Awesome dealership and even better people. Ive been dealing with Autonation for over 20 years and the crew there is the best in the business. A special thank you to Greg and Brian in service, somehow you guys manage to over deliver on service needs every visit.Thank you also to the technician for diagnosing and repairing my vehicle to my level of expectations and being very clean and professional while working on my Jeep....Rick Lawrence
Finally, a service dealership that deliver what they promised. After multiple visits to 2 other dealerships in Sacramento and Elk Grove, this one is by far the best. Their service associates were very pleasant and easy to work with. They kept me in the loop with everything and got the job done quick. I’m very pleased. I will definitely come back to them with all service need on my Ram.
My appointment was booked out a little far like over 3 weeks for a service appointment and the had to wait another week due to the part needed was on back order but Don was able to get me a rental from enterprise so I could have a vehicle to drive. When I arrived to pickup my Jeep after it was done I noticed my SRT tow hitch cover was missing. Don searched the service department but he could not find it but told me not to worry and had a guy run to the warehouse to pick up a new cover and installed it himself.Other than having to wait so long for a service appointment I’m very satisfied with the service they have provided. Thanks for all your help Don 👌🏼
Had a wonderful experience! Quick in and out no BS! Marco was awesome, we told him what we needed (numbers wise) he worked with us all on virtually, even had the car ready to drive away. When we arrived we were promptly helped by Alex. We ended up deciding on a different vehicle and they quickly shifted gears, detailed the new one, got us in and out! We are super pleased, got a great price on a certified used vehicle. From start to finish, 3 hours (mainly due to me being too busy to respond to emails with 2 kiddos) of emailing and 2.5 hours at the dealership (again it was our doing since we fell in love with another vehicle ). And absolutely no haggling, no issues with slimy Salesman. They where all professional, and great! Would go there in the future for all our car needs!
I dont even have words to describe how amazing my most recent experience was at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Roseville. I did not have an appointment when I had to take my Jeep in for service, however, I explained the significance of the safety issues it presented and the unique/stressful situation I was in. Mr. Park and the entire Service Advisor team were very attentive and concerned, and literally bent over backwards to remedy my problem. Even during my wait, I received some devastating family news that left me a bundle of tears, and the entire team kept checking on me to make sure I was doing alright while my Jeep was being serviced. This was by far the best experience Ive had at ANY dealership/service center. Thank you, Mr. Park and team!
Great customer service. Sales Logan Fischer and finance Jeff were super helpful. Logan worked with me for over two weeks waiting for vehicle I wanted to arrive at the dealership. Super Thanks Ed
They canceled apt the night before then rescheduled for a month later, not a big deal but when I went for my apt they were only able to do one of the two services due to not having the parts. Should of those been ordered when they scheduled apt. Then they didn’t even get to look at my truck till the day after the apt Due to being busy. In total, they had my truck for 32 hrs for a 2-4hr repair. Probably won’t return
We had a great experience with the purchase of our last vehicle here, Carlos was our sales person and very knowledgeable and helped us out thru the whole process, We live about 1.5 hours away but decided to return back to this dealership because of how well we were treated by carlos the first time we went in to see the vehicle, he kept us updated when the vehicle arrived. Jeff was the financial advisor and he was also great very knowledgeable and explained all the extended warranty packages and helped us choose the best one for us. We appreciate it and even though it’s a drive we will drive out for our next purchase.
Biz must be good, so good that Im still waiting a call back to order a car. I spoke with a salesperson, whom Im guessing will not be working in sales much longer, ready to order my car. He said hed call back. That was days ago. Maybe thats why Musk is a billionaire and the owner of this dealership cant spell billionaire...even after reading this. Peace out!
I purchased a car on-line, sight unseen. It was almost as nice as described. There was a painted over nick on the driver door that was not mentioned, which I saw immediately as the car sat on the delivery truck, but overall I was satisfied. There were two glitches. The dealer did not send the title to the state capitol when it received my wire transfer payment; rather, the title was still in its hands until the car was delivered and I inquired, which caused a delay in my ability to register the car in my home state. Also, the trucking company the dealer tried to use dragged its feet scheduling a truck. I made my own arrangements and, at the same price, had a pick-up scheduled for the next day. The dealer promptly refunded the money I had paid it to ship the car. These glitches are the only reason I did not award five stars. Everyone I dealt with—Logan, sales; Tiffany, finance; and Kua, licensing—was very personable and very helpful.
Both my batteries died in my Ram 2500 Diesel - Luckily in 2018 when I had to replace them the first time the service manager talked my into buying the batteries with a lifetime warranty. So these two cost me nothing. Thank goodness I listened to him in 2018
I have two Dodge batteries with the lifetime warranty. Thats sounds great, but Ive now experienced two battery failures in less than a year. Never, in my entire life, have I ever experienced a shorted out battery. So, now Im wondering, am I getting cheap lifetime batteries from Dodge? I really need a reliable truck because I spend lots of time in Californias backcountry, in the middle of nowhere. Reliability is super important.
Great experience right up to the delivery. I bought my car online in 24 hours. Got the price for the new car and my trade in all without talking to or seeing anyone. Total hassle free experience. My car was driven to my house and my trade in got picked up totally as expected. Paperwork was a breeze and I did not even have to give them my social number for the cash purchase (big deal to me). However, I have been trying to reach out to the dealer for a minor issue through the sales guy for two days and have not received a response on email or text. To me this costs them two stars. For me, it is very important to be responsive to the customer unless you just pretend to care about them.
Very pleased with service quality and effort they put in to finish quickly and keep you informed through the process. Very courteous and friendly even though they seem to handle a massive amount of vehicles a day. By far the best dealer service experience I have ever had.
The best experience I could have when no one in Las Vegas could help me, they did it, I flew here and everything went as promised, thanks first of all to Michael, Paul and Jeff for all the help and the good treatment and the best offer that I could think possible in my case everything went wonderfully, I hope to buy here again.
We drove 3 hours to visit the AutoNation and they made sure not to waste my time once I got there. They quickly allowed me to take my desired car on a test drive and when we returned, we were able to immediately start the financing paperwork. The paperwork went through smoothly and they even expedited the process because they knew we had to drive 3 hours to get back home. That was thanks to the effort of the guy helping us through the process, Michael Leonard. He was an amazingly kind, understanding and calm person and I was glad to have him be the one who helped us. All in all, my visit here was a positive one.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Had an appointment to come in for a service on my jeep and John Avitia was outstanding! So pleased with my experience!!
Was recently involved in a car accident, the auto body shop I am dealing with ordered a part from AutoNation Roseville, CA, who has yet to deliver the right part for my car. The driver failed not once but twice to deliver the correct part for my car. I have been without a car for weeks. Called the dealership and the person I spoke to was not understanding or empathetic at all. This is very disappointing and bad business. Not a good look for this dealership.
John A. My service writer takes amazing car of me and my vehicle every time and will be the reason I continue to go back to auto nation dodge
Michael Leonard sales rep is a great person for the Auto nations sales team.I saw the car l was very interested in on their website. He politely guided me over emails on how to reserve the car and submit a credit application.l was in las Vegas visiting my son at the time.I explained to Michael thatl wouldnt be able to get to the dealership until the date September 1st. They were very patient an honored there promise to reserve the car for nearly four days at no cost to me.Tomorrow is Sept.-first-21l will see the car in person and take it for a test drive. Im sure l will be thrilledand l havent even seen the car in person or even driven it. Its great and comforting to work with people like Michael Leonard. I also want to mention that XiloFrom loan department will work for you to get the best financing available. I cant wait to see my new ride tomorrow 👍
I have repeatedly had poor experiences with the service department . Buying a new vehicle and having service issues should not be in the same sentence and yet they are at Dodge. It’s not isolated to just the Roseville Dodge but also the Fulton Dodge as well. It’s clear they want to take care of you but a lack good communication and failure to share that they are under staffed and you should not expect you vehicle anytime soon seem to be the norm.Service advisors say one thing but when you pick up your vehicle plan to be disappointed. I was told my vehicle would be washed and fueled but when I picked up my vehicle it was neither washed or fueled. Needless to say I was happy to have my truck back and now know what to expect. Hopefully this helps you in your expectations.Yours trulyConsumer
Treated professionally and they did what they said they would do. The vehicle was priced right! Lynn, the Internet sales rep was great; not pushy or salesy. It was by far the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I ever had.
We took our Grand Cherokee in for service, and we couldn’t be happier with this location! They were informative on what we needed, what they recommended in the future, and my car was spotless when I picked it up. I highly recommend the Roseville location for any service needs.
Fantastic job! I called in for an appointment for an oil change and was told I just needed to show up. I arrived with my Jeep Wrangler and was met promptly by the service tech. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. As I waited in the waiting area they had comfy chairs, tables, and TV. When completed (about an hour) I paid and received my car back. All done very well and smoothly. The only comment I would make is that the waiting area has comfy chairs, but they are beginning to show a bit of wear. Fantastic Job, John Avitia, my Service Advisor.
I highly recommend AutoNation for service. We bought our car used from them about seven years ago and have had them do all the service. We have always been pleased with their promptness and quality.
Kerry was outstanding! Great service, efficient. Very helpful s honest-I thought I needed tires and even ordered some- but when I got there, he checked and I had more than 6/32 tread left, and he was honest, and suggested waiting until after summer since I still had tread left...and replacing in the fall! Saved me money, and earned my trust!! Thanks Kerry! A+
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! They were fast and efficient and kept me well informed. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Also my Jeep runs like a dream! I will definitely be doing all of my car related business through this specific Jeep dealership from now on!
Pretty much sold the vehicle I wanted out from under me. I was working with Logan Fischer on the purchase of a new vehicle for the better half of the last three to four weeks. I secured financing ahead of time, and had my vehicle detailed that I was using as a trade, in preparation of the purchase. I was checking in regularly and getting emails from Logan on the status of the vehicles location. Apparently, the one day Logan was off, the vehicle was delivered and sold. I found out the next morning on their website. I immediately called Logan, which explained to me what had happened. To say I was disappointed is a huge understatement. I wouldve expected that since I was 100% serious and prepared to buy it prior to it even being delivered to the Dealership, that I wouldve been given the courtesy of a phone call when it showed up. Instead, I see it on their website that I had been checking daily. I find it hard to believe that a business like this can build a base of repeat customers doing something like this to a customer that was well prepared and a serious buyer. I always hear about people being tire kickers, and I was NOT one of those. Im a Dodge loyalist who loves the products, and attitude, of the vehicles Dodge puts on Dealer lots. Its a shame that one of their Dealers would behave the way they did in this situation.
Made an appointment for maintenance service on my 2017 car. When I got to my appt. I explained some things I was concerned with on the car and the serviceman checked the cars computer, showing me all the details, which showed lights that were burned out, and tires needed rotating. I was relieved that all my worries were unfounded. The car was checked for everything, tires were rotated, fluids were filled and lights were fixed and it only cost me $25.00 I was very satisfied and the car runs great!
I just bought my new car from Auto Nation and it was a hassle-free experience. There was no back and forth like other dealerships. The salesman, Kenneth Nichols, researched and found a listing of vehicles that I was interested in. I found one among that list. He was thorough in the explanation of the fees and interest rates. I was actually pleased with the purchase. there was no pressure in this purchase. I have not had buyers remorse or doubt as I had with previous vehicle purchases. I have exactly what I want at a fair price. I highly recommend Auto Nation in Roseville and if you get Mr. Nichols, itll be a bonus.
Greg was Great about getting me in even though next appt would have been 1mo out.
Michael in Sales was great to work with. He was not pushy but very informed about the vehicle I was looking at and all the features it came with. Any question I had he was able to answer.
Lynn was our saleswoman and she was awesome she had everything set up and ready for us, did most of the prep ahead of time and we were in and out quick like. She definitely is the one you want to deal with when you go to AutoNation. Shes the reason we will come back every time we are in need of a car.
I was greeted outside and I received my vehicle back much sooner than promised. No complaints!
We found the vehicle we wanted spoke with the sales person drove 90 minutes and the trip was well worth it. They stayed late due to both the wife & I work. The car was there and waiting for us, paperwork done, fist bump (cov 19)and off we went. They even detailed the car and filled the tank. When and if we WILL come back to AutoNation. Thanks for everything!!John & Deb M.
I’ve been servicing my vehicles here for years. Service has been great. Service advisor Greg Stebbins is the best!
Received the truck on time. Service was done exactly as requested. No hidden fees or extra charges. All services were explained thoroughly byKerry, service mgr. He also followed up afterwards to ensure no other issues ensued. Excellent service overall.
Arrived 15 minutes before by 10am appointment on a Friday for a recall fix. waited 30 minutes for Service Tech Rep. They texted be just before 5:00 that my car was done, but they closed the service department at 5:30. I would not be able to pick up my vehicle until Mon if I did not get their by 5:30. I never received a call from a service rep after my vehicle was completed indicating what service was recommended after performing their vehicle inspection. I had to make special arrangements before 5:30 to be able to pick up my vehicle using the sales department after the service department closed for the weekend; even though the dealership was open.
My service advisor Dan Blower was thorough, efficient, and professional. The ordering of the service items - a week prior - and to the very end keeping me apprised of ETA - warranty items etc. - his communication via email was spot on. in other words, no errors, and a very satisfied customer. I have been a client for 7 years and it just keeps getting better. Great Job Dan and AutoNation Dodge Roseville
We were so impressed with Lynn! She answered all of our questions in regards to setting up a test drive appointment, had the Jeep ready as soon as we arrived from Chico…truly values the customer’s time.
Greg is the best service rep I have ever worked with . He listens and understands what needs to be done to my vehicle, and doesn’t pressure me to get things I don’t really need .
Took my truck in for service and got an email from Jonathan the acquisition manager with an offer to trade up and ended up walking out with a new truck instead. He made a quality offer without a lot of haggling or pressure, and I am very happy with how it all worked out.
I had my oil changed and a lift kit placed at the dealer. Then the next day I had to bring it in for overheating. It stayed 3 days later than I was quoted because a cap was broken by staff while my radiator was being checked. The cap part was on back order in all of CA. That was frustrating. Then I had to pay $800 to have my radiator cleaned out which is extremely expensive…..
My keys were stolen, and we were having trouble getting a new key program. After unsuccessfully using a locksmith, which is a whole other story, we called the Dodge dealership in Sacramento on Fulton, but their price was really high and they didnt offer veterans discounts, so we called Autonation. The prices were far less, their staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. In addition, without me asking, they noticed my hat that said Navy Veteran and gave me a veterans discount! I highly recommend autonation Chrysler Dodge.
The people at Roseville Chrysler Dodge have always been extremely helpful and friendly. I had the best experience with all of my service on my previous 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. When it came time to purchase a new minivan, I chose to purchase it through Roseville Chrysler Dodge. I got a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. The one I wanted was at another location. But they managed to request it from the other dealer and bring it here for me. They even drove it to my house. Overall, they went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted at a very good price. I am very happy with everything they have done for me and my family.
Lynn and the team were great to work with, no haggle pricing and we got a great vehicle!
Easy no hassle auto purchase...this was one the best experiences I have had purchasing a new car. Thank you to the sales and finance team, we love our new Charger!!!
Most horrible experience purchasing a car ever. Due to their unprofessionalism we had to drive the car back to them and they refused to give us our $50,000 check back. Sales manager hung up on my husband. PAY THRE EXTRA $2000 TO GET PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. this place is a joke,
The worst service experience ever. Zero communication! You are greeted with attitude. They give you no updates and don’t return phone calls. Even though I had a new car under warranty that died electronically suddenly, they refused to arrange a loaner or rental car. 6 days later. Still no return phone calls from management and suddenly my car is fixed.
Amazing customer service always. My Renegade appointment for a recall was so quick and easy. Much thanks to all the staff for the time and attention given from start to finish. Process was just a computer upgrade issue and went smoothly.
Shuttle service would be very nice. No, I have not had a positive experience. I am waiting for service to call me. We dropped my car off yesterday and were told that I would receive a call. Instead, we received a text with an estimate, but not explanation of what needs to be done. I have called and texted. Waiting. The car was returned Thursday. Paid over $800 and drove it today and still has problem.
Easy checkin, only a short wait. Picking up repaired vehicle after the morning rush was quick, staff pleasant and helpful.
Customer Service was exemplary. Quite often, it seems that businesses no longer care about the customer or the companys reputation. That was not my experience here! And while Im sure there was a car my salesman wanted to sell, Kenny didnt feel like a slimy car salesman. He was patient, attentive, thoughtful and kind. Tiffany was also a gem. On the busiest day of the year, she took time to answer all my questions, sometimes twice. My journey to the right vehicle ended when I met the wonderful people at Roseville AutoNation!
We are on our 3rd vehicle with AutoNation Dodge in Roseville. Jake in sales did a great job!
I was not impressed with the service reps. when I arrived to pick up my car. They were busy chatting it up amongst themselves and not màking any attempt at eye contact with me. I was eventually referred to the cashier who was very nice and helpful. When my keys were brought to me by a young man he pointed in the direction go find my car. Then as I was making my way to the door the same reps. were still chatting and not aware that a customer was trying to exit. I get outside and find my car however it is heading in the wrong direction. I noticed another young man and asked him how to get out of the blocked in space they put my car in. I was told Id have to somehow work my way around to head in the opposite direction and drive all the way around the building. After 5 three point turns Im getting around the building and again am met by 3 more reps. Standing in the middle of the road chatting. They eventually scurry out of the road . This would have been so my better if personel were encouraged to pay more attention to the customer and their needs. I am a female senior citizen and not impressed at all.
Friendly, professional staff! The Express Lane service was timely and the tech suggested other services but wasnt pushy about it even though my truck will need soon.
Horrible customer service. Sold me a car with out the items I wanted in it. Lynn and Logan I’ll spare the last names in Sacramento Ca. Called and wrote to them asked please help fix the issue. Nothing.....they suddenly have disappeared! Nice to know after you purchase the car you have someone to call and help you. NOT! Don’t waist your whole day there. Not worth the headache and disappointment.
Excellent customer service Logan went above and beyond for me and his staff as well.
When my wife and I bought our 2017 Ford escape from these guys the deal went very smooth and easy. Fast forward three months and that car became a total mechanical nightmare, running really rough, check engine light came on and we took it in to realize the motor would need replacing. long story short, the service manager, the general sales manager and one of his team managers all worked with us to make this right and keep us as satisfied customers. Its refreshing to see a sales team with a heart in the automotive industry. This experience has solidified my mind in that when we are in the market for another vehicle this is the first place we will look. So I would HIGHLY recommend giving the team over at Autonation CDJR a chance to thoroughly impress you too!
My wife and I have been loyal customers of the AutoWest Roseville service department since first purchasing our Jeep Grand Cherokee there in 2012, primarily due to the relationship weve developed with our FANTASTIC service manager, Greg.We have another Jeep (a 2018 Compass) that we purchased from the Folsom Chrysler/Jeep/ Dodge/ Ram dealer that weve serviced at the Folsom site, but our service experiences in Roseville have been FAR superior for the nine years weve been working with them.Yesterday I took our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee into the Roseville dealership to have the brakes serviced and to perform an oil change. As always, Greg took wonderful care of me. The work took about five hours to complete which I had NO problem with, however when the work was completed and it was time to collect my vehicle, no one in the service department could locate the vehicles key fob.Multiple service staff spent about 30 minutes searching everywhere they could think of looking for the key fob with no success. It was finally determined that the service technician who serviced the brakes accidently drove home with my key fob in his pocket after road testing his work. A careless, but honest mistake not unlike locking my keys in my car, which I have done many times prior to development of the smart technology that now prevents me from doing this.About 30 additional minutes passed before the technician was able to return my key fob to the dealership and I was able to drive off the lot. An hour later I received a call from Brian, head of the Service Department with his regrets and sincere apology. We spoke at length and he kindly offered to make me whole for the delay. Thank you, Brian. I truly appreciate your prompt response and your recognition of the value of my time.I will continue entrusting the service of my vehicle to Greg, Brian and the AutoWest Roseville Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/ Ram service staff, however I encourage Brian to use this incident as a training opportunity for the technical staff to be more diligent in following the protocols created to ensure that vehicle keys remain on-property and are easily accounted for so other, perhaps less loyal customers, dont simply choose to take their vehicles elsewhere for service. Thanks again! John
I love this place! I am always treated with so much care and respect......a big deal for a large auto repair center! I look forward to my visits, as I know I will be told the truth about the services needed, and I totally enjoy meeting with my dealership representative, John Avilia. A great place!!
Good luck getting a call back from these guys. I waited over 6 months after leaving multiple messages waiting on a part to be ordered. Apparently it wasnt a part, but a part number for an update, so nobody called me nor returned my calls. I ended up just bringing it in for a recall to find out. And all around customer service is terrible with the exception of the old lady cashier that schedules your appointments and nags at them to get your car when picking up. Kudos to her for being the one shining light at this place.
Excellent customer service, good attitude and prompt customer care. They took care of my car in a heartbeat and Greg is an awesome guy that takes his job seriously and offers great customer service. Thank you Roseville Auto Nation.
I had the best experience that I’ve ever had with the Dodge Service department so far and I’ve been going there for 9 years. Greg Stebbins is the best. He really listened to me and followed through with everything I had on my list. Thank you SO much, Greg! 😃
If you could put 0 stars I would. Never buy the lifetime warranty if they offer it. Paid $2000 for it in 2009. Apparently you need to do a “power train” inspection every 5 years which they don’t tell you about. When it was in for a 2014 oil change they did one but never informed me they did. I have a ton of electrical problems now in 2021 and they canceled the warranty because I did not bring it in in 2019 for the power train inspection. What electrical problems have to do with the power train I have no idea. Per the service guy “Kerry” the repairs were going to be costly and covered under the warranty if mopar (Chrysler) would reinstate the warranty after they did a power train inspection. Inspection done and low and behold they would not reinstate the warranty. Way to stand behind your product Chrysler!!!!! Needless to say I’m done with Chrysler and that new truck in the near future (as it’s almost time after 12 years) will not be a dodge!!! Very hard these days for anyone to do the right thing or honor commitments.
Ordered a power wagon through them. GM Jim was very helpful in this process. Day of delivery, Lynn and Paul were very professional and instrumental in getting in and out of the dealership in a short period of time with the brand new truck. And Jim was running circles around the store to get the deal done in short order. Thanks for the hospitality, hustle and the awesome new Ram power wagon sitting in my driveway!!
After driving 2hr to this jeep dealership and running my credit for 26k...The deal didnt go through because of tires and a damaged rear rim(which he didnt send with the other pictures the previous day) I was told by Kyle that Id had wasted his time..So I ask another car salesman to speak to the GM..I was told he was in a meeting which Id had seen. When walking pass Kyle I then said good customer service Kyle and then he stated I know. Kyle was very unprofessional.
Came in for an oil change, waited a bit longer than usual and had to walk in to grab somebody but did a great job like always. The service rep apologized and took great care of me and the service tech Joshua did a great job. 5 stars thanks you
Best truck buying experience. Did most over the phone. Was in and out with a new truck in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend
Everything was completed and on time. I received great communication. Thank You.
Alex was great in helping us during our Minivan purchase. No pressure, no high sales tactics. Just calm, reassuring and easy going. Thank you for making our latest car buying experience truly 5 STARS
Great service, work well done and found a problem I didnt know I had
Super friendly staff and professional. They took great care of me and my vehicle. I had to wait a few hours for the work to be done and even with Covid I was comfortable waiting there. They cleaned regularly and kept me updated on things.
🙏 Dan for his Great CS while John was out. You are so appreciated 🙏
Bought a brand new dodge and have just loved it. Their service is fast and excellent.
Shawn is great he got my car in and out pretty quickly. He let me know ahead of time the process my vehicle would go through. This is the only location I go too.
Called to get my 2018 Ram 3500 in for an oil leak. Talked to Kerry the service writer. Even though they were weeks out on appointments Kerry was able to get me in the next day to fix the leak! Highly recommend for customer service. Thanks again Kerry!
Brad C. did a phenomenal job in this car shopping process. After completing an online quote in the middle of the week, he got back to me in a timely fashion and we scheduled a meeting over the weekend. When I arrived he was available and ready to go over the options for my lease that was reaching its maturity. This is my 3rd Charger, now a 2017 Hellcat, and the process was the easiest yet. No games or gimmicks. Just true professionalism from all involved. Once again. many thanks to Brad for making this deal happen! and also to Tiffany for going over all the final numbers with me.
Great Service, Greg and Lia both helped me big time, with there great customer service I was in and out in a matter of hours, there professional, quick and they communicate everything to their clients, there work is better than other dealers thats for sure. Love there work and serivce, thank you
The service department is top notch. I was helped out by Shawn Mahdavi. Got me in and out under 90 minutes with great service and gave me updates on the work.Would recommend, great experience plus they offer window tint services also.Check them out.
Love my Mercedes i bought here, my only negative comment i have is that the extended warranty that the guy sold me when filing out paperwork, Veritas is a BS company im coming up on 2 weeks without my car the fuel injection when out its covered under the warranty but they have the worst customer service Ive ever experienced, they only give me and the mechanics the run around and pretty much say that we are lying about when the claim was filed. My first payment on my car is coming up and I cant even drive it. Highly disappointed!! To the guy in the office at Auto Nation maybe tell your customers the truth about the run around Veritas does to customers.....
First experience with service of my 2019 RAM 2500 at AutoNation dealer. They completed as expected, but for some reason, when the tires were rotated, they decreased the air pressure 10-15 PSI from what is recommended on the tires. I realized this when the system indicated low pressure alarm while driving. I increased pressure to specs when I got home and all is well.
We got a great deal on a used car here. We are the worst hagglers so we locked in the price by email before even checking out the car. What we didnt do was try and get a better price for the trade in. It was not a good price but like a said, worst hagglers. In the end we got a great car, the staff was great. The finance guy was one of the fastest and no pressure at all. They were so busy and there was no parking to be had. I guess thats just a thing at dealers.
AutoNation Jeep in Roseville went above our expectations to put our Jeep back on the road.!Dan and Brian were awesome.! After working with Dan I could see that he cared about making us happy.. Our vehicle is complete and Dan helped us with not only the repairs, but did all the work with the insurance company.!Thank you Dan and Brian.!
Went in for an Express Oil Change and once I started to get impatient one of the service advisors, John Avitia, helped me out got and my car taken care of. Thanks again John you saved the day or at least another hour or two.
Called the dealership to make a simple inquiry at 12:15 on a Saturday, and the phone rang 20 times before I hung up. Thats great customer service there!
Had a great experience here. We highly recommend this place, staff are super friendly and professional. I would like to say that Kyle Smith did a great job and sat me walk me through the functions of my new Pacifica. He was very informative and thorough and I given a lot of options and help us make the right choice. Thank you Kyle Thomas of AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Roseville.
All of the crew at the dealership we’re friendly, knowledgeable, and went beyond what was needed to take care of me. From the first person that contacted me to check out everyone was very professional. A real reflection of their training. Thank you.
Quick, easy, no haggle, no nonsense car shopping! I was in and out of there in no time and didn’t have the dreaded car shopping experience I’ve had from other dealers. They even spent time with me after the deal was done to make sure I knew all the functions of my new car.
Customer service is at an all time low. Be careful of the good ole bait and switch at this location. I tried reaching out to corporate but they don’t let customers make complaints so google it is.
I had a recall notice for a 2013 RAM 3500 tailgate latch issue. I arrived at 9o’clock but wasn’t checked in till 9:15. I was told it would take between one hour and one hour and 30 minutes for it to be completed. I told them I would be waiting in their waiting area and was told that they would come get me when it was completed. After waiting for close to 2 1/2 hours I went down to the service area to ask my advisor what was going on. He was nowhere to be found so I asked another advisor if my vehicle is done. He stated it had been done for close to an hour but when he went to get it he was unable to find the paperwork. They had to re-print the paperwork so I could sign it and get on my way.I would not recommend this service department
John in service did a great job keeping us informed, great service and done quickly
The service department staff is very friendly and courteous. My wife took her vehicle in as the engine was knocking. Initial diagnosis was “no abnormal sounds” were detected. After leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on, engine over heated and the knocking was still present. I took the vehicle back in with the above complaints. Long story short, I had to make phone calls to service advisor for updates as I received no follow up calls. It took two trips to the service department to identify the problem. Bottom line, I am disappointed with the overall service we received.
All of the staff I have interacted with are Professional and Courteous.I Highly Recommend AutoNation RAM 👍
Everyone on staff is so nice and welcoming. The management of this place must be spectacular, everyone seems to like their job and seem to have fun doing it.
The gentlemen in the service department were very kind and patient with me. They explained the indicator on my display and assured me that if I have any questions I should be sure to call them. So very nice and understanding.
Our experience with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Roseville service center was disappointing and it all started when a man approached us to tell is Dan Blower was running late and that their service center would not perform any warranty work on our vehicle. That was how we were greeted!!! No good morning or anything. We had been referred to the shop by the manufacture, so we decided to wait and talk to Dan. Dan was about 15 minutes late, but he was willing to take our car as long as we did not want warranty/recall work performed. One issue was fixed! But another problem could not be further diagnosed unless a $1,800 part was replaced, but no guarantee that the part would resolve the issue. To many red flags to agree to that option: Why would a MOPAR shop not be able to do Fiat warranty work when Fiat-Chrysler is one company? Does it make sense to blindly replace parts? Can you trust a business to do the work right if they wont even answer the phone or return your calls? And the kicker...what does it cost to say Good Morning to a customer? We have arranged to sell the car. Wont be buying any products under the Fiat-Chrysler umbrella again. AutoNation has lost our future business as well.
