Loved this place! I regret not asking the lady for her name she was so helpful and nice, she definitely hooked it up in the samples! I can really test out these products now. Would recommend this location completely!

Sister had a bad experience today. My niece wanted to put a product on the register for my sister and the lady just stared at the product in annoyance. And waited for my sister to hand it to her. No emotion. We go to Sephora’s quite often and we know not to come here again. Clearly she shouldn’t work there. The cashier had black hair at the register around 6 pm.

Initially I was very disappointed. The employee that helped me seemed annoyed with my presence. She gave me a sample but was eager for me to leave. DJ, one of the managers, came to my rescue and made it a wonderful experiance with his enthusiasm. I felt awkward being in the store since Im 100% clueless when it comes to makeup but he put me at ease and recommened products that addressed my main concerns. He also educated me on several samples. He was helpful and kind. He will be the reason I return to this location. I greatly appreciated his customer service after a bad encounter with another employee.

Not willing to provide helpful service didn’t say thank you and I spent over $50

Love how easy and convenient it is to go in and out. Never to busy.
