I have a hard time with businesss that just will not return emails or phone calls. Left two emails and three voice mails. Still nothing. I brought in a 2013 Honda Pilot with defective paint almost three weeks ago. No update, no follow through, nothing!! Not a good way to treat a veteran.

Do not bring a new bmw to this shop. They kept my bmw 2019 x5 for a month. For a broken driver side mirror, window replacement and repaint the door. They tore my leather on my door broke claps which took a week to get and it took over 2 weeks to match the color of my car which is an individual color sand stone. They charged my insurance for all the damage they caused. They act like they have no insurance. Manger Phil claims that their technicians are bmw certified but they couldnt reprogram my Camera system. They took it to Roseville bmw which it stayed there for two days. You have to call them if you want any updates. Then they will lie to you about whats going on with your car. Even when I picked it up they said they where washing it for me before I picked it up. There was so much dust inside and outside on the door they painted still had rubbing compound on it. Yes they did fix everything except my leather had some body patch it because it cost 3200 dollars to replace it. 300 dollars for a patch job.

We purchased our car from AutoNation, so we decided to get it fixed there after someone hit our car in a parking lot. The car had been driving fine after the collision, but we wanted to get our bumper and other cosmetic issues fixed. I expected the work to take some time, considering the current pandemic, and the holiday season, it took us almost a month to get our car back from repairs.We had a lot of delays, which we were told were because of our insurance - however, our insurer told us otherwise. We also had poor communication from our estimator (lack of follow up and clarity).We were given a date and time to pick up the car, but never received a call to let us know it was ready. I called in for an update, and was told they had spoken to my husband 20 minutes ago, letting him know the car was ready. My husband called two minutes after I did, and was told the car would be ready to pick up in about 30 minutes. My husband came in at the time he was given for pick up, but still had to wait because the car wasnt ready. The lack of clear communication has been incredibly misleading and caused us a lot of frustration.

Horrible, I only came here against my will because farmers recommended it. This was the work they turned in to me. Complete lack of quality control, lack of communication vehicle done for 4 days no ones told me it was ready for pick up. Wrong parts being ordered causing delay. Not turning in paprwork to farmers for over a month, then denying that I took the car back. I dont know how this place is even a shop I will never be going back to this place.

They did a great job fixing the hole in the door of Tesla Model X. They were professional, and my car looked a lot better coming out of there than coming in.

I was referred by Roseville Infiniti for front and rear damage to my SUV. Everything looked factory when complete. The estimator Carmen, was very helpful and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything - even polishing my headlights that were starting to fade a bit. She also made sure I was given the extra parts for my after market exhaust as I requested. They definitely went above and beyond from my experience at other body shops. It was easy to drop off and pick up it was even done a day earlier than expected.
