There are few businesses where I am immediately struck with kindness and genuine caring shown by the employees and business owners. This is a small, family run business that genuinely works in the best interest of their customers. Many businesses say they put their customers first, but Precedence Auto walks the talk, delivering service far beyond expectations.I had a complicated issue that was difficult to solve. I bought a new vehicle and it smelled quite badly. Bad odors can be difficult to remove from vehicles. There is great potential to have a disappointed customer if the expectations are not correct. Enrique took a lot of time explaining the potential causes, the process for resolution, and the hoped for and possible outcomes to resolve the smell in my car. He took so much time to make sure that I would be satisfied with his service that I knew this would be the company I would hire no matter the price they would charge. As it turns out, the price was very reasonable, and the work was very satisfactory.At the end of the day, the owner of the business was there when I picked up my car. He went way out of his way to thank me for the work even though it was a relatively small job.Throughout the whole process I felt as if I was an important customer and an important person to this company. Although I do not wish for more body work to be done on my vehicles, if I do I will know where to go.

I have been bringing my Family’s vehicles here for the past couple of years for details. We have also had them take take out small dents and scratches. Two weeks ago they repaired my wife’s damaged bumper, along with a complete detail. They had to remove the bumper, fix the damage, sand, prep, and repaint it. As always, the car looked new when I picked it up. These guys are amazing at what they do and are really reasonably priced. I just picked up my 4Runner from them today. It couldn’t get an cleaner than they got it. And I didn’t give it to them in good condition. They even charged me less than the estimate. When was the last time that happened to anyone. If you’re considering getting any grooming done to your car, save yourself time and go here.

Overall great experience at Precedence! My BMW was hit in a parking lot and it sustained significant damage to my front end. I am very particular with who I allow to work on my car, so when dealing with the insurance I requested to go through Precedence since my cousin had some work done previously and recommended them.Precedence did not disappoint! Rafael, the owner, was my contact person throughout the entire process. He was great - very attentive and helpful. They dealt entirely with the insurance while remaining in contact with me as to what was going on as well as the arrangements for a rental car while mine was getting worked on. Once all the work was done and I went to pick up my car it exceeded my expectations. Aside from all the body work Rafael and his team detailed the interior and exterior of my car. It looked amazing to say the least. The quality of work as well as the customer service was superb and I highly recommend them to anyone!

My right quarter panel needed replacing after it was extremely damaged. Precedence Automobile Reconditioning did an amazing job repairing it and took great care of everything in a timely fashion. Not only does the outside look as good as new, but the inside looks clearner now than the day I drove it off the lot. Hands down would go here for any car repair I need in the future.

My wifes new one week old BMW was damaged when backing into her carport. I was recommended to go to Precedence by the salesman from BMW Roseville. The service I recieved was fantastic. I was met by the owner Rafael who is a true gentleman, he met us at his workshop and was very thorough in his inspection and description of the work that needed to be done. The estimate was reasonable but we needed the car back earlier than he initially quoted. When we told him we needed the car about two days earlier, he said he would see what he could do. As it turned out he arranged for his men to start immediately and work overtime to have the repair completed half day earlier than we requested. The quality of the repair was perfect to the highest standard. It is impossible to tell that the car has ever been repaired. He also offered an after repair service free of charge where he will have the car completely detailed and polished!
