Must be 10 workers in there for about 4 customers. Place is kinda dumpy to start with. Restrooms are locked. So one would expect if they are that uptight about their restrooms that they would be clean. Nope - an absolute mess. Toilet paper on the floor and dirty. Maybe one of the 10 workers doing nothing should clean the restroom. Then they have a boot sale section but only 2% of the boots are on sale in the boot sale section. Strange place!!!

Had an interview about a month ago and the manager said he was hiring multiple positions what a lie never got back with me but its ok there are other places that are hiring besides boot barn oh and the offices are dirty! Too much favortism here and the pay is too low! Thanks for not getting back if you dont get back take your ad off on the internet. I will make sure my friends dont apply here! Flat O in my book!!

The Boot Barn in Rosenberg is a perfect place for my attire shopping. No salespeople following you around while you shop. Reasonably priced jeans and shirts. Although I didnt need new boots this time, when I do, I will definitely go here.Friendly staff and very convenient location.

Walked in today to look for a particular color hat. No greeting when I walked in. There were four or five people standing at and around the front register talking about lunch and what not. Didn’t even acknowledge. Walkway around looking for what I needed no one ever came up to me asking if I needed help finding something. Another employee with a boot barn shirt walked near by and and I said hello he didn’t even respond.Only saying because I go there a lot and feel good about shopping there. Buy all my western needs and hats from boot barn in Rosenberg. Felt very disrespected and very unprofessional by them.Seemed like all new people. Because the ones I usually see when I go there are all real friendly and helpful.Bad experience for me this visit. Very disappointed I. The store.

How can you get business with one cash register person and a line of 20 people waiting come on now its Christmas theres people here to spend some cash not even packed and you have workers in the back how about get some registers open I thought I was at walmart for a minute lol

Love this location hands down! Jo is one of the asst managers and always takes care of me and makes sure that we are happy customers and the rest of her staff is just as helpful and sweet! Good stock/inventory and if they dont have something in stock they will check stores to transfer it or hold it for you to make sure you get what you want. Great service! Love them!

Boot Barn never appears to have anything I need. It’s always a lot of nothing. 2 stores had the work boot I was looking for. They recommended to me buy an entire size bigger and inserts. I tried it and didn’t feel too good after a few minutes of being in them. Went to another BB and they too didn’t have them. I said I was going to return them and go to a competitor, but they insisted I have them shipped to my house and would have them within 4 days. Tracked them and has me receiving them on 7 days from when they told me.Will not step foot in any more Boot Barns!

First time visiting this store. This store got my attention cause they head that sign that there is discounts on boot. When I walked in it surprising! Never saw so much country (cowboy and cowgirl) clothes at one store at once. Plus they got some brands that I like. There is 4 fitting room that I saw which are two on men and female side witch makes it helpful to shop!

Took my daughter in for a pair of boots . Asked for help with sizing and was told someone would be right over . We waited for 20 min before we walked out and went down the street.

Place was closed it was supposed to open at 12:00 but wasnt open at 12:06 about 8 people left

Our shopping was terrible here. The boots are a mess and that makes finding the matching pair we wanted impossible. We finally found a lady to help us but she gave up almost immediately and recommended getting a different boot. Then some guy finally asked if we were OK and he spent a lot of time running around with the one boot but found nothing. We were there for about 1.5 hours and ended up buying a pair of boots we didnt really want.

THEY HAVE SOME VERY GOOD SALES NOW AND THEN. BUT THE SALES STAFF MEMBERS DO NOT LIKE TO HELP YOU AT ALL. THEY JUST WANT YOU TO CHECK OUT OF THE STORE VERY FAST AND LEAVE. THATS HOW THEY MADE ME FEEL.

Was working at the NRG generating station down road for a outage. On my way home stopped in to get a Stetson Cowboy Hat. Clerks said hello. Was asked if i needed help. Not sure if spelling but Good Man named Miguel had me in and out within 20 mins. Awesome store and amazing service. If ever in that part of town im be back for some shirts.

There were two employees standing at the counter when we walked in, didnt acknowledge us or say hello. Looked at boots, two more employees walked by and didnt say a word...one even had to go around me when he came down the aisle I was in, looked me dead and the eye and said nothing. Actually needed assistance a few minutes later but it seems we were being avoided. Had pretty much the same experience last time we went, definitely wont be going back.

Entered store did not receive any help. Asked for product and was answered with a nod instead of a helpful sales agent. I will never return to this store. I wonder how they are still in business at this location.

I had a pair of Ariat boots I bought online that I had to wear to a wedding the day after they arrived, which happened to be on a Sunday. And I couldnt get the left one on! No time to reorder, no way I would find in a store since they were a special order I would later use for work. I guess Daniel saw my desperation and took my boot back to put on the stretcher right away. I heard him tell the salesperson that he had about 6 pairs ahead of me, and that he couldnt get to it that day (Saturday), but asked when I needed it. He saved my procrastinating butt! I returned about an hour and a half later and he had me put it on before I left and told me how to stretch it further at home. I am forever grateful as I wouldve had to spend a lot more money (that I cant spare) on another pair. I dont have much opinion about the rest of the store and staff, but Daniel is the best!

They need new shipments bc all thet advertising on line they dont carry in store.

The people that work here clearly dont understand how working at a retail establishment works. It is generally customary to help people with questions. Tried to ask a question and the lady was more interested in her talking to a coworker. Ill spend my money somewhere else.

My visit was from about 2 months ago.The women that work here are very nice and helpful, the Manager however was so rude and ugly towards his employees. I can only assume he is the manager because he acted in such a way that he wanted to make sure people knew he was the boss. I cant imagine how he makes his employees feel. I would hate my job if I worked for him. Only giving 5 stars because the employees deserve the recognition. I almost walked out of the store though due to this gentleman so if the company knows whats best for them, Id get rid of the current manager because as a shopper, I felt completely uncomfortable in that store listening to him degrade his employees.

Dont come here if you need fast service, especially if the service is having a hat shaped. On top of taking her sweet time, Stephanie (a manager) was rude to another customer and myself. Never coming back here again.

Terrible experience.Bought some Ariats yesterday. Wore them to Church today. Decided that one foot was just a little too big, and called to see if I could exchange. Explained to woman on the phone, Julie, Jewel, June, whatever her name was, that these boots had been very lightly worn for a few hours( I really just sat while wearing them), and that the tags were off, but I had all tags and the receipt. Shed said the exchange would be fine.I get there and explained to some older brunette woman my business, and upon looking at my boots she exclaimed, Oh my God, these have been WORN, very loudly. I, startled, explained that I just sat in them, how could they be THAT worn. She pointed to the sole of the shoe and said there was dust all over them. Really? DUST on the bottom of a shoe? You could get that from just trying them on in storeShe says, FINE, slams a bottle of windex and a roll of paper towels, sprays the bottle into the towel, and says, you want an exchange, YOU clean them.I was thinking to myself, just keep your cool, your getting an exchange, dont go off on this woman.Anyway, as I actually found myself. a paying customer humiliated, embarrassed, ACTUALLY cleaning the boots, She came back and tried to rephrase it by saying just give it a little rub down, but that was just insult to injury. I stopped myself, got a complete refund from a cashier, and walked out.Instead of pulling the race card, because Im not white, like the majority of their clientele, Ill just say that this woman gave poor customer service, lacked professionalism, and now took a loss. I was going to buy boots for my 2 brothers for Christmas, but now Boot Barn will never get my business.
