Its a standard Michaels - which is great! My go-to first stop for art and craft supplies. Love wandering the aisles looking at all the pretty ribbons, beads, paints and craft supplies. Ive bought yarn, paint, beading, cake decorating, drawing and seasonal decor. Never been disappointed, always leave with a full cart and a smile on my face. The checkout people are so helpful and alwaysat least try to find me a coupon for money off.

If you are looking for almost any crafting needs youll find it at Michaels for a reasonable price.

Its a craft store much like any other, but this store doesnt have any negative press about it or positive press depending on your point of view anyway. What it does have is art supplies of all sorts and also non art supply things like some of the toys you can find and batteries. Of course the prices arent as low as what youll find on the site that promotes billionaires traveling to space and the owner is most certainly wealthy but theyre not start a space venture wealthy and thats a business I feel okay with supporting.

Very pleased with this location. Depending on what day of the week you shop, inventory is well stocked and sales cycles each week. Definitely recommend checking their website before you shop and if an item is not on sale, wait a week and check again.

Always well stocked with friendly and helpful staff. This store has a great selection of craft items and fun projects for the kids. Thei framing dept is very good and they do a great job on custom frames.

The employees here are really nice. I always find what Im looking for when I come here, plus more. They have the arts + crafts things that the average store wouldnt. Its always fun and exciting to come into a store and see something different that you normally wouldnt see and leave with something better than you imagined. Always loved coming here especially during the holidays!

They dont seem to have as much Halloween stuff not sure if the pandemic but sad. I love going for my craft stuff. Workers are nice

I come here all the time. I have more hobbies than i have money to pay for. Prices are great and employees are nice. Isles are clean and products are where they belong, not placed everywhere randomly by people who cant put things back. They could try getting more craft foam more specifically the medium density cosplay foam. It may be more expensive, but its better foam and glues better.

Clean store very organized friendly staff

I went in on Saturday morning to get a print framed and their framing department is fabulous. They have a program that shows you how your print will look like. 😀 Their sales are great

The store itself was clean and nice. I was left a little frustrated. I had called to see if the had a particular item in-stock that the website said should be there. I was told they had 10 of them. I got there with in a half hour and they didnt have any. Im pretty sure they didnt have any in the first place and the employee never actually checked.

I never go to Michaels with any real expectations aside from spending a good hour to 2 here... I dont care if you know exactly what youre there for you will somehow find yourself 3 aisles over looking at glass beads or soap making kits.. Theres just too much nifty & fun stuff. Always have good sales going on, store is nice n clean & well stocked. Only complaint is the aisles could be a smidge wider.. You will either find yourself or someone else parked in an aisle engrossed in one interesting thing or another & unfortunately theres very little room to maneuver around em.

Love Michaels! I get my yarn here as its the cheapest and has more colors than Joanns. I also get my beads here as well

They had great sales going on. My wife and I were able to find what we were looking for. This Michaels is set up like most of the other ones in this area.

It seems since Covid, their inventory is always low. Ive called ahead of time to ensure they have an item, only to get there & find they dont have it. Very disappointing 😞

Had a great experience here, first time in. Manager really spent alot of time helping me, finding what I was looking for, and answering all my questions. Line was really quick.

Ordered on line used curb side pickup. Order accepted and email confirmed order, second email 20 minutes later advised order being processed, and watch for email advising ready to pickup.We all need to appreciate the stress and hard work the store employees are facing. Yes the wait was longer than expected, but the order ready email came, called the store #, pressed 3, gave name & order number, was greeted professionally & friendly, order brought out placed in trunk 3 minutes later...yes a positive experience, order complete no damage and friendly hard working staff. Great job Michaels and your excellent staff.

Have been shopping here on and off for four years. I try to avoid going unless I really can’t find the item somewhere else. Staff is not Very friendly Most of the time. I have encountered a couple of nice employees over the years.

Just had my wifes 20th anniversary present framed and used a 70% off coupon the matched it with a beautiful frame and border highly recommend them!

Michaels is a good place for various crafting and art supplies. The custom framing service is the best Ive ever used. They do excellent work. My 4-star rating is for how expensive it is to shop there without coupons.

There are so many different things you can do with anything/everything and all of them are high quality and cheap.you can also go on the website and get so many great deals. If you have never gone there and you need something for crafts or just need stuff for school like paper that is a great place for that.I made a bracelet it was so easy manly because thay have lots of stuff for jewelry.

Was very disappointed during my visit, asked an employee for help looking for a few products and the employee acted like she didnt know what I was talking about and said if she had her phone on her she could help me. So I just started looking down another isle and turned to see that same employee with her phone out scanning items and when she noticed me coming around the corner she quickly slipped her phone back into her Pocket 😲😲😡😡😡 she had blue green hair🙍🏾‍♀️🙍🏾‍♀️🙍🏾‍♀️

Great for art projects supplies. I also like the variety of picture and poster frames. Always can find something on sale. Do not forget to check for coupons on website.Great quality cases and shadow boxes for collectibles. Also, lots of creative classes available.

Good stuff in there

Pretty much everyone knows that Michaels is a craft store with a frame shop in the back. I have no issues with Michaels as a store. And this particular location has friendly staff and Ive used their frame shop twice now and was very pleased with their work and would recommend them. However, this particular location is dirty and needs a good scrubbing. It could also stand to be updated, as shoppers like to do their business in a visually aesthetic place and this is NOT THAT. This is why I am buying my craft needs at Joanns or online.

Michaels had very bad customer service. There are not enough employees for how messy and difficult to shop the store is. Especially if you are not familiar with crafting and craft stores. It is hard to get thorough assistance. A lot of the employees and even managers are not very engaging or pleasant. You really only go there because of the convenience otherwise it would NOT be worth it.

Being a craft store, it has a lot of stuff to look at. So many ideas for crafting, cooking and drooling over! Love this store. I do wish it could be kept a little more organized but understand that shoppers dont know how to put items back where they got them!

I went for a class and I absolutely loved their service. Earlier I used for decorating purposes and the staff is very helpful even in the phone. Not like hobby lobby.

Needed to check the prices of somethings yesterday and I had a 50% off coupon; however I didnt need it as everything I needed was on sale for at least 40% off! The only thing interest is bringing my oldest daughter with me as I could not take full advantage of the sale, but I will go back without her and She will not know that the Easter Bunny shopped at Micheals this year!Check out was quick and the cashier knew of an additional 20% coupon I could qualify for so I saved an little bit more.

I looked Michaels a lot, but it is a bit pricey. I thought that it would be a better bargain since youre making most things yourself. I have tried their coupons and it seems that everything in interested in is excluded from those coupons. Thats very frustrating. After spending all the time trying to find what I want to discover that it is excluded from the savings I was expecting, I was extremely disappointed. I dont expect it to be like eBay pricing, but I thought it would be more reasonable. I felt like they did a bait and switch. The people were extremely nice, but not able to help with all the exclusions. I really have no desire to go there. Ill be shopping Walmart. They have a better selection.

Going to Michaels always cheers me up and motivates me! I loved going there, i bought $40 worth of stuff for $32 because I took $40off one of my items by their daily coupon!! The cashier was fast and friendly too!

I like Citrus Heights store the best, it just seems much bigger. But I do love Michaels I was disappointed this last visit though because they’ve replaced so much stuff with Christmas items and it really bothers me because that’s like 3 months I can’t find items I usually get from there for other holidays and parties because they set up for Christmas way too early.

Friendly employees. They are always happy to help me find something. They have more of what Im looking for compared to JoAnns, and they give a teacher discount year round with your ID.

They had really good after Christmas sells and usually have everything that you need craft wise. Unfortunately they are a little expensive and when I was looking for a adult paint by number, I was unable to find a good one. Like I said they do tend to have good sales though!

The staff is really on point at this Michaels their are ready to help customers find what they need. This store was packed and the line seemed really long, but it was actually very fast and it was very quick considering.

The store was recently reset. Its well organized, well stocked and spotless. The clerks were helpful and courteous. I got what I was looking for and a 30% discount with the coupon on my phone. 😊

Good place to get art/Kraft paper and supplies. They also carry folding display boards as well.Pictures for framing, custom frames, and frames both wood and metal are also available in various sizes.Over all, a decent place to shop for art and Kraft supplies at reasonable price.

This Michaels is pretty big store and very clean. The employees seem to be very nice but it could have been more than walking around helping customers if you had questions
