Really liked the manager he was really really helpful. My screen protector slid off my phone for the 5th or 6th time now. He recommended a superior screen protector for a bit more which I laughed and explained that Im a long time customer and purchased the yearly plan and that part of that sell was bec I was tired of the $8 install fee for replacing the screen protector and I could have probably paid the up-charge by now for the glass but it doesnt work well for pokemon ball throwing. He was so honest and told me that I should not have been paying the fee and even looked me up in the computer to see when the last charge was made in order to refund me or give me a better protector. They didnt have the fancier one for my specific phone bec its already a year old but the fact he even offered was sooo sooo nice. Im having trouble with a go pro that has a protection plan and he told me to bring it in and how they would replace it ect.. He also told me about benefits of the plan I didnt even know about and how its getting better. We talked for the five minutes the phone needed to be sanitized in order for the screen protector to be installed. I will say this is the first time I have had no bubbles and I suspect that I will be a much better pokemon player as a result! Priorities! This Best Buy made me feel like a priority and I didnt spend anything but a few minutes of my time - no money. It didnt matter because I will definitely make the drive past four other best buys just to go to this store as a result and I am certain they will get more of my money soon.

The customer service at this Best Buy is the worst! Definitely worth the extra 10 mins to go to the first colony location. I had a bad experience when I had a curbside pick up order, you’ll end up waiting for way longer than expected! As I went inside to pick up the order, multiple sales associates basically just hanging out with each other, uninterested in helping customers, and were really rude!

This is my favorite Best Buy! I live just as close to this location as to the location in Sugar Land (First Colony and 59); however, I always ended up having a better experience (customer service) at the Rosenberg location. Would highly recommend this location! Especially the manager, Chase, who is great!

I got my computer fixed at this geek squad and they fixed it but they just threw all the cords and insides into my PC all willy nilly. One side of my PC is made of glass so you can just see into it, they made no attempts to put it neatly back how it was which goes to show they are not detail oriented at all.

I bought an item exactly 30 days ago that was probably defective out of the box. Due to COVID-19 and Apple having all its stores closed, he went above helping me. Very satisfied and Apple needs to do better. Apple products are too expensive to fail so quickly and have issues. And to tell customers to mail in a new product for repair, unacceptable. Hats off to Best Buy for picking up the slack and trying to do their best with everything going on.

Last time I went to the store, workers were not knowledgeable of assigned sections. I call back regarding car stereo replacements and I waited on hold for 30 minutes the first time before it hung up. I then call back and wait on hold for 55 minutes. I am told to call back later again, and provided no help at all. I asked to leave a call back # so I do not have to wait on hold so long again but was told there is no way to relay info. Yes there is, write my # on a sticky note and walk 100 feet to the car audio department. It takes 30 seconds. After 55 minutes on hold, customer service should have at least tried to help. I will not be returning to this Best Buy and will not be a customer of this store anymore.

This location has to be the worst location Ive ever experienced in all my years of shopping at Best Buy and it saddens me because Ive always had great customer service from Best Buy. I always buy my electronics as well as appliances here and I thought today would be no different. When I entered the store at 11:20am today there wasnt any happy Welcome to Best Buy greeting from not one of the four employees standing at the entrance. They just kept talking amongst themselves as if they didnt notice me but I heard a greeting to another customer who entered shortly after me. No biggie I thought maybe they werent paying attention.🤔 As I made my way through home theater section employee walked by, made eye contact and nothing. I then walked through the televisions, the stereos making my way all the way to the other side of the store to the printer section, still not one employee offered to help me and at this time Im literally in the store for over 30 mins. One employee was walking around with a customer which I waited patiently for another 15mins thinking she would help me after she was done with that customer but nope she quickly went dodge because I went through the whole section and she was nowhere to be found. So now as I wait to see if anybody would stop and acknowledge me, I make use of the time by looking up reviews on printers since I cant seem to get anyone to help me choose a printer. I finally grow tired and walk all the way up to the front of the store to ask the greeter can he send someone to help me in the printer section. He sends me back to the printers as he calls on the earpiece for help. I heard him as he called out so Im thinking finally Ill get some help. As I waiting, I go back to looking at youtube reviews... without me noticing.. another 15mins past and now another customer has joined me in the area. A employee walks in our direction and Im like finally but only to my surprise, he walks up to ask the other customer can I help you🤦‍♀️ I said excuse me sir but Ive been waiting for help in this area for at least 40 mins. He just dismisses me by saying maam you have to request help. Although this is new to me, I explained that I walked up to the front and was waiting for the help the guy sent for. He stated well you have to wait on the yellow tape over there. Wow so why wasnt that explained to me, is what Im thinking while Im making my way to the yellow tape. He radios the same girl who never reappeared in the section. She walked me back to the area with an unbothered attitude. Needless to say she wasnt very helpful at all. In fact, she only showed me one printer and told me, I would have to oder online because they didnt have any printers in stock. My purpose was to go into Best Buy today and buy a 55 to 65 TV along with a printer and who knows what else but unfortunately thats not what happened. When I was leaving out the store, the door greeter said nothing but as I was walking up to ask for help earlier, I heard him told a couple Thank you for choosing Best Buy and have a great day. So I know theyre capable of saying the greeting but for some reason, it wasnt said to me. I hope this was just a bad day for them because I would hate to think this would be the regular experience I get from my neighborhood Best Buy. Im new to the area and that wasnt very welcoming at all.

Thankfully working at a bestbuy before I knew what I wanted and could find my way around the store. When I got to talk to someone they were friendly however getting someone to talk to was a challenge. No one approached me or asked if I needed help I had to approach them and they acted as if they didnt want a sale very disappointing.

Dont get me wrong, but Everytime I go to Best Buy to purchase a laptop for my granddaughter, they are always sold out. Frustrated!!!! I love this store and I am aware that getting merchandise in is not their fault, but everyone cant afford a Mac or purchase a $700.00 laptop, especially for a young child.

I just wanted to thank and commend Amondo, the front store associate, working at the Rosenberg Best Buy location, who went above and beyond in helping me and my husband with selecting some PS5 games. He waited patiently as we had to have our son’s input via FaceTime and even went out of his way to step away from his post to help my husband find the PS5 controller in the gaming area. He is the nicest and most helpful associate we have had the blessing to meet there. Thank you Amondo for all of your awesome and patient help!

We went in to inquire about a projector and Liam was an amazing sales consultant. He showed us many options and even put us in their room to test out the sound & quality of one of the projectors. Terrible experience at this best buy and would not recommend to anyone. Bought $2k worth of stuff here for delivery and curbside pickup. Tried to return or exchange a watch band today and they wouldn’t do it saying outside the 15 day return policy by one day today!! Apparently consumers are supposed to be psychic and know that even though the store is closed you could still walk up for returns. I spoke to the manger and he was no help either. I called corporate and they said he could have done it but it is his discretion, and I could try another store, so he was just an a**hole. Won’t be spending another cent here.

I recently purchased electronics online at Best Buy. and hp- Hewlett-Packard could not fix after 6 days of changing settings and re configuring over the phone. They would not replace with a new or different model and it still wouldn’t work. Best Buy on the phone for this store and corporate were useless!!! But the manager and clerks working when I took my pc in were kind and very helpful!!! What a blessing to have people help you like they would want to be treated!!! Went in to do laptop shopping and was checking out some units. I finally decided on one and ask if they had any in stock. Was met with a no they are sold out. Asked if another store had any and was told they were sold out everywhere. Went for my second pick and it was also apparently sold out everywhere. Why even have them out if they are sold out everywhere it makes no sense
