This is a great place to get your car repaired with high tech mechanics that dont charge you dealer prices, Ive been going to Baber auto for 18 years they fix what needs to be repaired on your vehicle, in a timely and professional manner, if you see reviews coming up with only two or three stars its because people think that mechanics will repair your car for absolutely low cost, this is further from the truth, take it to a dealer and see what they will charge you itll probably be almost 2 times the price ! Depending on what is wrong what your vehicle and the parts that need to be replaced plus labor reality thats how much it will cost for repairs but at Baber auto those repairs are affordable compared to again dealer prices, I brought this up three times to make sure that you get it !So you two star and three star people I say this to you shame shame shame !Sincerely yours, take care Baber auto keep up the good work !

Had to bring car in for repair at the peak of the pandemic. Greeted by maskless person in main office...seemed he was unaware or unconcerned about others. Felt unsafe, wont return.

Ive taken both of my familys cars to Babers auto since Ive moved into the neighborhood. They have always been very professional, completely transparent, and charged very fair prices. They recognized that I may want to treat repairs to my 4 year old SUV differently than my 15 year old compact car. Theyve offered knowledgeable advice to keep both cars running well and keep their value. Their communication has been easily understood and prompt. I highly recommend them.

This is a great little auto shop for repairs and regular maintenance. You can ask them to find used parts in some cases, which are cheaper. They usually have loaners car available that you can drive while repairs are made. Note that they are closed on weekends.

My car hd to be towed and i had no knowledge of the repair shop my car was being taken. However, I was pleasantly surprised! They were awesome! Honest, friendly, professional! They said they would look at my car tomorrow and then call me, they did! Once the car was fixed, they called! Kevin and Joe and the rest of the crew at Baber Automotive are just great. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and their pricing is very fair. I had several check engine lights suddenly show up on my car the day before I was heading out of town on a long road trip. They were able to squeeze me in and get my car fixed up and taken care of. As someone who is not very knowledgeable about cars, I really trust their work and their honesty with me.

The only place I will go from here on forward. They communicate super well, they are honest and very good pricing! Being a female going to these types of place can be intimidating, these gentlemen where amazing!

I no longer live in the area but I always go to Baber because they have been fantastic and trustworthy. I brought my car in recently because there was a noise I couldnt identify and within minutes they had figured it out, screwed it back for no cost to me because it was such a simple issue. It made my week.

Just switched to Baber on the recommendation of a friend, and am delighted that I did! The work is top-notch, the prices are fair, and Kevin and Joe are both great guys to work with -- friendly to talk to and great at explaining whats wrong with my car and how they plan to fix it. Very recently, I had trouble with my car that came up suddenly and rendered it undrivable -- the situation really put me in a bind, and Kevin and Joe moved heaven and earth to help me out quickly. I have been a customer at Baber Auto for fifteen years and have received quality repairs, good service and ethical standards. I just recently brought in my car for what I thought was a starter issue and they couldnt find anything wrong. Even though it was in the shop for about four hours I wasnt charged and was told they wouldnt do any repairs if they couldnt find an issue. How many places would say that? If you have car repairs and dont know where to go, definitely go to Baber!

Been going to Baber Auto for the last 20 years. They have done an excellent job on all my cars over the years. Had a car that was a body shop repair job that has multiple broken issues that were just rigged together and each time they were able to come up with very cost effective solutions.Granted their loaner cars are very dated, they work just fine. They carry a full line of Interstate Batteries and are kind enough to allow me to bring the oils/filters I prefer to have in my vehicles.They are modest sized shop that has yesteryear feel to it, yet they are able to accommodate just about anything I ask them to do. Highly recommend them. The shop looks like something from the 60-70s, it has a very home town feel.

I brought a vehicle in for some repairs and they repaired the vehicle for a reasonable price. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend Baber Auto for any repairs you may need. They are personable, professional and reasonably priced.

We have been doing business with Baber for a long time and have always been very pleased. Recently Kevin and Blake were exceptional going beyond in service to us to get us back on the road.

They replaced my 5.7 hemi engine with a remanufactured engine. I have had 0 issues. The engine runs like new.

I brought my vehicle here to have the brakes bled after a previous repair shop either failed to do so or did so incorrectly. Kevin scheduled a same-day appointment and treated me with the utmost courtesy. He diagnosed and fixed the brake lines promptly. Furthermore, he pointed out that the rear brake pads, which I installed the previous day, were done so incorrectly, and fixed their installation as well. He was courteous in letting me know I didnt install them correctly when others may have been condescending or frustrated. I appreciated that a lot. The price was not bad either!

Amazing service. They went out of their way to get me the best price they could find and made quick work of the repair. I’ve also been told to not spend money on a repair I asked about as it still had life left on it.

As the son of a retired mechanic, I am skeptical of most garages. The guys at Baber were awesome! I thought I needed to have my brakes repaired and was told that I still had some life in the pads and there was no need to spend the money on it now! Most garages would take the money now, but these guys are in to building long term customer relationships. Thank you Baber, I will be back.

Several team members were with Hemline Hoyt for years before the owner retired, and now they got the band back together. Very communicative, friendly and knowledgeable for domestic and foreign.

No longer use this shop. Bob sold the business, the mechanics who used to work there have gone elsewhere. The new management is not trustworthy -- they recommend services you dont really need, and they dont back up their recommendations/work when you get poor outcomes (e.g. tires). I used to always take my cars to Baber, but after bad experiences with 2 vehicles in the last year, I will not return.
