Had a muffler installed was not welded all the way had exhaust leaks when I left and when I came in to get it fix (says closes at 6 and they closed before 4) they didn’t seem interested to fix there mistake!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL!!!P.S. I work in the automotive industry and this is what gives us a bad name!!

These guys are simply amazing mechanics. Very honest & trustworthy. My grandmother had been using them for years then myself. Moving across town now so gonna miss them.

If you want fast and reliable service this is the place to go, you can have your car back in an hour or 2. I had a tune up and a wheel alignment done in 2 hours prices are a little high but professional remember good car service is priceless.

Owner/Manager refused to put on mask even after one was provided to him. Happy to take my mask-wearing business elsewhere!

Tried to redeem a coupon and they would not take it. Fair enough, I guess, as the fine print said participating locations. But I had made an appointment online and mentioned the coupon and they made no objection then nor did I get a phone call explaining that they would not take the coupon. I guess a single star is fair as the attendant was nice about it, but I wasted time and gas.

This place has great customer service the gentleman at the front gave me great conversation while I waited for an oil change now Firestone at Brazos town center and national tire and battery had a 5 hour wait before they could get to me at 7:30a on a Saturday. I️ called meineke and they had me in and out in 20 minutes

I called to inquire if this location did state vehicle inspections. The clerk replied Yes, and we will be here until 4pm. When I arrived the clerk was sarcastically rude, and belittling as he told me they do not handle state inspections. I will not visit Meineke again. I came to Firestone and was greeted politely and treated professionally. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location like the plague.

Owner is VERY rude. Telling me about the work that I had done (resonator delete) was wrong. By the way he wanted $100 dollars to do and it cost me $13 I know alot of about cars btw. And when I walked in the store he told me he could do it then telling me i had the wrong stuff then procedes to go to shelf to get another muffler so he could upsell me. Wanted $300 for new muffler installed which is still to much for a no name muffler. And by no means am I looking for anything free. And as I was leaving I apologized for wasting his time and his reply was yea . The ONLY reason I go here is for Dale (does awesome work) but it looks like i will NOT be going back due to lack of customer service and the belittling the owner does. Now I know why it is nvr busy. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK. And I hope they read this.

Their system is outdated, the service provided was half done, and they dont seem care about customer service. From now on Im avoiding this Meineke at all cost.

Took vehicle in. Older guy at front seemed lazy, uninterested and not motivated to do much. Drove car on lift and listened to him complain how difficult itd be to put a new muffler on. Very unprofessional. Took it elsewhere and was done in less than an hour.
