Professionalism is non existent at this store, at this time. Been buying lights here since this location opened a few years ago. Ive watched management change. Im moving my account or closing it altogether. Not only did CES sell me two different temperature lights, they sold me a used light as brand new?!The sales rep was giving me a difficult time about placing my order. I was going to use another CES location to place my order. The manager reassured me that my order would be taken care of and the photos show what I got.I cannot complete the job as planned because I have to return and buy somewhere else. CES Rosenberg couldnt get the order right and tried to sell me a used light panel as if it was brand new.

First time visit; well stocked store, friendly staff.
