I went in this store for the first time yesterday. I wish I could give it a minus 5. I went to add money to a prepaid card. The lady at the counter needs additional customer service training. Not everyone steals. So I proceeded to ask her if I need to swip my card or insert it. Her answer in a firm tone. YOU need to give me the money first. Now I have load this card in other places and sometimes hundreds of dollars. NEVER! Have I been told that. Please give this person help. I have been employed for a long time and I work for one of the largest Cancer facilities in the US. I don’t steal .. I will NEVER Ever go back to this store for anything
Seems like their system needs an update. There were errors with the two customers in front of me. Another associate came up to ring me up at another computer, but that one didnt work. Then when I was finally up, one of my items wouldnt ring up. The associate asked me for the price.. as if I know. Then just stood there saying it wouldnt ring up. It seemed he was waiting for me to come up with a solution. Since Id already been waiting and I was losing patience I just told him to forget it. AWFUL customer service.
Unfortunately for me, I chose this location to get a COVID test the earliest appointment available was two days out so I selected today 8/24 and in the meantime I received two emailed confirmations for my drive through appointment with instructions on what to do upon arrival. After showing up 5 minutes early I found they had a sign saying the drive through was closed- so I of course tried to call and got no answer ultimately went inside and spoke to someone after waiting another 5 minutes who apologized and said they were trying to call everyone who made appointments.. I did not receive a phone call or have a voicemail from Walgreens- now I have to start this process all over somewhere else and wait again on the next available appointment… I am extremely upset because I am having to stay away from my children as a precaution and this means an even longer period of time.
Absolute worst and slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you plan on using the drive thru and there is even one car in front of you get comfy. Maybe even bring a snack. You’re going to be waiting a good half hour at least.
I have been going to this Walgreens for many years, and I have always been happy with them. They bend over backwards to help or make anything right. I use the pharmacy also and have not had any problems. Give them a try. They are good people.

Unfortunately I hate to write bad reviews however I went to get a prescription filled for my daughter that had just had a dental procedure. the lady at the pharmacy told me that they could not fill the prescription because she was listed as a male under her insurance. I called the insurance company and they were closed until Monday so unfortunately my daughter had to go without her medication all weekend. It is now Monday and I called the insurance company and they said there are no issues so I decided to call back the pharmacy and they agreed that my daughter was not listed as a male and they are not sure why I was told that. so my daughter had to go without her medication all weekend for no absolute reason and I did not even get as much as an apology.
This pharmacy is the best in Richmond-Rosenberg area. These people working here are really great!
Bad bad bad experience at this location. If I treated customers like this there wouldn’t be any. They are rood and unprofessional. All my stuff getting transferred.
I have never had any problems at this Walgreens. I get great service and the pharmacy is very helpful. I’m definitely going to continue coming here.
The pharmacy is difficult at times. But the employees when u walk in are friendly and greet you. They always have someone up there at the counter. I was Excited when CVS was going to open, but now I think Walgreens is much better in many ways ...
This is my home Walgreens meaning this location is the one I go to on a regular basis for medication. I have had no issues and have nothing but positive things I could say about it.
This is the 3rd time I’ve used this Walgreens pharmacy and the 3rd time I’ve had issues. Our new insurance requires us to use Walgreens, so I guess I’ll have to find another location and drive further. If you need an RX filled- I recommend the H-E-B pharmacy down the road.
I used this Walgreens for years this morning I went in for OTC medicine and the manager old white woman was rude . Dont need her job.
I purchase my medication here every month, I am always treated with respect and kindness in the pharmacy department.
Love this Pharmacy! Almost spend extra $30 on name brand but check w the pharmacist and she said I could get same result from a no name brand. She really cares for my health and saving $$$. It works great!!! Also, theres a REASON why theres a long wait and line, everyone goes here.
This review is strictly regarding the passport photos. Do not get them done here. Total waste of time and money. It’s like no one knows what they are doing. Took a third person in the store to figure how to fix an issue for photos we took the day before. Incompetence and store needs more training on how to properly take passport photos or just quit offering the service.
I was here at Walgreens to get a Flu shot; the pharmacy tech (Jennifer) was very efficient and friendly; but had to wait 40 minutes before the pharmacist gave me the shot. Overall, a good pharmacy!
I like Walgreens but the people who work at this location are terrible. Just to collect a check mad at the world kind of people. Went in last night 9:30 pm Oct 23.17. There was no one in the front of store. Not one employee seemed to happy or helpful. KRISTYN the cashier was just so nasty and rude. She should not be working with the general public. She is just an absolute terrible being. I hate when cashiers dont speak a word to you and just start scanning your items. The only words she spoke was to announce our total. Couldnt even hand us our bags and then just walks away. Terrible Customer Service Here!
This place is the worst Pharmacy I have ever used in my life. No worries I gave this place years to get right they are incompetent in pharmacy. And it goes further than the staff at this location. There out dated or just junk system does not work. How many times must one set up auto refill? Must be more than 5... also they lie. I called in a prescription and nothing so I called and the guy says sent to doctor that morning. This was late afternoon so I went to doctor in Richmond to see why and as I got there they called and said they just got and approved. LIES... LIES... LIES... INCOMPETENCE!!!!
I had a completely different experience. Travis the tech was very friendly and helpful. My rx was ready within 30 minutes.
Walgreens is just not efficient. Long waits for pharmacy always. They don’t have a lot in stock and I have to wait 2 days for stuff. There is never enough pharmacy staff to handle the many customers. Pharmacy people very nice and I feel sorry for them because the workload is overwhelming. I will be changing to Kroger, and hope they are better. My first choice is CVS, I have been a customer for 22 years. But CVS doesn’t take my son’s insurance, Tricare. 😔
Service is horrible. Employees are nice, but never enough help. Im always here a minimum of 45 minutes waiting in line for a prescription that is ready. Very irritating!
Doing business with this firm isnt easy. Wait times are terrible, telephone customer service not good, web site makes it difficult to transact business. Not pleased at all. Business must be great, they dont seem to care. My remarks are based on visiting this location for about 8 months. Each visit is more frustrating than the previous. Ill be happy to deal with them via US Mail. Too bad Amazon isnt in the prescription business. It would be more efficient and pleasant.I also want to add that the telephone tree is also inefficient. I also agree with ALL of the other negative reviews.
They have a great selection of all items. The customer service is great. Greeted with a smile and very helpful.
Travis was so helpful in filling my epipen perscription. He worked very hard to make sure that the price was something I could afford and took the time to do his job right. I sincerely appreciated that! Thank you so much Travis!
Good people, very nice, but the wait time is just nuts. Expect an AVERAGE wait time of 25 to 30 minutes
I sat in line for 45 minutes just to drop off a prescription. There were only 2 cars in front of me. No other service industry could get away with this.
Worst customer service ever! I asked an employee who’s name was something similar to “Kirsten or Kristin”, for an item and she rudely responded “I don’t know what you’re talking about, it’s only available online”. Clearly the item I was looking for was in stock as the app said it was! She did not only let me look for the time myself with no help, but when checking out at the register she showed nor expressed any acknowledgment I was even there waiting to get checked out! Will be calling corporate to report her!
This pharmacy always has long lines, clerks that cant seem to do anything right or quickly, and the staff does not seem to know what they are doing. We used this pharmacy because we were unhappy with our experience at Target, but Walgreens is much worse. If you go to the store, it takes forever to get waited on, and if you try to call the store, they dont answer their phone. Honestly, I do not know how they stay in business.

We refill our prescriptions here and its the worse Walgreens. Im here right now and they still missed to fill one of my prescriptions. Its aggravating. Plus I just spotted the pharmacist herself filing a patients prescription and picking up tablets that fell on the counter top with her bare hands, no gloves. For medications that are supposed to heal the sick this practice is not unsanitary and unsafe. I give this Walgreens half a star.
This pharmacy takes forever, and if they do decide to answer the phone, they act like they are mad you called to ask them a question about your prescription. Isnt that part of their job?There are a few, make that very few, good walgreens left out there, but they are dying off, or transforming into whatever this new company has become since the merger three years ago.Terrible location.
I came in looking for a humidifier for my son, since ours had broken the day before and he was developing a cough. At checkout I noticed it rang up a different price then I had thought.Even though I told the cashier (Gloria) that it was probably placed in the wrong place by another customer and I did not cross check the tag to the item I wanted to purchase, she called the manager (Richard) for a price check. While we waited, she started looking to see if there was a coupon she could offer me.The manager double checked for me and it was as I had thought, a simple mistake. Instead of leaving it at that, he took me back to the humidifier section and we went through my options for something a little less expensive, even checking the back to make sure all stock was out. When we couldnt find anything else that fit what I was looking for, he then went to his computer to see if there was anything else he could do.I did wind up purchasing the original humidifier as well as a few other things and I am still in awe at how above and beyond these two went to help me when they could have just said they were sorry and gone on with their day. I couldnt be happier.
Avoid this place for pharmaceutical needs. They hire young disrespectful employees with a, dont give a crap attitude. The young dark haired, acne forehead with glasses middle eastern female blew off the pharmacist in front of all the customers. Not to mention their system was down and I had to pay cash then come back and get a refund!!! Worst customer service experience ever!!!

Terrible customer service.. employees cant chose between which lie they want to use that day or keep up with the ones they used in the past. One week they need to order something .. the next its your insurance doesnt cover it. The outside line takes about 10 minutes per customer because the employees have no idea what theyre doing. They need new staff and management!!!!

This place is a joke. Horrible, took an hour & 30 min to get grandson pain medication. He just had surgery! Manager couldnt tell me why, said I could speak to pharmacist! Really Ive got to get this child his meds - no apologies nothing.
Expect a minimum wait time of 30 minutes to pick up a prescription at the drive thru.
