Nice staff but one of the worst drinks I have ever had from a Starbucks. The drinks taste like they haven’t cleaned out their equipment in months. Just bad.
This morning Morgan was standing in the humidity and bright sun being incredibly kind and attentive getting drinks. The line was easily 8 cars deep and I was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes with 2 drinks; 1 slightly complicated. This location is right around the corner from my house and Im continually impressed with how efficiently they shorten lines and get drinks out the window. Olivia took my debit card and was super smiley and kind. its so wonderful to have bright shining faces in the morning.Kudos yall!
The service youd expect. A coffee drink quickly upon request. Ive come to this location a few times and Ive never had a problem
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years. There morning crew usually is awesome, but for some reason this past months the afternoon crew in this Starbucks has been really inconsistent. The drinks are not done properly the staff has been rude at times. Again. This Starbucks used be known for its awesome customer service don’t know what’s going on now.
Everyone there is very friendly and have amazing work ethics.I literally come here 2-3 a day. Drinks and food items are delicious.
This review is about the store itself. It is extremely cold inside and the musicis very loud and random.
It’s a hit or a miss at this store.The person on Cafe bar is typically slow, but that’s fine when it’s not slammed! Lately my drinks have been made correctly, but they let the shots die. I understand it’s busy and you get distracted, but cmon. It’s happened the last 2 weeks and I only get starbucks once or twice a week as a reward for myself.I just wish they would be a bit faster (especially when I put my mobile order in 20 minutes in advance and still have to wait) and more consistent with the drinks.Overall great customer service!!!
My experience at this location has been phenomenal! I LOVE the morning staff. I go almost every day (pregnancy cravings) and the wait is never too long even if the line is. Their positive energy is an awesome way to start my morning on the way to the office. Yall are so much appreciated! Thank you guys!!
Hot robust dark roast brewed coffee and multigrain bagel with cream cheese was a delicious breakfast.

Every employee at this location is awesome. I was greeted by several and even though the app gave me an estimated 21 min wait time for my order, it was ready within 5 after they asked my name.Best part was that the coffee was friggin amazing. It was exactly how I ordered it, even the whip cream which other location sometimes miss.

I order venti mango dragon fruit lemonade they did not have a dragon fruit. They only given a simple lemonade. They should asked me if i still one it or if i want something else. The wait was long not happy with what i get.
Went here with intention to get a dark roast coffee. They said they dont server dark roast coffee past 11. Weird a coffee place wouldnt server coffee brew past 11 but what ever. The service attendants didnt take my order properly and just blatantly didnt care when I asked for it. She walked off and the staff mustard a poor excuse of coffee. Both the drink I got tasted terrible. Next time I will just drive the extra ten mins to avoid this location. Some of the worst coffee Ive ever had and certainly poor service

I order on the app and always are able to walk in and walk right out! They even say my name correctly! They have never had any of my big orders wrong or any order at that. The lines seems to move along pretty well.
This location Starbucks is topnotch. Kuddos to management and team because you guys are definitely above other Starbucks in the area. I have been to probably the 7 closest locations between Rosenberg and Sugarland area including the 3 on Hwy 6 and you guys really do your thing. I always encounter a pleasant experience every time. Your entire staff have the best personalities even at 5am! Even when the line is long in the drive through, you guys are efficient. There is a Starbucks location in Target and one in Kroger across 59 if you dont like to wait in the line. To me however, it is worth it. Its always quick! If I am in a hurry I order ahead in the mobile app and go inside where the store is always clean with new products on display for those of us who enjoy the cups. Blessings to all of you on your hard work.

Another perfect trip to this location. I always order ahead via app because my drinks are really intense with lots of special requests and odd little add ins. They rock it right EVERY TIME! Cheers to all of you, that you for being at work today!

So, this one location decided it no longer needs to offer there customers any sweetener options other than sugar or Equal. I guess they feel inclined to make our decisions for us. They should concentrate their efforts on cleaning their filthy store from time to time. Wont be back.
This is a very busy location. Very nice employees and fast with orders. The current atmosphere with the pandemic brings challenging, grumpy customers.... my hats off to this location. My orders are on point and they really do try to make everything right. There’s always a long line for the drive thru but it seems to move fast.
Always too busy. Super long line. All the way out to the street. We may need another location next door to keep up with this growing area. Too long a wait.

The coffee is good and the customer service is good. Corporate policy to shut the dining rooms down completely during covid sucks though. I really enjoy being able to sit down and relax with a nice hot cup o joe instead of having to leave and drink it in the car...COVID sucks!
I like this Starbucks because more often than not, I’ve dealt with very good workers here. And they always get our beverages right. They have good sandwiches in addition to the breakfast sandwiches they offer. They have the bottled Teavana teas. There’s a good-sized dining area and a bigger-than-normal outside seating. The two unisex bathrooms are clean. WiFi is fast. They have a drive-thru that I’ve used several times and had a good experience every time. This location is close to other shops & restaurants so it’s very convenient.

The Rosenberg locations line is moving slowly lately. I left and went to Mugz today. A smart company would put a coffee bar right next to Starbucks. No more waiting.

Very slow. Went inside and there was 1 person there. Drive threw was so long amd was out on the road. Orderd and took over 20 min. While sitting waiting over 10 others came in. Waiting that long is ridiculous and whem asked for a refund the lady said they were making the 2 drinks i ordered not. 11 min later got my drinks. Never again 1st time stopping at this location and wont be stopping there again
Extremely busy location! Between 10am & 2pm expect a 30 minute wait at either the drive-thru or walk in. Staff is polite but curt; theyre too busy for personalized service or idle chatter. They prioritize drive-thru service; they will ignore in-store customers to focus on processing cars. You can end up waiting longer as a walk-in. Ive had them mix up my order several times; either wrong size, wrong drink, or a combination of the two. Its not malice, theyre just that busy, and with seven (this mornings count) baristas, there are a lot of people moving around behind the counter, so orders can be misplaced. The coffee is good, but the service issues knock down the rating. Unless specifically coming in for a Nitro Cold Brew, I recommend the walk-in at either the Target or Kroger locations for faster, more accurate service.
The drive thru lady was Nice! She asked you to say bananas when ready. Good attitude!

Scammed by a very dishonest company with is Starbucks. They designed their app and website to scam you. They dont list the prices of the items until you add it to the cart. Then when you check out they trick you into reloading a gift card. If you try to get a refund they hold onto your money for 7-10 business days to collect interest.
Like to get my morning coffee from here on the way to work and the employees are always helpful and pleasant to talk to. They take care of my order quickly and make it just the way I like it. Would highly recommend.

I have a health condition that prohibits me from wearing a mask. When I entered the store at 24406 Southwest Fwy, Rosenberg, TX 77471, I was asked to wear a mask. I advised the barista that i couldnt because of my health condition. I was told I could be served outside. Ok. This is just south of Houston in late July. I needed the air conditioning to keep my lung function. I asked her if everyone was asked to sit outside and she replied that if an individual didnt have a mask, they would be served outside. Due to HIPAA laws, Im not required to disclose my disability. I was discriminated against. They were certainly happy to take my money. Who do I need to speak to about this discriminatory treatment so that I and other disabled people dont have to be seated outside, in the sun, at 90 degrees and 95 percent humidity... this unequal and unfair treatment!

Ive been visiting this location for eight years and Im always greeted with a warm and smiling face from everyone there. Its nice to visit a business where everyone knows who you are and goes out of their way to make sure youre taken care of.
The drive thru line was very long, but it moved fast. I didnt have to wait long at all. I got my coffee and it was perfectly made. It wasnt as hot as it should have been, but it was so delicious that I almost got back in the line to order another one. It was perfect, and I inhaled every single drop of it. I have to go back over that way today and I am going back to Starbucks for another coffee. They really are the best!
Best and strongest coffee in Rosenberg that I know of. I think its a good Starbucks overall. The staff is friendly and mobile orders are pretty. Sometimes ordering in store takes longer than it should IMO.
On my way to church and I always go to Starbucks but today I had to go to a different location this location and was treated so rude by Jessie who rolled her eyes when I simply asked if I could get my cup to mark my hot water level and I only ordered 2 drinks and have been here waiting forever so now Im running late to church and on top of that Jessie tells the customer behind me sorry for the wait as if I took forever And then says something to mock me not realizing I was listening to her and I looked at the customer with my face and just nodded my head at such a disappointment. I go to Starbucks every single day I spend over $50 a month in Starbucks religiously every single day and the way that I was treated makes me think twice about wanting to spend my money There any more
So I just have to brag on Starbucks ☺️ The staff is amazing.. Patrick, Makayla, Allie and everybody else are so friendly and I feel welcomed every time I walk because they know my name and my order 😂 yes I come here often but no matter what time of the day you walk in they are still the same friendly staff!!
Such a friendly bunch and good coffee too! Blown away again by the manager and the workers here. Nobody is perfect but they do their best and most of the time it comes out spot on yum. But when they make an oops they will make it right no problem. Love this place

I go to this Starbucks quite frequently, (every other day to be exact) but today unfortunately was a terrible experience that may stop me from going back. I ordered my husband and I two white chocolate mochas, hot with an extra shot in both. The total comes to about $12.23 and I gave the guy $13.00. I left my hand out to receive my change but he didnt give it to me. I caught his attention and told him he didnt give me my change and he told me I only gave him $12.00. So I replied no I gave you $13.00, why would I give you $12.00 if my total was $12.23? He walks away and a lady comes and asks whats the problem, I replied there was no problem he just forgot to give me my change and she replied you only gave him $12.00. So I told her the same thing that I told the guy and she walked off in my face as I was talking and comes back to hand me a dollar. I told her Im not trying to get over, I just want my correct change (which was about 77cents) and she finally gives me my correct change, says thanks and gets ready to walk off when I let her know that I still havent received my drinks. I finally received my drinks but by then I was so upset I didnt drink it. Now, I normally tell them to keep the change anyway but I wasnt given that option. And calling me a lie twice over 77 cents wasnt very good customer service. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. Now I have to think about if spending $12.23 or should I say $13.00 every other day is worth it.
This Starbucks was AMAZING this morning! I was coming in so late from work and I noticed no one was in the line. I pulled up at 8:58 and I left at 8:58! No kidding... this was CRAZY fast! Thank you! I was able to get to work RIGHT at 9:00!

Always bring smile to your face if you get service from him.As for location, drive through screen is broken and it can be slow. Sometimes they would get your drinks wrong or charge you incorrectly. Average rating of 3 but give 4 because of Frankie.
I had a great experience! The wait was a little long, but it was morning and to be expected. The barista made the best iced coffee with cream I had ever gotten at any Starbucks. EXTREMELY happy with my experience!! Will definitely visit again!

We came here just because Starbucks at Target would usually have no sandwiches or pastries available and wanted to check out the cafe. The male staff was so rude and arrogant when we ordered our drinks. He made us feel like we were not welcome there and that we don’t have any clue about Starbucks, like we haven’t even been to a Starbucks. Seeing the look on his face, I can tell that he was pissed at us taking about 2 minutes for looking at the menu and choosing our food and drinks and, for saying our orders wrong. The second time we went there, when we were at the counter, my dad got a panini and handed it to him, he then puts it down to the table like he was mad at us for taking a few minutes choosing a sandwich.We wouldn’t be coming here anytime soon, for sure. Their costumer service needs improvement, although I don’t know about how they treat other costumers, because it just felt a little racist to us. I would say that Starbucks costumer service in the Philippines is way, way better. They treat all of their costumers professionally and with respect. The staff greet you when you go into the cafe. You would not feel pressured when choosing your drink and snack. They are very patient in getting your order and even write your name on your drink and, when your drink is ready, they would call you to the bar.

I always use drive-thru and the staff is ALWAYS cheerful and friendly. The drinks are delicious, BUT here lately (more than once) my cups of latte have been short on product...meaning that they are only partially full...less in the cup....WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?This will be 5 stars when my cup is full again!

I stopped at this locations drive thru. I ordered and pulled up. No where was there any signage stating what the people were about to tell me. As hand the man my $100 bill, they say they cant give change for it. I told him thats all I had. He looks to the supervisor and then turns back and says yeah sorry we cant give change for that. All the money that this place makes and they cant give change? Thats ridiculous.

Came in the morning holding my dog this morning to grab some coffee. I came inside so they could use my reusable cup instead of going through the drive thru because they make it in a regular cup and just pour it in your cup so there is no point. As soon as I walk in everyone starts whispering into their head sets “dog, dog, there is a dog.” Then a manager appears and asks me to take my dog outside. Never bothered to ask if it was a service dog. He was extremely rude and condescending. I worked for Starbucks for many years and we were extremely pet friendly so I don’t know what has changed. Super disappointing.

I paid $4.82 for ice and milk. I asked for a Tall Midnight Mocha Frappachino. But there was no flavor I only tasted the other ingredients. Blah Im done with Starbucks. Dont skimp on the flavor when you charge almost $5 for coffee!

My experience here, and my rating, is for the drive-thru. I have come to this location twice. Both times I ordered a very simple drink, Vanilla Bean Frappe, and asked that cinnamon be blended inside. This is not a complicated request. Not only do they not do it, upon picking up my drink the guy says to me, Oh sorry we didnt do that, mind if we just put some on top? Then he tells his co-worker that the cinnamon was supposed to be blended in the drink to which she loudly replies, Whatever.The second time, the woman looked at me when I expressed my request not being done for a second time and then took my lid off at the window, dumped an unnecessary amount of cinnamon on top of the whip cream, recapped the lid and handed me my drink.This has happened to me not once but TWICE! Seriously, who the heck is staffing this place? And dont even get me started on the wait time. T_T I love starbucks, why does THIS have the be the closest location to my house? It sucks!
