The level of respect, courtesy and professionalism is outstanding, they replaced my 2018 F250 windshield at my house and on time, they even arrived before the scheduled time and the price is fair. i highly recommend them, they are great people, if i am taking my time to write a review its because i am very happy with the service

The people that worked here were very friendly and accommodating but I had quite a few issues. I was looking to get my whole windshield replaced on the 15th of this month and when I scheduled for a guy to come out it was a smooth and easy process. When he showed up he was very nice and to the point so I gave him my keys to do the work. He proceeded to tell me due to the rain he wasn’t going to be able to finish the job. It happened to start sprinkling very VERY lightly and then stopped and it didn’t rain for the rest of the day. He said he would come back the next day which was Thursday the 16th. He comes again and I give him the keys to do what needed to be done. After he finishes he calls and proceeds to show me that as he finished putting it on, one of his tool hit the new windshield and left a crack on it. They wouldn’t be able to come back until Monday the 20th. At this point I was a little frustrated due to the fact I’ve been trying to get this replaced and now I have to wait an additional 3 days for it to get finished. So I drive home with a cracked windshield still and not only that the new tape that was put on was coming off already even though he had just applied it. I had to stop multiple times to press it back down on the windshield. Monday comes and I get a new replacement and again as soon as I start driving the tape starts to come off. I was advised to keep it on for at least 24hrs but couldn’t really because it was lifting. The price was pretty affordable even though I was charged more then what they initially priced me, and the process was very long. I was told I would be sent a receipt by email and I still have not received it. It was not the greatest experience but it definitely oils have been worse. If I had to replace or repair again I don’t think I would come back here.

These folks are great. It was very easy to deal with them. All communications were keen and straightforward. Theyd replaced my front windshield and took two hours. It looks amazing. Its a delightful service. I honestly hope I never need glass repair again but if I do, Im surely visiting this place again.

They got the glass that no one else could. It was over $ 120 cheaper plus same day service.
