I wish there were more stars to give for this review! My catalytic converter was stolen and Express Mufflers were able to replace the stolen piece quickly! The service I received was courteous, transparent and it was much cheaper than I was quoted at the other places I had contacted. This is the first time I had to deal with mechanics and transparently I was a bit guarded as there is this stigma attached that women are often taken advantage of because its assumed they lack the knowledge or understanding when it comes to automotive issues. Not at Express Mufflers, I was treated with the utmost respect and everything was explained to in such a thorough manner so that I could make the best informed decision regarding the replacement of my catalytic converter. They have a lifetime customer in me and I would recommend Express Mufflers to anyone looking for fair, respectable and courteous service!

I just went to this place to get an estimate to replace my stolen catalytic converters on my silverado. I simply asked for an approximate up front before going all the way to my house to get trucks info but the OWNER was very rude to the point that I had to say thats alright, dont worry about I own a small dealer and could have been a good customer for this shop but I hate prepotent people and decided to go somewhere else. I believe that every business owner must have good manners and be polite with every single customer, not a few selected ones... I wont ever go back to this place again. This is my second visit to express mufflers in the last two years. I brought a 2006 silverado for an aggressive sounding muffler without wanting much drone in the cabin if possible. Juan listened to what i wanted and recommended the cherrybomb vortex and it worked beautifully for the sound i was looking for. Today i brought in my 2021 camaro ss for an upgrade on the exhaust. He recommended the blackwidow mufflers and again the sound i was looking for was nailed on the spot. Juan does honest, quality work. He doesn’t rush you, gives recommendations based on what you are looking for, or speaks against something if he doesn’t think it’s the right way to go and explains to you why. He even lets you look at his work while he’s working on your car. I highly recommend express mufflers for any exhaust work you might be looking for. I highly recommend Express Mufflers. Juan exceeded my expectations. Work performed was a muffler and resonator removal. Replaced with flowmaster 50 series single pipe in and double out. The tips are a very good looking black chrome. The tips were pointed slightly down out the side of my 2018 GMC Sierra . I have to mention the welding some the best welding I have seen on a exhaust job . I cant say enough about Juan he is a highly skilled honest business owner. I came in as he opened this morning and was in and out in about an hour. Juan is very good at what he does and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the job. I have a 99 trans am the nightmare of exhaust places. Nobody in town would touch it and the ones who did were outrages in prices. Took my truck over to the Express Mufflers where I was very pleased with the service I was offered. Not only was I not sure which exact muffler I wanted to install but he had testers in the shop that he was able to temporarily attach and allow me to somewhat hear how loud I was to expect. I drove by looking for an exhaust shop around lunch time and I just happened to stop by Express Mufflers... I AM SO GLAD I DID, the first thing that caught my eye was the number of customers out front and the friendliness of the atmosphere. It was lunch time but the OWNER asked me to please join them for lunch! We sat there and ate and I felt right at home and promptly after we ate, I asked Juan to build me a custom exhaust... I wasnt sure if it could be done, but Juan stated, NO PROBLEM with a smile on his face and built my exhaust from scratch. After it was completed, I was floored! the exhaust looked and sounded amazing!!! Juans welding is second to none and his prices are hard to beat! I was so happy that I dropped in and he definitely has a customer for life!

Had a super 10 flowmaster installed by Juan and man does he do some extremely good work. His customer service is top of the line. He is truly all about the customer and that is extremely hard to find. I highly recommend him for any looking to do some exhaust work. This is the only place I will ever go for work done.

Took my 71 Delta 88 to Express Muffler to fix a vibration noise. Although he didn’t install the exhaust system, he didn’t have a problem looking at the car. He had a car already on the lift, moved it off and put mine on. Found the problem and made an adjustment and I was done. I’m going back to have him do some other things to the exhaust system. Great guy, great customer service and a clean shop. Glad I found him.

Excellent service! I had a slight leak near a clamped joint. Although I tried to tighten it with my 1/2 drive ratchet, I couldnt get it to stop. Mr Juan gave it a little more effort than I could muster and now the leak has stopped! Although I insisted, he wouldnt take a dime for his trouble. I would recommend this shop any time to anyone. He is honest and kind.

I had a new BBK x pipe that I installed on my mustang and it would scrape on the driveway where the pipes bolted up so Juan gave me all the options I could go with and then gave me some time to think about it and didn’t try to sway my decision at all. I decided to have him make some cuts and weld in some new pipe to make the clearance way better. He did an amazing job at a great price! I called Juan on Monday. Took my car in on Tuesday morning. He recommended something that saved me $50 before he even took a look at the car. He told me it would be ready by 11am. He called at 9:30 and it was finished. Great service, a great price from someone I trust.

I brought my 06 Ram to Juan to have the resonators removed almost a year ago. Juan also hooked me up with a wicked set of ceramic coated exhaust tips. He had welded the entire job! Juan treated my truck as if it was his own.So I bought a new Challenger R/T. I brought it to Juan with an idea of what I wanted and how I wanted it to sound. Juan is what I would call a subject matter expert on performance exhaust. Well, he explained that what I wanted to do would not render the sound that I wanted. Knowing that to Juan my car is equivalent to an artists blank canvas, I had him do what he said would be better. The old man definitely knows what hes talking about, not only did I get the sound I wanted, but I ended up spending less.With his experience and work ethic, Juan could charge way more for what he does, instead he would rather keep the customers he has.
