The buying process was horrible. My brand new car had multiple issues (cracked battery off gassing, bad leather-cracking and punctured, water spots baked on the paint) a year later and I’m still waiting on replacement leather. I’ve had to call and prompt them every step of the way to address these issues. Every time I’ve taken it in for these repairs I have gotten the car back with more issues. Gouge out of my rim and running board, swirl marks on my window from trying to remove water spots. They’ve completely moved on and given up on fixing the last of my leather issues.They gave me lifetime oil changes but even with an appointment it’s a 1 - 1 1/2 hour wait. Today I have a 7:30 appointment and was told there were 15 cars in front of me. What’s the point of an appointment? It sounds like they over schedule and expect you to just wait it out. Meanwhile, I’m burning vacation time for my “appointment.”The worst part is no one seems to care, I’m a bother for asking that my brand new car be brought up to the condition a new car should be in.We have three Hyundai’s. We love the cars but will never step foot on this lot again unless we have to.

Took my daughter in to buy her first car. She wanted a used Hyundai Sonata. She saved all year and wanted to pay cash, as to have no car payment. When we pulled up, our salesperson was leaning against the wall, on his phone. He didnt come out to greet us, he waited till we walked across the lot. Nice kid though. Told him what we were looking for, and he had 2 Sonatas. The first one, a 2015, silver, right within her budget. The 2nd, a 2016, white, $1,000 more than the 2015. We asked to drive it. After he pulled it around, opened the doors, trunk, and we looked inside, I was taken aback at the back seats. Both sides looked like someone bled a lot on them. I said I couldnt believe theyd even show a car like that. He says, Ill sell you the white one. Ok, she got the white, 2016 Sonata. About 4 days after bringing the car home, they called to explain that they messed up on the sales contract, and needed me to come in and sign paperwork. Turns out, the front end drew up sales contract for the silver 2015, and, not the white 2016 that we drove home. Nobody had told the finance guy the screw up, so when we went in to re-sign, nothing was ready. It took 90 minutes of wasted time to fix their mistake. Tony, our finance guy was great, really pleasant. Hes the only reason 3 stars were given. He was 2 of those 3. After all that, my daughter got a great little car.

Horrible service department. Took my 2021 for some warranty work, annoying but I know it happens with new models (Palisade) When you make an appt you assume you will be seen at the time you have scheduled it. No so fast, these days they will blame anything end everything on COVID, very convenient. Once the car was taken in I ended up waiting for 4 hours, because I live just outside their Uber/Lyft zone, so no taxi for you. The attendant was clumsy, dinged the car next to mine when opening the door to get in, complete disregard for peoples property. Since the intake line was so full they parked cars outside on the public street, with keys on dash. After the service I get an email begging for positive reviews and to reach out to them if I had any issues, I did, followed up again and when my third email fell on deaf ears Im writing this and will try another dealer in the area. Roseville Hyundai please dont bother replying to this review telling me to reach out and blah blah blah, you had your chance

Bought a 2017 Santa Fe. Jason(salesman) was really good. No pressure. Would want him to be my next salesman. Tony in finance had a job, due to a cpl challenges. And he got the job done. At a payment we could afford. Watching him work was like watching a wizard. Very good at his job. If you have a strange challenge and want a fair good deal see Tony. Even through in a cpl things for us. We will be back for our next vehicle.

First time ever going into a Hyundai dealership and the experience was not good.The entire situation felt incredibly predatorial. They started by showing me prices that included over a $5,000 markup. According to them some dealerships are worse and marking up to $10,000 more, saying they arent that bad. Then they go to a manager and come back with a great deal of a few thousand lower if I can commit to buying today if I like the car (havent seen or driven anything yet). The funny thing is I never complained about any price in the first place, I was mostly listening.So once again they are trying to get me to tell them I will buy that day, I tell them I like to sleep on large decisions (I try to be an honest person). This was not a popular answer and they pushed me again. There is a speech about how cars are in high demand (I am very aware, they arent my first dealership), and that I have to be ready to spend money today. The conversation gets condescending about how supply and demand works, chip shortages, etc. I am well aware that shortages may last until 2023.I dont know if they realize it, but this is not the first dealership Ive been to, it was actually one of the last I am visiting before making a decision. I have told plenty of others that I need to sleep on decisions and they are fine with it, they tell me about the cars, let me drive several, etc. So, I can say that this was my worst experience out of at least half a dozen other places.I am not an argumentative person; I am not trying to be rude. I simply ask a question. Now before this I was moderately interested in Hyundai, not just the car I asked about, but the brand as a whole. After this my interest is gone, others clearly believe more in the quality of their cars, reputations, and what people think of their experience at the dealership. I would have been happy to drive a similar car or learn more about what makes Hyundai cars great, none of this was EVER asked. Maybe they dont believe in the cars they are selling, and I think this should be a concern.This was just my experience and hopefully you have a better one. From my experience every other dealership has shown more respect for their cars and the people who show interest in them (shortage or not). I was never against buying a car the next day if I found something I loved, but it seems that the Hyundai experience is not for me. I will be sticking with the other dealers (Subaru, Mazda, Honda, and Toyota were all better and each have something great).Sorry for the negativity, but hopefully this is helpful for someone. My fiancee purchased a 2020 Sonata from Hyundai on the last day of February 2021. One week later I was T-boned in her brand new vehicle. The guy ran his light, not my fault😔. Our brand new car was totaled. The insurance company completed all necessary payouts within 30 days of the accident. DMV also processed all necessary paperwork in that same time period so there was nothing left that needed to happen except for Hyundai needed to give us back the money that we paid for their premium warranty service (add on)) to maintain the exterior and interior of the vehicle. That service was about $3,000 to be paid out over the entirety of the loan. They ended up owing us about $2,700 and to date we are 4 months down the road and they have not paid us back a single dime. BTW, we made a $20,000 cash down payment plus a $3100 trade in. They killed is on the deal and we have an outstanding credit report!They have been saying theyre going to pay us in 10 days for the last 12 weeks. I would never ever advise anyone to do business with a dealership that operates this way. You might expect something like that from an independent car dealership but not from a franchise dealership like Hyundai.You may really want to consider other options before buying a Hyundai from this dealership!

Chris C. in service is always friendly and answers any questions I have and will listen to what I say and actually document it on my service request so it can be addressed properly. The ladies in the Cashier area are also very friendly and helpful. I recommend them all.

I have a challenged credit history to say the least. I have a bankruptcy from poor decisions I made in my early twenties that left me under an impossible amount of debt to recover from. My bankruptcy was discharged two years ago. I was open and up front with the sales team about my situation and thankfully I had a decent sized down payment to put towards a car. They were kind and understanding over the phone and asked me to come in so we could figure out options.The car I had prior (a 1000$ junker I bought off Craigslist) had just stopped running so I needed a new car ASAP. When my husband and I went in, we went in with the thought Id maybe get approved for 2015-2017 model with some miles on it. Shawn showed us some of the used cars they had available, but also showed me some of the newer options they had that still fit in my price range. We found a brand new 2021 elantra with only 30 miles on it, and I immediately fell in love with it! We went for a test drive and I knew I wanted it even more but was unsure I could get the financing.Spencer (sales manager) checked in periodically and suggested we apply just to see what would happen and to see what he could work out with the banks. We planned to go for a used car if unsuccessful. I kept my expectations in check but to my surprise, I got approved with an extremely reasonable interest rate and monthly payments that stayed within my budget. I didnt even need a cosigner.The whole process of paperwork took maybe an hour or so. Phil (finance) was so funny and actually made it enjoyable. He felt like a friend that was straight up, direct, and just hysterical. He really made it fun!Im so pleased and grateful with the ENTIRE experience and am still so amazed that I got to drive away with a beautiful brand new car.Thank you Roseville Hyundai!!!!

Love my new car i traded my 2015 Hyundai sonata SE for the 2021 Hyundai sonata SE. Amanda was the best! She was very knowledgeable about hyundai and helped get me the car i wanted. The management was also very good there. They have a huge inventory compared to the Florin location. So i went with them instead they had my car colors i desired for both interior and exterior. I highly recommend you go there to get a car.

I scheduled a recall/service inspection for my vehicle. When I arrived at the appointed time check-in went really quick. I was told it would take about 2 hours. A hour and half later they called and informed me my vehicle was ready for pick-up. When I returned I was informed they completed the recall as well as the inspection. This saved me from having to return another time. I will definitely return.

I had an issue with my car and brought it in. They told me that it was a bad coil. I replaced it but then 3 weeks later had the exact same issue. Then they told me it was a bad spark plug. After replacing the spark plug I then had the exact same issue almost exactly 3 weeks later again. Now its apparently a bad engine that had nothing to do with the other bad parts, but then they admitted that the spark plug damaged the engine. How was the bad engine not caught sooner?Even if I go on exactly what they told me the engine would have been bad before the spark plug change but they tell me that because the spark plugs needed to be replaced anyway that they shouldnt refund any of my $500 that I spent before finding out that now I need to pay $6000 for an engine. By the way I mentioned when I first came in that I thought it might be a major issue and that it wouldnt be worth replacing if it was.Before anyone talks about the time they put into diagnosing, I ended up only asking for the cost of the spark plugs back because based on what they told me my engine would have to have been damaged before that fix. Apparently the bad taste in my mouth and likely hood of me buying my next car (likely a 22 Tuscan) wasnt worth $80. Their loss!!!Would not recommend service here at all for anything!

I had recall for my 2021 Santafe, first for service appointment i waited 2 months, When arrived in service area, I saw they used there as parking lot so I was confused, then I parked my car outside and went inside, people in front desk were speaking together and after 10 minutes, finally they asked, what I want!! They really don’t care about costumers, after 2 hours waiting, I got my car but even they didn’t wash it!!! Their service is awful!!

Found the car Ill have been searching for for the past 3 weeks posted online (2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Sport) and called immediately and made a appointment to see the next morning. Sales person checked and car was available for purchase and test, just not clear of the preinspection so I could not take home at the time Drove up 1.5hrs to come test drive the vehicle and to purchase the vehicle in cash. No one seemed to be aware of my appointment, they kept referring to a different car then my car of interest (Alfa Romeo Stelvio), unknowingly of the difference between the SUV and sedan. After waiting 30mins they notified me that the car was sold sometime in the past and is unavailable. I mentioned calling last night to check the vehicle and it was available at the time and asked for a comparable vehicle in their dealer network. They stated they have a identical car then showed me a base vehicle that was a year older, out of warranty with none of the packages I have been searching for. The then mentioned the vehicle I came to see was accidentally put in their system and was possibly a past trade in that did not go through They offered their apology and gas money with I declined due to the majority of my cost being the time of driving 3hrs roundtrip to come purchase the vehicle. Massive waste of time, look for your car anywhere else. Picture of the vehicle still posted online 3hrs after they admitted it does not exist.

I wanted to purchase a new Santa Fe. I walked into the showroom and asked for the manager, the man behind the glass said that he was the sales manager. I started the conversation with a question, he would not give me an answer and immediately began to qualify me. After I answered his questions, he was rude and insulting. I was shopping for a graduation gift for my granddaughter. I planned to pay $40k cash. I immediately went to the Kia dealership and found a friendly staff and the perfect SUV.

Actually had an appointment to see a car here. Spencer was to take me to the area where the car was being cleaned up and serviced. He knew I was coming, that I expected to test drive the car. When I arrived, a new salesman was sent to get me “pre-approved” for financing....even though I had spoken to Spencer on the phone and told him I had already arranged financing. What followed was the same, tired car salesman game of keeping prospective buyer waiting, pressuring to work out how much I would be able to pay. All of this was backwards as far as I’m concerned. Apparently the car was still dirty, so more pressure from Spencer about money. Mind you, I had not seen the car. Told him he had It backwards as there was NOTHING HAPPENING UNTIL I SAW/DROVE THE CAR. He could not get rid of me fast enough. Dismissively mumbledthat when car was ready, he’d call me(which he did not do). Turned his back and started to walk away. I had to stop him to ask for his business card.To Spencer I say this; I could have paid cash right then for that car. Your attitude cost the dealership a sale. You cost yourself a commission.The idea that I would give out my financial position, have my credit checked, get ALMOST to the point of signing a contract...without EVER seeing or driving a car.. absolutely ludicrous. But to have your salesman dismiss me, turn his back on me, treat me like I was an inconsequential woman because I insisted on seeing and driving an automobile BEFORE negotiatinghas insured that I will NOT be one if your customers.

Working with this dealership has been a nightmare. We purchased our car 5 months ago and have yet to receive anything from the DMV to get our plates or registration. They say its not their job, the dmv says it is. The dmv told us to file a report on them, but in the meantime we have a vehicle with nothing. The buying experience was 0/5 stars with them confirming a price the night before we went to sign paperwork. We show up and they refuse to give us the price say things changed overnight, and that the loan % has gone up 3% as well! Driving off the lot somehow made them Change their mind on that so we bought the car anyways. But its been a total Nightmare. Especially if you are military, and they say theyll work with your home state and have ways to help, theyre lying, DO NOT BUY HERE.

We were greeted with a smile and found the salesperson to be very knowledgeable about the inventory and details about the various and numerous autos available. After a short test drive we were convinced that the Hyundai Santa Fe was meant for us. I love Hyundai, car is great, the salesmen are incompetent, they do not have knowledge of the car they are selling, I’m easy going guy, I did not fight on price and trade. I got my Nexo, the 2nd key was belong to other car, I suppose to get my gas card within 2 days, they promises overnight shipping, it is 12 days pass and I did not received anything, I call Hyundai, they were rude and and unprofessional. I sign up for Ionic 5 for my wife, I canceled my order. I will take my business somewhere else.

This dealership, and their team, is absolutely wonderful! Samuel was fantastic helping me find the car I wanted. The rest of the team was so great making me feel like I was important and getting my payments to where they needed to be. I went to a couple other dealerships and not one tried to put me in a car I was looking for, just kept trying to flip me into something else and get me out the door. Not Roseville Hyundai! Extremely friendly, I was picking up my sons sonata they put a brand new engine in it 102,000 miles, 2011. I have been told that they replace engines when they blow to keep up with competition. I dont own a Hyundai but with the experience I had today I would look at them.

Sketchy sales tactics or ignorance? You decide. We were sent a listing, said thats perfect will be there to test drive it. Show up for test drive and the car isnt on the lot. Went with the sales person to other lot 25 minute drive, get to the lot sales person goes and comes back and says its at a different lot. I say OK can you arrange for it to be here tomorrow for a test drive sales person says yes. I go home and get a call that its sold. We had every intention of purchasing the car as well as pre purchasing another as they didnt have it there. This seeming deception made us very upset and to top it off the sales person and manager lacked any empathy and did not acknowledge the wrongful behavior of thier tactics. Please be cautious, we will be driving out of town to take care of our Hyundai shopping and its damn shame that they cant get it together or was it purposefull?

I’m absolutely astonished, I waited 30 min for a trade in appraisal for my disabled brothers Van and to get a quote for my brothers trust fund to be able to buy a Hyundai. The sales man came up I told him what I needed. He told me he didn’t have time to help me since I wasn’t going to buy a car today and that I can find the value of the van online and that I should come back when I’m ready to buy a vehicle. This is by far the worst service I have ever gotten, they literally lost my Buisness and my brothers Buisness. I was going to buy 2 vehicles from them as I wanted to buy a sonata for me self as well. Guess when your young and not ready to buy they don’t take you seriously.

Robert is an excellent service representative, probably one of the best that Ive worked with. He remembers his clientele and is genuinely a really nice guy. Robert Peace deserves 5 star quality. However, the services team responsible for my oil change, new brake pads, and spark plugs killed my pretty new battery that I put in my Hyundai recently and then requested that I pay $140 for a new battery, which I had to do.Also, this is not Roberts fault, but the service department never called me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up after the oil change, brake pads, and spark plugs.

Went in for a recall repair. Took about 90 minutes which is fine, and the guy I dealt with was pleasant, found some other issues but didnt insist when I said I didnt want to work on them.I was actually thinking about a new car while waiting but that changed when I noticed their poor mask compliance, including:- salespeople outside who had them off while chatting with each other- lady behind the service desk with it dangling off her year- guy in the center section with no mask in sight- customer in waiting area with mask on her chin, who wasnt asked to put it onBuying a car is a bad enough experience without having to risk Covid-19 like this.

Their customer service is not good when you call to make an appointment. First time out didn’t even go through. Got no confirmation. Appointments for an oil leak are 15 days out! Shuttle is only ten miles. Rude on the phone. Can’t give you an estimate wait time.

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. My car needed the airbag fixed and the latch for the fuel cover. The service department was able to get the airbag covered by warranty and fixed the latch for a reasonable price. Everyone that works there was very nice. Highly recommend.

I had a really bad experience with one of the sales manager guys. He was very rude, and pressured me into going to look at a 2020 vehicle and bringing it back to the dealership. Once I get it back to the dealership I decided to walk away because I didn’t like the car and it was making a weird noise when driving. He got very rude and said “well I wish we hadn’t of even brought the car back then” and started trying to drop the price after I said it had an issue I didn’t like. Overall wasn’t real thrilled with the customer service after dealing with future Ford who was incredibly nice and easy to deal with. Probably will not return here.

I purchased the first new car I’ve ever owned (a Sonata Hybrid) through Roseville Hyundai, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I worked with Graylon, Patrick and Phil, and all were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient … and didn’t pressure me to make a quick decision or add on extras. I live about 300 miles from the dealership, which made things a little more complicated. We worked out a deal over email and phone that was better than any other dealerships in that radius offered, and there were absolutely no surprises when I got to the dealership … just a great car in perfect condition, with a full tank and ready to drive home after I signed the papers. And it was a great drive … I really like that car!

I came in for an issue with my battery and HVAC block head, having intermittent blinking lights. I was helped by Service Advisor, Robert Peace. The service he provided was excellent!! He made me feel important and I felt confident that he was not trying to take advantage of me or overcharge me for services not needed. I was originally told that I would likely be waiting for my car for more than 4 hours, due to not having an appointment. Not only did Robert provide great service, but he also got me in and out in less than 2 hours. His service team also did an outstanding job. I will be returning to this location and Robert Peace in the future!! Great job!!

Had my vehicle serviced on a emergency basis. My Santa Fe had less than 500 miles on it when it went into limp mode. Brought it in on a Saturday and they diagnosed the issue to be a fuel pump and over-nighted the part on Monday and had my SUV back on Tuesday. Thank you for working us in at your busy shop.

Just bought a car from them last week. Sam (sales) was great, Tony in finance had a hilarious personality and made me laugh. Spencer (GM) was amazing. I had a great experience. Buying a car is intimidating, but these guys were so helpful and you could tell they really were trying to get you a good deal. They explained everything And were very professional. Definitely will be coming here again and again (this is my second Hyundai from them). Go here if you want amazing service.

Regarding the service Dept., the staff is very friendly and helpful, the few times I have used it. The only reason I gave it four vs five stars, is that a scheduled oil change can take almost two hours. If your waiting, that is a very long time for a simple oil change that has been scheduled.

Very good service at a price as good as the other chain outlets or quickie places. Took about the same amount of time and got to look at some new cars while there!Salespeople did not bug unless asked which is always nice. Also service adjuster did not try to upsell anything.
