Went to Roseville Auto Care for white smoke coming from under the hood and they diagnosed the problem quickly and it had something to do with a melted plastic fitting near the motor and they quickly fixed it. He also tested the head gaskets to make sure no issues there from the over heating. Very nice and prompt service!! Thank you!

Please be very cautious if you are a single woman like I am. I went here for an alignment, wanting to support a family-run shop. After that, they told me I needed new shocks and struts and quoted a good price. When I took my vehicle in, they called me back, began talking super fast and doubled the price. They admitted they damaged an axle in my car and demanded I pay $123 for it.When I went to pick up my car, I found the glove box on the floor and all my belongings strewn across the floor and front seat. There was nothing they had not picked through. I have never been treated like that. I got a second opinion from my landlord, a retired mechanic, and learned I never needed new struts in the first place.

I went to Roseville Auto Care for an oil change and diagnostics for an overall mechanical check on my 2000 Ford 150. My goal was to determine if I should be putting money into or sell it. I wanted to make sure myself and/or the buyer was fully aware of the condition of the truck. Pauls diagnostics was thorough and he promptly provided me with with a list of recommended repairs including prioritizing based on urgency. Paul knowing it would take business from him, said if I knew some one with mechanical ability they could probably perform most the maintenance & repairs. His honesty was key in me deciding to give him everything. He even found a major after he started the work and made me a great deal for the whole package. Worked with the Owner, He went over and Above with his service on it, Replaced a leaking hose and put new hose clamps on it free of charge... This father and son team is incredible!. Their prices are VERY fair. They aligned my truck but there was a still a small problem with one of my tires still causing it to pull a little and they made sure I didn’t leave there until that truck was driving straight as an arrow and they didn’t charge me extra. Paul at Roseville Auto Care is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. I was having issues with what I thought were my breaks, turns out I had just gotten a plastic bag stuck underneath my car. Other shops didnt give my vehicle the proper inspection and gave me quotes of nearly $700 - $1,000. When I brought my car to Paul he promptly and thoroughly inspected my car, took it for a drive, put it on the repair rack and figured out that my breaks were fine. The total cost for this was $0. I cannot recommend Roseville Auto Care enough.

On a weekend ski trip from the coast to the mountains, our front brakes began smoking and fading. They had been replaced 3 days before. Im not sure what stroke of luck brought us to Pauls shop. We know no one in Roseville. Paul got started immediately, discovered that the previous mechanic had installed the wrong parts, sent us off to get coffee and set about repairing our vehicle. These people dont know how to align a car. After lowering my car and installing aftermarket adjustable control arms, I had aligned it a few times myself at Sierra College. I was never able to get the steering wheel strait, and figured maybe the schools old alignment rack wasnt working right, so I decided to pay for a professional alignment. I took my car in to Roseville Brake and Alignment. After getting it aligned, they did not give me a printout of my before and after alignment angles, I thought this was suspicious, but I let it go. As soon as I drove the car, I noticed the steering wheel was still off in the exact same spot. I brought it back again and he aligned the car again. He told me that the steering wheel cant be strait because of uneven caster that cant be adjusted. If thats the case, my car didnt need to be aligned, they just took my money, and didnt give me a printout to hide that my car was already in alignment. On a completely separate event, I was driving my moms car and noticed her steering wheel was off. I told her it needed an alignment. For whatever reason she decides to take it to these people even after hearing about my hard time with them. Well I just drove her car last night and the steering wheel is still way off to the right! I question if they even tried to align the car. Between me and my mom weve wasted 170$ at this place. Dont waste your money, pay a higher price and take your car somewhere else.
