I had a flat tire on the highway in the middle of a horrible construction zone. Called my insurance and they set up a tow. After waiting over an hour they never showed up! I called back and they had to set up another tow this time they said it would be 75 minutes! Even after I told them what a dangerous spot I was in, there was no shoulder to safely pull over just concrete barricades, cars speeding by narrowly missing me, blaring their horns at me, and how I was very afraid the get hit. Nope didnt matter, 75 minutes on top of the original 60. Thank goodness I called Integrity! I told him my story and he rushed to me. Super quick response time! Less than 20 minutes! He even changed my tire! Great customer service! I wasted over 2 hours anxiously waiting for help from other companies. I wish I had called him first!

Who knew wrecker companies actually offer great customer service? This company is run by great people. I was in a bind the other night and needed my car towed. I didnt know who to call so I googled it. I called the at 2 in the morn and they answered right away. I was in downtown and they said they would be there asap. Sure enough they were there faster than other people I have used. The drivers name was Danny and he was very nice and professional. He got me squared away and got me home in a little over an hour. He gave me advice on how to get my car fixed as well. I have saved their information and will use them again if I ever need to and will recommend them to all my friends and family. A+++++ Service.

Very highly recommended. I had an accident, one call to Integrity pretty much was is all it took. From the towing to repairs. Daniel guided me through the entire process to make it easy.

This company has anything but integrity. My daughter was involved in an accident. Our insurance would only reinburse their tow truck driver. This company moved our daughters car less then 100 feet out of the intersection and charged us $175.00. We did not call him or ask for his help. Totally took advantage of a poor 16 year old girl. Shame on you! Be very leary of this company.
