Had a couple of small dents in the truck from being hit by an awning caught by a wind gust. Took this in, it was parked in the outside lot where water poured in through a leaking light that Finnegan apparently didn’t fix right the first time. I was then called a week later, told it was out of paint and would be ready Thursday or Friday. I called Friday to make sure it was ready and was told it was still being reassembled and probably wouldn’t be done by the end of the day, but would be ready Monday. As I did Friday, I took Monday afternoon off so I could make it to drop off the rental and then back over to Finnegan before 6. Called again today / Monday. 2 hours later I got a call back that said they were moving it to reassembly and it would be ready Wednesday. This company obviously lies to its customers. If you have any real damage, your warranty would expire before they ever got the work done. It’s been 2 weeks on a small dent that’s not even done yet. Find another body shop, as will I next round.

Overall my experience with this shop was bad. Car was taken in for hail damage and the repairs were poor(missed damage and panels not aligned). Also the shop damaged the paint and interior of the car. Shop did not even reassemble the car completely leaving out pieces in the trunk. During the over 2 months it took to complete the repairs Randy provided little updates and ignored my attempts to contact him.

My experience with Finnegan Collision was exceptional. I brought my car in for an estimate on work that needed to be done after I had someone back into my car. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by Max Diaz. He explained the process to me and went over all of the charges and what they were for. I had many questions and he was very patient. His estimate was about the same as a collision center that is closer to my house but because he explained it all to me and made me feel comfortable I decided to choose them to fix my car. I was sent updates throughout the process which I appreciated very much! After a few days I was told that my car was ready to be picked up. It looked great!! Like brand new, you couldn’t tell that it had been backed into. I was also pleasantly surprised that my car had gotten cleaned up!!! It was such a plus! I will be sure to used Finnegan’s Collision center again if I am ever in need of a repair! Highly recommend!!!

I bought a car just down the road from this place. Had it for three days and hit a deer on the way to work. Totally wrecked the drivers side of my new car. This place had great reviews so I towed my car to them. They were very professional. From the front desk on back they were courteous and kind. Carlos was excellent to work with. He helped me every step of the way. He worked with my insurance company to get quality parts and kept me updated. I would definitely use them again. My car looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor.

I had always wanted a truck. I finally found my Ram 1500. Just over a month later, another driver side swiped the driver’s side. I was heart broken. From the driver front panel to the rear bumper there were scrapes, dents, and scratches. The insurance company wanted me to take the truck to another body shop, but after some research I picked Finnegan Collision. I am so happy I did! The process was smooth from start to finish and they made my pretty boy look like nothing ever happened! The body work was flawless and the paint job was a perfect match. I had a minor front end accident with my Mercedes S-Class in 2019 and Allstate directed me to fix my car at this location, after completion my engine fan has been extremely loud when the A/C is ON. I have reached out to them but they claimed this was normal and had nothing to do with the accident even though this was not how the car was prior to the accident. I had owned the car for a couple years before the accident and I know how loud it gets when the fan blows on high speed, it never got this loud…they definitely did something wrong because it’s EXTREMELY loud, and this is not normal. I would not take a Mercedes or any other luxury brand to this location.

From the day, I brought my vehicle in for repair following an accident, Finnegan Collision was top notch. My estimator, Rigoberto Munoz was very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns regarding the entire process from start to finish with regular updates. He was also very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. I appreciated his patience and understanding through the process. When the work was complete, my vehicle looked as if nothing had ever happen to it. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend using Finnegan Collison Center.

Don’t trust these guys. Literally drove my daughters car 4 miles to this place after she had an accident. After they completed the collision repair which included removing all the interior and welding on the car they couldn’t start it to move it to the paint booth. They determined is was the fuel pump and charged me $400 to replace it. Worked fine up until they started working on it. Seams in the hatch aren’t that great and put a different tire in that didn’t match the others. Skip this place and go else where….

Horrible horrible service. Never could get my problem fixed, never will take my vehicle to this place again. Just extra time valuable wasted. Trash. If I could give a minus 5 stars I would.

I took my car in for body repair. I chose them because of the great past experiences that I have had with them. I traveled from Sugar Land bypassing much closer repair facilities because I trust their work. Just as I expected, Carlos and Elizabeth were amazing. They had my car just over 10 days, including over Christmas. The only delay was waiting trying to locate a sensor which is in very short supply. They found it and had it sent overnight and finished my car the next day. They both kept me updated during the entire process. Carlos even did a preliminary estimate before taking the bumper off and was within $100 of the final total whcih was amazing. I have never had a smoother body repair process. Elizabeth said that her goal is the put the service back in the service department. Well, mission accomplished! I strongly recommend using them.

I came here for a second time. My car antenna got knocked off at the car wash. And it had to be replaced by dropping the headliner and installing a whole new base unit. I called over here just to check and see if they would be interested in doing the work. She quoted me a fair price and I headed over I went and dropped off my car and they had it done quickly. You couldnt tell the headliner had been dropped it. The work looked great. I highly recommend them.Review from my 1st visit: Elizabeth, the manager here, was great. Very personable and went above and beyond. The other individual who was in charge of my case gave me regular updates on the progress of my car. They were great. And the work turned out pretty good too. I probably would have done a 4 1/2 star rating because my steering wheel came back dirty after they made an adjustment on something that I pointed out to them on the work. However, that was really minor. I just cleaned it off. They overall did a good job. I would go back there again.

I recently had an accident, and had my automobile repaired at the Finnegan Collision Center. The service was quick and the car handles like its fresh off of the showroom floor. There was an issue with the A/C, but but Carlos the service agent and Elizabeth the service manager worked with me for weeks getting the issue fixed at no cost to me. He called Enterprise and got them to come and pick us up so I could get into a rental. He really took care of us. Took my 2017 Black Ram 2500 in to get the damage repaired after I was hit by a car along the right side of the truck. The damage included the right rear truck panel and rear door, with extensive damage to the cab where the corner behind the rear door was crushed in. Carlos and the Finnegan team did a fantastic job not just repairing the truck and bringing it back to it original condition, but their level of costumer service and attention to details, including the handling of the rental company Geiko Insurance used was phenomenal. After being in a wreck that I was not at fault for, my car was towed here. I had a rough time with the insurance agents and the first estimator in their shop left in the middle of the job. However, when I called to check on my car, I was taken care of like family! Sylvia, put me in touch with Elizabeth who gave me the expectation of her staff moving forward. Before hanging up the phone with me, she had emailed me the estimate, gave me my new estimators information and encouraged me to call her back directly if something was not being taken care of.After three weeks in a rental car, and having to stay on the insurances case, I called Elizabeth for some advise. This is where she went above and beyond! That very day, she had my drop the rental off to her and swap for a BRAND NEW loaner car. No smoke smell covered up by mens cologne, Sirus XM radio and a comparable size car to mine that I didnt even have to haggle for. She ran to pick up her granddaughter (with the most adorable little unicorn shoes) and met me after hours, so I didnt have to miss work. Sylvia greeted me with a smile and Elizabeth with a hug that just reassured everything was going to turn around. They returned my rental, saving me a headache from organizing rides to get from enterprise in Katy to their shop in Rosenberg!From this point everything fell into place, Curt took care of my car and printed all the reports for my records, giving me security in my safety within a week.I cant end this review without thanking Elizabeth again. Her granddaughter has a true unicorn in her life and Finnegan has someone who is exceptional in leading her staff to take care of people! She should be the standard of customer service!

Finnegan Collision Center in Rosenberg, Texas was a blessing for me in the time of hardship in my life. The Manager Mrs. Elizabeth Whichard was so amazing, sweet, compassionate and understanding. Mrs. Elizabeth, I feel went above and beyond being a Manager. She made me feel very comfortable with every aspect of trying to have my car inspected and repaired at the Collison Center and getting me into a loaner car. Although my car was totaled Mrs. Elizabeth took the time out of her busy schedule after business hours to help me clean out my vehicle and ensured that I made it back home safely afterwards. But I also want to mention Ms. Sylvia Maldonado I may have her title wrong, but I assumed she is the receptionist but one the sweetest young ladies I have been blessed to meet. Ms. Maldonado made me feel very comfortable on the phone even before arriving to the collision center and even more cared for once I arrived. Ms. Maldonado introduced me to Mr. Toby Youngberg the Body Shop Estimator and he is a very sweet and knowledgeable man who also helped in every aspect of my repair. Mr. Youngberg also took the time after business hours to assist with helping me clean out my vehicle. I have to say this has been one of my most enjoyable and less stressful events in my life.

The service here is amazing, I had a MAJOR tire blow out and it just wrecked my car and my insurance wouldnt cover the damages so I had to come out of pocket and Elizabeth helped me so much to get the price down as low as she could and still get me back on the road and I couldnt thank her enough for it.

Went into this pace for a paint job on a 2010 honda accord and was quoted $20000 no thank you please get new workers they said my business would just slow them down smh

Asked several collision centers to get just my front bumpers fixed by at least 3 days and Carlos from Finnegan Center only person agreed to do it.+Since he was in a time crunch with my car, he wasnt able to give it for wash abd told me I can come any day to get it done and went back after 3 weeks and he still did it.
