of mouth advertisement....:-)

My Trail mower has been here for over a month. I understand repairs dont happen overnight but I have been more than patient. The customer service hasnt been poor but the fact that my equipment still isnt done is a very big inconvenience. I may change my mind if they decide to take it off the bill which Im sure wont happen. If you need your equipment back in a timely fashion I would suggest going elsewhere.

Horrible. Went for a screw regarding my 1999 snowblower for carburetor. Got sold the wrong screw for 18 dollars. Took it home realized it was the wrong screw. Never threaded. Would not return it until I gave them the engine serial number instead which I never knew I had to give based upon the previous salesman. Would not refund until my 4 dollar screw came in a week later. I will never use them for anything! Horrible customer service! Only got a 1 because I cant give them a 0!

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I brought my snow blower here to have the auger and chute repaired and a tune up. The snow blower has an electric start and I never had any problems with it starting, even the day before I brought it in. But because it sat for awhile since the auger wasnt working I asked them to give it a tune up as well. $300 later I brought the snow blower home. My husband went to start it, it didnt start. He called Rosemount Saw and Tool back and was given a few suggestions, which he tried, still didnt start so he was told to let it sit for a while and try again. He let it sit for the night, started it the next day and the engine didnt sound quite right, he put it in gear and the engine basically blew up. Both the manager and the owner refuse to take any responsibility for what happened and are refusing to refund my money. They were rude and admitted to caring less about what customers have to think and say about them.******found out these guys failed to put oil in this snowlblower after paying $300 for a part replacement and tune up***** I have the owner - Gary Betters recorded saying HE DOESNT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER!!!! Dont ever go here - save your money.

If I could put in negative stars I would... Worst customer service I have ever experienced, Lying and the kid that checked me out told me they sharpened the chain and told them to call me and try to upsell. He was going to take it off the bill but I told him I would pay for the service as long as the saw ran well. Low and behold when I got home the saw did not run... I returned to have it fixed again I was asked where I bought it, I told him and he said that they probably sold me a used chainsaw, that Tractor supply had washed out the gas tank, washed the bar oil reservoir, put all brand new stickers back on it, put a new bar and chain on, etc. Then said I should have bought from them.... My two cents is if they can come up with a scheme like that, they are probably doing it themselves... Then at the end, now I am paying for another service to hopefully get it fixed right.... Beware

I have used Rosemount tool and saw for several repairs over the past few year and every time they have been fair price, timely with repairs, and thorough. Their hours sometime make it tough for me to pick up or drop off during t e weekday but every time I have called to ask if I could drop off or pick up it a few minutes after closing the have been graciously accommodating. In total I have had 2 different lawn mower repairs, a string trimmer, snow blower tune up and many sharpening services. There is not one interaction I would give less than 4 out of 5 stars. I am so happy with the service I am stopping by today to purchase a brush cutter.Geoff Kusick and his team at Rosemount tool and saw make it the reason I will shop with them over online or any big box for the same products.Sincerely,RJ
