I was looking for a telluride, and my ideal trim level with desired options was only being offered at another dealership, so Jeffrey was not the first place on my list - but it turned out I could have saved myself the time and good mood had I asked them first (I ended up having a vehicle similar in options, aka close enough). Unlike the other particular dealership that started the negotiation with a 9000 bucks markup, they were sincere and honest about the price, so we had a deal in no time. Michael G. was helping me find the vehicle and get all the paperwork done. He did a good job as I got every document and the plate within 8 days. Also I felt trusted at this place with those guys: At the previous dealership the salesperson accompanied me throughout the test drive without the attempts to start a conversation - I was somewhat freaked out; but Mike and David (the manager) left me with the keys at Jeffrey so I could take my time to admire the wonderful machine. A good experience overall.

The service employees are rude and when the lease is done our family will never do business with this dealership. Called because the brakes are grinding on a 2019 Forte. Purchased an extra warranty for 992$ and they are trying to charge a fee just to look at the car. Asked to speak to the service manager and the phone just rung and rung. I will be posting a review on Facebook and IG.

Had a nice visit with Bradley looking into a Sportage. Sticker shock since its more be than I expected. The good news be is they offer leases, sunroof and customized paint job- Teal maybe. Have a print out of the latest catalog. Will also consider SUVs cause of movie DVD layer and additional trunk space

Have been waiting on a phone call from Service Department since June. It’s now September 18th. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my engine and had to confer with Korea to try to figure it out. No one answers phones in service anymore, and no one has returned my voicemails. I’ve sent two texts the last two days with a promise a Manager would call me. Nothing yet. Disappointed because my first experience a couple years ago was spectacular. Now, not so much.

I actually had a wonderful, stress free experience at Jeffrey Kia, leasing the brand new 2021 Kia Seltos.I worked with David Topol-Kia Sales Manager, Caitlin Zielke-sales with Jeffrey Automotive, Mike-Kia salesperson that helped me with learning/setting up the new suv.I got out of my Nissan Lease early by trading in my Nissan Rogue Sport and did very well on trade in and my next lease payment on the Seltos.Im extremely happy with how the transaction went with Chris-Finance Manager, not pushy, pleasant fellow.Bottom line, I love the Seltos, and will return to Jeffrey Kia for my next vehicle at this point. I m hoping that the Seltos is a great vehicle in the long term, and I have great experience with the Kia service department.So far, so great!

I’ve had the absolute worst experience with this dealership, they had me put down 2500 on a car that I was not approved for, (which I didn’t know) then when it came time for me to receive my refund they told me I had to wait, after waiting a few days I decided to call, then they told me they’d call back which they never did, now I am finding myself calling 3-5 times a day asking when I can simply have my $2500 refund, and am still getting the run around. My sales rep name is Michael G. and is absolutely terrible along with the manager David B. who has not been any help through this process either.
