They were pretty fast even if it is busy during COVID-19.

Great service for being very busy. went in for balance and rotation. And, found a huge problem with the tires. They took me to see the issue. They didnt force it on me to replace anything. Told me what my options were and prices. They quickly came up with a better option and I had to take up on a great deal. Not what I wanted to do for sure but they took care of a problem I did have and saved me over $500 on total price

Ever since technology has taken over, it seems like the employees at this location dont care about the customer anymore! Where is the quality customer care? The southern hospitality! Some customers do not have phones that scan. So, when I was at this location 2 weeks ago at 7:30 a.m. waiting to get serviced 1st. A lady walks up after 8:00 a.m. scans and get serviced before me! Thats not right! So, when I addressed the employee checking me in, he said it was not his problem! OMG!

First time to sit in my car while they put on new tire! Didnt have to wait long at all bc how quickly they work!! Those guys are hard workers!! First time to use my phone to get in line for service... they have a QR code on a sign and you scan it with your QR reader on your phone if you have one. Thats how I had to sign up to get my spot in line nowadays. How things evolve over time is unreal especially with all this new technology!!

I love these guys. I knew I picked up a souvinir when my jingle bells all come on and the truck ws hollering her hoof hurt. She was deflating quick. They found a screw, pulled and plugged me and had me on my way so fast I still had my day open. Nice!

I went in Tuesday because my tire was flat the morning I woke up. I went to the store to put air in it just until i went to get a new tire. After 2 hours of waiting to be helped, the man tells me he doesn’t see a problem with my tire after me showing him a picture of it being flat but he said he’ll still check it out for me. Here we are thursday and my tire is sitting back on the floor and i’m stranded because they like to do what they want to do. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this location or their service.

Poor customer service. I went in to have my tires inspected. The guy seemed put out. After determining I needed to replace two tires, we walked in the store and the guy literally let’s go of the door in my face. His attitude didn’t stop there. I told the guy I am going to NTB and see if they want my business and walked out the door. I will never return to this location again.

Thanks to this location I will no longer be a discount tire customer . The lack of assistance is truly saddening for this great brand. I got my car towed here due to my warranty and this is the second time they have tried to scape their responsibility claiming those aren’t the warranties tires. All tires are same and were purchased via discount tire with warranty. Their justification is that tire is older and they would not put on a tire two years older than the others? How am I to control that? That’s u see their control when I purchased the tires originally. Either way they don’t give you any other assistance . Just brush you away to the next customer . Don’t expect them to look into your issue further they’re only here for a quick fix . Specifically rep named Lillian and one of the Managers.

My experience getting my tire fixed today was awesome. I never had to leave my car and didnt have a long wait.

My husband had 4 new tires put onto his corvette today. We dropped it off in the morning and they didn’t bother to call to tell us when it was done. We went to pay and they attached an additional charge for hazard insurance to the tires. Which we didn’t ask for. After inspection of the tires the used metal claps on the rims which chipped off pieces of the rim. Mounting glue was left all over the rims and the tires...this may be ok for for some people but not what you would expect for new tires. And for the car to come back damaged after, its unacceptable.

Fast service and friendly people. I got 4 new tires, walked in at 8:30 a.m. and drove off at 9:20 a.m. Its better to come in to the store instead of shopping online. The people in the store have discretion and could cut you a better deal than what you will get buying online.

I had my tires rotated and balanced. When I noticed how rough my truck was driving with every bump in the road, I checked the inflation. The front tires were overinflated by 10 pounds. I called the store to complain to the manager. John claimed to be the manager. He informed me they had instructed the employees to increase pressure on trucks by about 8 pounds. I will choose a different store in the future.

I have been going to Discount Tire since I started driving and got my first car, mainly this location. I love the service, they always take care of me. I recently got a flat tire, had my car towed up there, called and gave them all my info and they took care of everything. I picked my car up the next day and all I had to do was pay. It was so simple and quick and as a mother of a 13 year old and 3 month old that is very important to me. Thanks Discount!!

I bought some tires from discount tire Rosenberg Texas had problems with one of my tires I had separation on one of the tires the customer service there said that one of the tires were splitting and also told me that they discontinued the tire and could not no longer get it so he ordered me two tires because the one tire I could not I had to buy two tires sounds like some frauding to me I went several times to that store and try to correct this problem the manager didnt want to work with me I kept on getting a bumpy my two front mirrors was shaking my doors were shaking he could not fix it several times he finally caught it after so many times they offer warranty but only offered $20 off my tire and what kind of warranty d is that they fraud too much in a modern-day crooks I could not solve this problem so I told him they could keep the tires discount tire theyre frauding modern-day scam artist they try to sell me warranty again with two new tires cuz I could not put one tire and try to sell the tire new tires again and didnt even offer me new warranty but $20 off I spent more gas going back and forth them are some frauding people Ill tell you

JUST got my tires checked for air... At least 7 different employees saw me waiting in the stall for air check.. I sat ..I sat ..I sat and I sat.... FINALLY after 5 minutes one employee acknowledge my presence and give him a moment... Which I waited again... finally a different tech in a red shirt came over and filled my tires.. I get it if theyre busy busy..BUT WHEN YOU SEE A TECH IN A RED SHIRT DANCING AND CUTTING MOVES..!!!!😠 YOUVE GOT TO WONDER HOW WELL YOUR TIRE ARE GETTING FIXED..🤔🤔🤔🧐🧐😳

This place would be awesome had they not scratched up my wheels. Customer service is phenomenal and David is probably the best person to deal with if you have to go here for new tires.I had to have tires special ordered and they came in within a day and had them installed in 30 minutes.Again great but since one wheel has a nice big 5mm by 5mm gouge I dont think Ill be returning for a second set of tires. Ill just pray these tires dont give me a problem.

While driving from Victoria to Houston I stopped by here to inflate my tires as there was low tire pressure light came on but instead of working on my tires and solve my issue technician sold me all 4 wheels lug nuts telling me they are bad. Charged me 45 dollars for that and 3 hours of wait time. I feel cheated by this business and hence I am posting this. Tire pressure light never went off on its own as Technician promised so I filled air on my own in one of the gas station and took care of it myself. Please do not trust this shop.

Had all 4 tires changed out, 2 Tire Pressure sensors were damaged/missing (according to dealership mechanic) had to pay extra to get those replaced elsewhere. When I called to express my concern to the store manager, he simply said thats not how they operate (i.e. no way that couldve happened), so that makes me a liar? Not even an apology, just basically said, and Im paraphrasing, tough luck, shouldve brought it here first. Ive always loved Discount Tire for their prompt service and professionalism, but this is disappointing to say the least. Business to be taken elsewhere in the future! Thankfully theres competition!

They were busy when I walked in and I was helped right away, purchased 4 tires and 1-1/2 hours later I was on my way home. Could not be happier with the service I received. I recommend this Discount Tire.

Ken did a great job of explaining my tire wear on my lifted truck and when and why I needed to get them rotated and to where. Great customer service. The wait sucks on occasion when theyre backed up, but they have free water bottles and coffee.

Top notch service. No hassle road hazard warranty issues at all. Got my tire replaced and installed for the price of a hamburger and fries, even though I had it on the car for over a year. Very friendly staff, too!

I looked a few different places for new tires and found the best value here. I called on a Friday and spoke with Ricky Hernandez he was so pleasant. They ordered my tires and had them the same day. Then in a hurry going someplace at 11 AM on Saturday morning he kept his word and had it done in an hours time. I will definitely be coming back. Great experience, great service and great value.

Yesterday I called about a set of tires that said would take 3-5 days to get there online, when I called about said tires in was given slack and gum chewing in my ear about how 2 tires would be coming in from on are and the other from another. Then I was why I chose those and more gum chewing and bad attitude. I called another discount tire that is 25 miles from where I live and not only did I get what tires I wanted I got better customer service.. I know one persons business will not affect you but I will no longer spend 1 cent here ever again based off one employee. Instead I will drive 25 miles to another location and spend my money there!
