Discount and Sale Friendly! 60% of the time when i walk in there is a sale. Today was their buy 1 get 1 50% off. Sometimes there is a buy 1 get one free. The shoe collection is very fashionable. I found the perfect shoes for my birthday at a great price!

I visited this location and the store was very clean along with Great customer service. Not only did they assist me on my personal selection, the ladies gave me awesome advice for future purchases for my kids on size and style preference.. I never write reviews, but I thought this experience was definitely worth it.

Very poor customer service! I have been to this location a few times since Ive moved here I usually have a very well experience at this location! Well I went in yesterday evening to browse through the selection and one employee was too busy talking/laughing on the phone while I was needing help regarding a size. I will NEVER be back again! I typically don’t do this.. but it was a shame to see that they’ll hire just anyone!!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Was there with my boyfriend for a total of 20 minutes. First off, nobody greeted us when we walked in. They were both standing there laughing and glued to their phones. Walked around for a little while and they still didn’t even acknowledge us. We finally left and went to academy to buy the same exact shoes I would of bought from here. Not to mention when we left they didn’t say anything to us. But they sure did notice because they immediately locked the door when we walked out. Definitely calling corporate. DO NOT WORK IN RETAIL IF YOU HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/ PEOPLE SKILLS. I work as a Customer Service Specialist at Best Buy and if I were to ever treat customers like that, it would be instant termination.

Staff is nice, there is variety of shoes and the store is well organized.

Walked in stayed for 15 -20 plus minutes. No customer service at all. But I heard all the employees talking to each other and ignoring customer. I wont go back. I manage a retail store in town and my biggest problem when I shop else where is very poor customers service. And this store had this issue.

I walked in and no one was out on the floor. No one came to greet me the whole 5 minutes I was there. I couldnt find the size I was looking for. When I tried to find assistance, an employee walked around the corner, lowered her eye brows at me and just walked down another aisle..so I just walked right out the door with $120 I was planning on spending. 6:30pm
