Third Office Depot I stop by today to get a stamp that takes 5min to make. Apparently, the stamp expert didn’t show up today. The Office Depot in sugar land only has the red stamps since they have been missing a manager to do the orders.Office Depot’s prices are relatively high compared to other retailers. Sadly, it’s not a representation of the service.

Bought and item and came back to return it, and the first return, they were fine. They put my balance on a gift card within 20 mins I came back because the new item I exchanged didn’t work either and they said “they can’t do refunds or exchanged we policy” what kind of policy is that?! It changed within 20 mins?! STAY AWAY! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible management.

The worst location ever!!! We weren’t allowed to exchange a gift we were given! It’s printer ink that was unopened in the box. Horrible management. Drive the extra miles to another location. 3.6 stars eek

Horrible experience with juvenile employee in Rosenberg Tx. Tried to send a soil sample to Tx A&M. Young male employee had a very emotional reaction to it. Refused to ship dirt. He made a really big deal of it and was so upset he had to go clear shipping a soil sample with his manager. I left so to spare him the awfulness of shipping a soil sample to a university. This place is a joke. I will not be going back there.

Waited an entire week for spiral bound on a book. No one called even though I was told that someone would after the job was done. When I called and came in for the book, they had used an oversized spiral on the small book. It looked awkward beyond belief and no one bothered to adjust it or call me to give me alternative options. The rep behind the counter was reluctant at best to help and when pressed, she finally said that she could work on it between servicing other customers or I could come back another day for it. Mind you, I’ve already waited for a full week to get a book with a simple binding job. Does management here consider customer service training for the staff? Such poor attitude, no smile, no desire to help.

Went to this store this morning to get some ink n Mr. Dakota greeted me to ask if I needed help I politely said no thank u, then I headed towards the register n realized ny kids needed water for school. Before i could grab a water, Mr. Dakota went out his way to ask me if I needed help taking it to register, not knowing I had woke up in pain in my arm from a car accident so I was wondering how I was going to carry it, so I got to register n Mrs. Ashley was very polite ... while I was checking out Mr. Dakota asked if I needed help to the car, I was like WOW 👏 yes please we get to door it was raining he didnt complain he just kept conversating with me n offered to close the trunk . I was so amazed with Great customer service n made the start of my day a Great One! Good job 👏 👍 #Godslove

Poor service!!! I waited in line for 15 mins to be told that they (the manager) could not help me. First if all the self service paper cutter ripped one of my pages. The said he was sorry about the dull blade. ( remorse) I need my papers laminated he said the line was too long and he could not help me. Horrible service😑

At first I went there to print my documents so their machines have problems and they told me that your flash drive is corrupted and you need to buy new one and when I check my flash drive was working on my laptop..Anyways I bought the new one so then I get to know that the printing charges are way to high but I was in rush and I had no choice except paying them money.After two days I went to other office depot same thing happen they told me that you flash drive not working they forcing me to again buy new one. Even though the charges for scanning are double than printing charges. I will never go back there as it’s totally waste of time and money as they are doing highway robbery.Bad experience!!!!

After being a longtime OD customer, I am finished. Out of alot of printer cartridges. Ask when are they coming in, I get we dont know. This is why you are losing the market share to Amazon. Go to Unique Cartridge on hwy 6 . All that I needed half the price

Very friendly and helpful associates. The store was clean and bright. It was well-organized, which made it easy to browse and shop as each aisle is clearly labeled with product categories. There was an assortment of products to choose from as well as deals galore. Theres ample parking. And its location is nicely sandwiched between other stores for convenience. Basing it on what I saw, this Office Depot can very well take care of all your office needs. My only complaint is that the laptop floor models were not turned on. I think having everything turned on will greatly help customers decide on the computer that fits their needs.

I needed help printing the obituary/program for my Dads Memorial Service. I had no clue on how to go about this project. The ladies in the printing department were VERY helpful. They were very professional and done in a quick and timely manner.

Waited 3 Hours to get binding done on 2 worksheets, No body else was in line and the cashier had a conversation with another customer for about half an hour before helping me. Last office depot I had binding done had it out within 5 minutes.

I went in and as soon I got to the floor we had a worker approach us asked if we needed help, he helped all the way until the end, i walked in just wanting to buy a type of computer or laptop, walked out with a computer, desk, printer and a whole smile, happen to be the general manager Kenny, then I had to leave it there for the virus protection plan and stuff I had them install, the next help came from the computer tech I cant remember if im writing his name correct, tolu something like that, he checked us out Kenny came back helped out again, thank him and his crew for a wonderful service I received from there like a few weeks ago. GREAT STORE!!!

Great prices for back to school

Every time I go here, select my items, and go to the checkout, the prices are always different than what they are on the shelf. Its worse than K-Mart! Better off going through Amazon for better pricing and not having to haggle!

I was able to self serve & send a fax myself with no problems what so ever then just pay & walk out. All was really a nice experience. Thanks Office Depot.

I had a bit of a trick printing order that I emailed over. Randolph seriously blew me away! Everything was perfect. It was ready to go when he said it would be, and never once seemed like I was bugging him (like the competition can make you feel). Thanks again guys for great service. Ill be back for sure.

Worst service I have ever experienced in a store was in their Printing Department. Came to get a sample invitation printed, and the employee acted like I was a burden on him, and got annoyed and made some rude comments when I was politely trying to help him with the print settings on the computer. (Keep in mind, there were no other customers). After that horrible ordeal, I now always drive the extra distance to the one in Sugar Land, where the staff there is extremely friendly and always get the job done perfectly.

Pleasantly surprised today. Renovation appears to be finished, staff was extremely helpful ( they werent about a month ago) and we got a great deal on a chair for my wife. Not sure if they brought in a new staff, but the renovation isnt the only improvement since I was there. Thank you and Ill be back

I always look for parts first on the HD website. It will list the exact location in the store. This makes for a pleasant trip and I can get the part or material quickly. Then, finish my project.

Clean store, friendly staff, but cant go in this place without all 8 employees stopping you for 5 minutes each and telling you about their individual services and corporate services even though you say no thank you, no thank you, no thank you. A simple quick question would suffice. I dont need the whole production 8 times every time I come in.Also need to add cart corrals outside for customer convenience.

Poor service. The staff is either incompetent or does not know how to help people in a timely and fair manner. I waited 20 minutes to pick up work (unfinished) while people in the line behind me were helped. Then I waited for 20 more minutes while one worker constantly interrupted the person finishing my work.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and got me what I needed very quickly. They also made a deal with me since one of the items they sell wasnt available. It was very of them to do what they did.

In 2 years the service of this store is by far the worst in any business Ive been in.They dont care about the customer at all they are more interested in socializing and when you do ask for help they act like its an inconvenience seriously you can hear it in their voice this is my first time writing a review and didnt want to write this one but i dont want to drive the extra distance to office Depot.Oh i forgot when you get ready to pay for your items they are quick to sell a extended service policy.

This place is a bunch of thieves. I bought a computer online and received an email saying to come pick it up. When I got to the store, the computer was not new like I ordered, I was a floor model that had severe signs of use and was no longer under warranty. I refused to accept the computer for obvious reasons. I was told that my credit card would not be charged and the pending charge would be released from my credit card. I waited a couple days and found out the charge was authorized for the full charge. I have been calling the corporate office for a week now and have been given the run around while being told my refund will take 7-10 days. It has now been 11 days and once again I have been told they are processing the refund and it will take 5-7 more business days. The customer service is horrible; I have been constantly told I would receive call backs which I still have not received and Ive repeatedly been denied the ability to speak with a supervisor. My company will never do business here again and I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and Attorney Generals office.

I went into this location on Thursday and the employee (he could of been the manager) working in the printing department was absolutely unprofessional. I can not begin to tell you how rude he was. It was my grandmas funeral and I needed some Remembrance Cards laminated. He acted like it was too much work. He was complaining about being the only one working in that department and made the comment ... did I not hear the phone ringing, he was busy! I asked him OK how many can you laminate? I need something to pass out tonight. He made a face and started helping the next customer. I have a business and do all my printing at the Office Depot in Pearland and Missouri City locations. I have never been treated so poorly. I stood there like a dummy waiting for him to respond or answer me, which he never did. I ended up googling printing companies and went across the street to Postal Plus. They were professional and helped me with no problems.Just because Office Depot is corporate does not mean they can treat their customers in that manner. (especially this location) He was unprofessional and arrogant. I will never go to this location again.

Great store! Looks wonderful, and the staff is pretty great. The store should definitely be higher rated, but unfortunately most of the reviews on here are either old/outdated, about something petty (ie. not knowing where something is after the renovation), or docking points for something that is out of the stores control.Several of these reviews complain about the customer service in the print & copy center, which I know for a fact has been and is being re-staffed, which makes most of these complaints outdated. And the first review you see, left by Mr. Nathan Rowland, is a very unfortunate experience but none of it is the stores fault. If you buy something online instead of speaking to a person and seeing what youre buying first, you run the risk of not getting what you wanted. And then it took an incredibly long time for him to get his refund processed, which again is not the fault of anyone in the store. A very unfair review to leave on a page for one specific location. Placing an online purchase means you forfeit the right to hold the store accountable if there are issues with the order. It would be like me going into an ebay or amazon store, having a bad experience with a worker there, and then leaving a review saying the entire company is awful and mismanaged. Your frustration is valid, but misplaced. This store deserves more stars.

Extremely helpful. I love how they made the back to school items easily accessible all pretty much in the same place I was in and out in less then 30 minutes for all my back to school shopping.

Great place to go to be able to get copies made or coupons printed out.

Kept getting the feeling staff thought I was going to steal the .50cent sharpeners, so I made my $13 worth of copies and left. Same guy just happened to be all over the store, then another one started watching inconspicuously.

They had exactly what we needed and no long lines, thank God!

There is a young lady that works there, she is a geneius!! I went to 2 Walgreens, 1 CVS, 7 employees and 25$ later I still had not accomplished my task. This one little girl, opened the app document, like a pop top made my copies, and 1$ later. I was DONE!!Thank You So Much Office Depot🙏👍

Terrible service, unprofessional and does not put the customer first.I ordered same day business cards online via the Office Depot website. I had my order submitted at 9:37am, well before the 2pm deadline stated to get same day cards. I get an automated email stating my cards would be ready around 6pm.I got to the store at 6:30pm and went to the print center to pick up my order. Thats when Im told Oh, our business card machine has been broken since last week so we cant do the order. That is UNACCEPTABLE.The store had my phone number, email and work number. Not once did they try and call me or email me to see if they could send it to another office depot, or to let me know they couldnt produce the order so I could figure out a Plan B.Terrible experience, unhelpful staff, and poor customer service.

The print and copy center is usually understaffed or staffed by employees that clearly need more training. If I have to explain margins, bleed, CMYK, or EPS vs. PDF files to a print specialist, theyre in the wrong line of work.I wish I could rely on them for consistent quality. Id jump at the chance of using them for our design and marketing projects if I knew it were improved.The 3 stars are simply because I love office supplies and spend a large amount of our budget here.

Sometimes things are difficult to find, but there is always someone close by to help, and I appreciate that. They are also very patient, helping me to decide what to get.
