This business understands the needs of a customer, and they make it extremely easy to schedule online and then just show up to get your window fixed or replaced. A rock hit my window on Wednesday, and I scheduled a repair for Thursday at 11:00. I showed up at 10:30 (fully aware that I will be waiting for my 11:00 appointment), and they took me immediately, and I was out by 10:56 AM. The repair is done, and yes, there are lines from the previous crack, it is a repair, not a full windshield treatment. Excellent service and I would come back every time.
Had my BMW windshield replaced at the house by Jonathon. He was very polite, informative, and thorough. He kept me updated throughout the whole install. Absolutely worst service ever. They did a horrible job. Literally in and out and still see a huge imperfection. We took it to other glass places for evaluation. They said the tech did a sloppy job and screwed it from being fixed properly. Customer service was a flop as well.
My experience was very disappointing. The windshield of my BMW X3 attracted a pebble on the drivers side on 7/2/20 and sustained a small crack and remained lodged in it. My husband took it in today for repairs, and immediately he brought it back, I noticed the side panel of the windshield was missing. It was so obvious from outside, as you can see in the picture below. He went back to them immediately to let them know something was wrong, and was told he brought it in that way. I could not believe it! How could anyone drive their car around for even a day not to talk of a week or more and not notice a thing like that, and on the drivers side? They showed him a picture (they had taken after he left) to prove that he brought it in that way. Who takes such a picture in the absence of the owner, or at least doesnt call the owner to say are you aware that you also need to replace the side panel on your windshield? As professionals, surely they would have pointed it out immediately.I really thought my husband had misunderstood, but when I called I was told the same thing, and also told that the part I was upset about couldnt be more than $20! and No, we will not replace it even if it is not expensive, because we did not do it. But I was told that if I found the part they would fix it on for me (even though they did not do it). I am still trying to understand the thought process here. Funny how I would be bothered by a dime sized crack in the left margin of my windshield, bothered enough to get it fixed, but not bothered by a whole left side panel missing....Does that add up?My car looks worse than before and I let the manager know that. My overall impression is that she was not bothered, ( they have already billed the insurance company) and was absolutely focused on not to taking any responsibility - for a $20 missing part. She told me the phone was ringing and she needed to answer it and I thanked her for her time.This is very sad and unfair, because we have just gotten the estimate, and no Miss, it is not $20 to replace, it is going to cost us $173.00!I did explain to her that I am not aware of any part on that car that has cost $20, and also I must be very careless to have not noticed such a glaring defect all this time. The truth is that the technician failed to fasten the molding, and it flew off on the road. Instead of owning up that he had made a mistake, himself and his manager decided to tell lies. ( though she said she would not lie about a $20 dollar issue) well, she and I both knew that it would NEVER be $20.We will not take any of our vehicles to them anymore.I suggest that if you choose to use them, remember to take the before and after pictures, as fairness cannot be assured. There seems to be poor accountability and good customer service only exists when everything goes well.

A little iffy. I came in today for a quote for my wifes windshield and chip repair to my car. They quoted $362.25 for my wifes windshield. Alpine windshield was $259.00. So, no biggie, just higher price. Going with the other company and thats just business. No problem there and I wouldnt leave a negative review for that. But, then on my car, receptionist and quoter asked me for my insurance information just to get a quote. I stated I didnt want to use my insurance and would pay out of pocket, but I would like the quote first. She then said Well, we have to have that first. Wait, what? I asked You need my insurance information even if Im paying out of pocket? Just to give me a quote? To which she replied, Yeah, thats just how we do it. So I just kind of looked at her as this didnt sound right to me. Then she said Well, we have to do it this way or youre going to pay $150. And she was kind of rude when she said the or youre going to pay $150. Okay . . . so basically the quote was $150 if you dont use insurance. Just say that. But the whole Give us your insurance or we cant give you a quote bit was ridiculous. Clearly, they wanted it to see what they could bill the insurance company for under comprehensive coverage for the chip repair and were going to quote it that way - even though I had just said I didnt want to use the insurance. No means no, people. You could have just said If you pay out of pocket it will be $150, but your out of pocket expense could be much less if you have glass coverage under your insurance policy which may cover the chip. Wed be happy to check on that for you if you would like us to review your policy coverage. Not, Gimme your insurance for a quote even though you said you dont want to use it. Just not a good experience. Obviously, I left without completing any repair.
Very friendly and professional guy that helped me. Able to get in for a same day appointment. I took stars off because I can still see the shapes of the cracks in the windshield. Time will tell if it spreads or not.
I had a chip on my windshield and it was repaired in 15 minutes. You can still see where the crack is but thats what I had expected. I love the quick service!

Went there to get my windshield repaired for a rock chip. The rock chip was not chasing at the time. They pulled my truck in the back and then brought it back to the front with the rock chip chasing. Asked them how did the rock chip started chasing and they was like they don’t know. They wanted to charged me 1700 for a new windshield. Rosenberg Safelite is not the place to go.
I came to this location to have my windshield replaced and these dingle berries put a windshield repair into the system not my fault. Then the window clerk says reschedule another appointment for a replacement. I can’t take off from work to reschedule due to your incompetence. I will go to the company that replaced my last windshield where the customer is treated professionally.

Youre better off scheduling a mobile service than coming to this place or just a different company. My truck was broken into so it was arranged to bring my truck here. . I did and they had ordered the wrong window so I had to schedule a different day. .They open at 7. I was scheduled for 8.They told me itll take about a hour and a half.Now its been 3 hours since my scheduled appointment and theyre saying its gonna be another hour or so until its complete.Plus if you Google them and call their phone listed. You will be calling a call center based in AZ. If need to get directly in contact with them theyll transfer but if they dont pick up! Youll be transferred to a shop in Pasadena. . They pick up calls the shop in Rosenberg dont answer up.
Jonathon was awesome! He provided great mobile service by being VERY professional. He sent me a notice when he was on his way, arrived on time, replaced the windshield within an hour or so, cleaned up any mess left, and wrote a much needed encouraging note in my pamphlet. I couldnt have asked for a better service. Jonathon made my Safelite experience well worth it!
I made an appointment a week in advance and when I show up for my appointment they tell me that they don’t have my windshield and that they have to get it from somewhere else. They told me to come back at 4PM. I will not be coming back

All I wanted to do was ask a question. I was trying to schedule an appointment online, but had one question. One. I called the location, and went through the press 1, press 3, press another number and another and another until I found an option to speak to a real person. Because I was paying out of pocket, I was told that they could not handle my call or answer any questions because of...Covid 19. Had I been using insurance, someone would have taken my call and answered my question. Apparently using your auto insurance prevents covid! Everyone put your insurance card in your face masks! Completely unprofessional.In response to your response, maybe say sorry, were closed? Very poorly planned and executed. The website obviously did not have the answer to the one question I wanted to ask, so I wasnt going to book without an answer. Your loss.

I went here to get a repair done for a rock chip in my winshield. We were 3rd in line and they got us in and out in about 30 minutes. The lady in the front was nice and squeezed us in. The repairman was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The repair is not noticeable when driving.

Safelite was great. The technician showed up early in the morning, and called about 30 minutes prior to coming. He finished replacing the windshield in about an hour or so. Wonderful job all around. It was covered by our car warranty, so I dont know how pricing is.

NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!i called Safelite to get a windshield replaced on a 2006 Ford F250, paid in advance for them to come out, scheduled an appointment for 8am to 12 pm . They gladly took my payment in a matter of minutes. The tech did not show up until 3pm stayed a whole 2 minutes then said the windshield had to much rust which the windshield did NOT have one speck of rust at all, he was very rude and then left. One week ago my daughter was going to have her windshield replaced and was told the same exact thing by the same tech Joel. He is very unprofessional and lazy seems like he does not want to do his job. The way I see it is if you dont like your job then you should be replaced by someone that does want to work. I will never recommend nor refer anyone I know to Safelite. Just a complete disappointment. When I called the store to report the complaint all I got was the run around and was told I should have a refund within 5 business days . Yall can take the payment in minutes, show up late, not do the job and make excuses not to do the job then want me to wait 5 days for a refund . PATHETIC !! if i could rate 0 stars i would have
Let me ask you this- how many Honda Civics do you see driving around on the road? Ever since I got my 2016 Civic, Ive seen my exact model literally everywhere I go. This cars a dime a dozen. Unfortunately, my windshield also has a particular affinity for attracting stray rocks on the highway- maybe the Honda Sensing is a magnet for them, I dont know. In the last 2 years, Ive actually lost count of the number of cracks Ive gotten from flying pebbles. Theres definitely something up with the integrity of the glass.In any case, I turned to you, Safelite, for help. I had two massive cracks in the glass, one of which actually right over my line of vision in the drivers seat. Suffice to say, I desperately needed this replacement. We made an appointment, but when I showed up, I was told you didnt have the correct parts and something about how the ones you had on hand wouldnt calibrate correctly. Now, remember what I said about my car being freakin everywhere? Its a Honda.Civic. But fine, whatever. We made another appointment because you said 3-5 business days. Then, the day before the second appointment, I received another phone call delaying it another 5 days.This entire time, I might add, Ive been driving around with the suns wrath reflecting in my eyes via the unsightly crack Ive been trying to fix. I had to take time off from work for these appointments, because this wasnt eligible for your mobile service. Now that Ive gotten the windshield, Im very happy with it and no longer have to wince every time the sun hits my glass. Im just extremely disappointed with my experience and the process it took.
AVOID THIS PLACE! First appointment they had a broken windshield, second appointment they installed it.4 months later my car gets flooded because they didnt installed it properly. After 4 days of calling and almost begging them to go the dealership to take care if it, they did, but never called me back. The dealership tells me they accepted they did a poor installation and they need to replace the windshield. One week later, Im waiting for them to follow up and let me know whats next.Not only they cant do a good job, but they cant properly take care of a claim after they mess up.
They wasted my time 3 times! first time I came they didnt have a part for my 2018 Honda for a windshield and said they would give me a discount. second time I came they said they wouldnt give it to me because it was not a mistake from their end, they seemed unprofessional for not even keeping their word. Third time I went they had a scratch on the new windshield and gave me the same discount offer of $100 off the $1000 I was going to pay. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else and time being wasted by them

Got our windshield replaced about 3 weeks ago. Scheduled online and the time frame said 1.5 - 2 hours. Took our guy about 30 minutes to get it done!!! Very polite people, the waiting area had beverages and a window so my kiddos could watch them take the glass out. And free wifi!!!!! Overall great experience!
This was not my first experience with Safelite, but it was definitely my best. Juan, my technician called about 20 minutes before arrival, arrived on time, explained the procedures he would use to replace the windshield, and with a really great assistant went right to work. In less than 30 minutes I had a new windshield and Team Safelite were on their way to the next job. No trash left behind and they cleaned the inside and outside of the new windshield.

Awesome place!!!I used them twice in a matter of two weeks and both times I was very satisfied with there work. They replaced a driver side window for me and a rear glass on my explore. Again, very satisfied with the work and I like having the peace of mind that I have life time warranty on both glasses. (Not if they break again but if they leak, just so were understood). People may say that theyre pricey but I say, that you get what you pay for!!! I would definitely use them again and I do highly recommend this company. Once again, VERY SATISFIED!!! Horrible service. Tech came to house and could not fix window as this was ok. Car is a Jaguar Ftype. But I am just noticing they never vacuumed the glass. The car is so small its hard to notice but its there. Lots of glass left in the crevices. Unbelievable!
They made a 1/2 surface chip to a full blown crack down my windshield. Their idea of assistance is giving me a discount. I had a free repair through my insurance and now Im being charged to replace my window. I think not! Do not bring your business here, take it to the dealership. At least the dealership wouldnt screw you over like this! And unfortunately USAA is partnered with them, if not, I wouldve taken my not even 1 year old vehicle back to the dealership.
Extremely high prices they use cheap glass from china just like every other place but Mark up price as if was from the dealer of your car/truck they wanted $559 for a front windshield for a 2005 dodge neon and I seen the glass the brand and left went to a off the wall place they used same glass same cheap brand and did it all for $104 bucks better off going to another place in HOUSTON around the Durum Sheppard area
Went here one time for a chip repair. They did a good job, but the office and the bureaucratic process was nothing less than weird. Not bad. Weird. I was just glad to be away from the office staff.

If I could give one star I would. Let me start off by saying I am not sure what location the tech came from.Online I created an appointment for a tech to come to my house. It states on the website I do not have to be home and seeing as I had to be at work I left my car outside. I got the call from tech saying he was on his way. WELL to my surprise the crack is now bigger. I call Safelite only to find out that the work was never done! I did not get no call or text saying that the work was not completed. Now they are saying it is not their fault and are not responsible. REALLY! I will never go through Safelite nor will I be recommending them to anyone.

Shop forgot to order the trim for my windshield replacement, so my time waiting there was wasted. Service rep implied that it was because I had made the appointment using their website, even though I had exchanged calls with the shop in person to give them my VIN. This is a poorly run business. Try a different one.
Customer service is awful... with the management at least. Repair techs are nice enough and do OK work, but working with them is awful. Let me explain:-Repair 1 (April): tech arrives on time, fixes chip, on his way. Gives me hope. Should have reviewed then.-Repair 2 (August): tech arrives 30 min late, but within window given, so technically on time. Asks me to move my car without looking at it. Immediately upon moving he tells me its not repairable. Supposed to update insurance so they would pay for the replacement. They never do, I have to call to get it updated.-Replacement 1 (September 10): Try to schedule replacement online, but the site wont let me. Have to call in. Lady is kind of rude, but I let it slide. On the appointment date, tech calls at appointment time and lets me know he was given extra, unscheduled* (see below) repairs at the last minute. He said he may miss the window by an hour. If he was there when he said he would be, then Id have been fine, but at 3 hours late (past the 4 hour window, so 7 hours late), he still hadnt shown. Called and asked him to do repair at home instead of work (10 min away). Was told by 3 different people they couldnt change it since I didnt have an afternoon appointment. (But he had already missed the morning appointment, so why? *Also, if others can get an unscheduled last-minute appointment, why cant I?) They said they could change it to a week later. Eventually the manager said she didnt want my business. Had insurance call them and made them reschedule for Monday. Guess well see how well the repair is done. At least I dont have worry about spit in my food, just faulty windshield repair?
Made an appointment online for a recent rock chip. Went in and the girl at the front was very brusque. I didnt have to wait long to be taken care of, which is the only positive. The technician was very friendly, looked at my windshield and told me it had been filled before and the filler had just come out. I tried to tell him it hadnt been, but he would not listen. I didnt feel like insisting further as he clearly did not know what he was talking about. Disappointed as this place came highly recommended by friends.
