Luigi was the best salesman. He took time to seek out the best deal on the vehicle that I wanted. He even offers you water and snacks while you wait. HE assured me that I was going to get the vehicle I desired and he made it happen. My husband has bought a Nissan Maxim in the 80s, that he drove off the showroom floor and Luigi and the staff allowed us that same experience to drive our 2019 Honda Odyssey van right off the showroom floor🤗. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. I will refer Luigi and this dealership to everyone I know👍🏽

I scheduled an appointment with Jeffrey Honda 1 week prior to the appointment. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was advised it could take 1.5 hrs for the service. I was willing to wait but they had it done in 45 min. Wow! Great Customer Service. Keep up the good work!
I had a very bad experience with the managers at Jeffrey Honda especially Paul Kulish and Michael Senga who gave me the paper at the price after I paid the deposit, it didnt match the document I signed.Paul Kulish never deals with him, and be very very careful when buying a car at this dealership. He added hidden costs to my purchase, let me sign before explaining anything, and when I asked him he said just sign and Ill tell you. Even the bank that put my car loan I didnt even know until after signing up.He told me you couldnt take any discount if you go with 1.99 interest rate that was showing up on the web for 12 to 48 months, even the 500$ disscout that i signed on webside didnt apply it, and also the amount that shown on the sticker on the car was completely different.He told me one price and then when the final documents came higher due to the extra costs, besides, he told me there is no interest on the warranty, and it wasnt true. I am unhappy with my experience with Jeffrey Honda and dont want anyone to be a victim to them.note:Sales Consultant Melissa Lowry She was very nice and helped me alot.
Very positive experience at first that quickly soured. Purchases a new 2021 Honda Accord 2.0T in May, picked up the car June 2nd. Tyler was very helpful and accommodating finalizing the purchase remotely while I away on vacation, great vehicle pricing too. The day of delivery, vehicle was staged right outside dealer doors, and since Tyler was not in that day, Carlos provided me the keys, paperwork and delivered the car. Upon first glance at the car, I noticed curb damage to the front right 19 alloy which was documented with Carlos, and sent to Tyler, before even getting in the car. At this point, I was going to take care home regardless since I was told that I could come back another day and service would repair or replace wheel (this was a lease so I wasnt too concerned). Fast forward 6 weeks and multiple phone calls to Tyler and Cory (sales manager), I have yet to get a returned call or an appointment with service and proper resolution plan for the issue. I noted this in the JD Power survey I received directly from Honda. Typical dealer that caters to you during the sales process to then proceed to make you an afterthought.
Melissa was amazing with my mother in law. She was patient, kind and took her time to explain the car features to her in a way she understood without being condescending. She was supportive and knowledgeable about the cars as well as the differences in the levels. She made the whole experience pleasant. Chris in finance was kind, and not pushy either. These two make me want to buy my next car here. The service from these two employees will keep customers coming back.

Be very careful when purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. They will add hidden costs to your purchase price without customer approval. Do not go to Luigi. He will tell you one price then when the final documents come and ready to sign off the overall price will be higher due to added costs/warranty etc. without approval. I am very unhappy with my experience at Jeffrey Honda and will never step back.

What started out as a great experience eventually ended up terrible. I was referred to Jeffery Honda as I learned that they might have an incoming Civic Type R. When I initially met with a rep and the manager they were both very welcoming and very transparent about pricing and even kept it off the market for a couple days without a deposit. Needless to say I was very excited. But towards the end when the car got delivered, the staff started getting really pushy about responding to paperwork questions and even threatening to sell the car to someone else despite me having a deposit. I was just at work! I work a 8-6 job myself and wasn’t able to respond to them until I was done! Apparently though that wasn’t good enough for them as I even got a call from the General Manager saying that despite my deposit they were going to sell the car the next day if I didn’t call before they closed. Even when I was able to contact them after I got off work they tried to give me waaay under market value for my trade in and get me at an interest rate rivaling a mediocre credit card. I absolutely loved the car but at this point I guess I’m only getting one if I can buy direct from Honda. To top it all off the General Manager tried to tell me over the phone that they don’t give back deposits at all when I had it in text that they would give it back if anything went wrong, but a few days after telling them no they seemed to honor their original promise and change their minds on that too. If you go with this dealer, get it in writing and don’t try to buy a type R. Hopefully they’re more consistent when buying a normal Accord or Odyssey

Great experience doing regular maintenance for my vehicle. They are upfront about what each service will cost. I also used coupon from the website to get a discount. Complementary car wash is included with maintenance. The complimentary cold bottle of water left in my car was a nice bonus for this hot weather

LEE was the most amazing salesman Ive ever dealt with at a dealership! He is meant for customer service. He went above and beyond for me for my entire experience! Not only did he send me a detailed video of the vehicle when I got stuck at work and couldnt come see the car...but he also personally delivered my new license plate to me at my job so that I didnt have to wait another 3 hours until it was ready. He really cares about his customers and will do anything he can to take care of them.
I bought my Honda CR-V March 14th. After bringing it home within days I noticed there were times I’d put the key in to start the car and it wouldn’t turn over. I thought it had to do with the automatic starter they put in for me. I brought it back up to the dealership and Alex had the remote starter guy adjust the automatic starter. After that was finished Alex and I talked and he said if it’s still giving issue to call him back and we would get it taken care of. I went home and again when I tried starting it up it did the same thing. I called Alex and left a message that it still wouldn’t turn over until a few tries. I waited for him to call me back about it to see what I should do. Never heard back from him. Called service and scheduled an appointment. They diagnosed that I had a bad/rotted starter. They told me this wasn’t covered on the warranty I purchased on the car. I went home and looked on the USB they gave me after purchase to find my warranty to go over it - my warranty was nowhere to be found. I called Alex again to talk about the starter and to get a copy of my warranty. Left a message and again, he never called back. I called the main line and got the receptionist that transfers the calls and told her that no one is calling me back - she transferred me to Alex’s manager - he didn’t pick up so I left a message. He also never called me back. I called the receptionist again and told her I need a copy of my warranty and that legally I should have had a copy of this since purchase and she transferred me to the manager of the “entire place” she said. No one answered on that line so I had to leave another message. No one ever called back. During this time I had taken my car to a reputable shop to get my starter replaced since Honda was trying to bill me $1000.00 for a new starter. I got it done for $500.00. Once I had my car back I drove back up to Honda and went into Corey Taylor’s office - he is Honda sales manager. I explained to him all that has been going on about no one returning my phone calls, my new car with a rotted starter, the costs, and most importantly that I have no copy of my warranty that I had purchased. I also gave him a copy of the receipt of the starter work I got done and asked him if I could be reimbursed because this was an issue that should have been fixed before I bought the car. Their telephone lines say right on it when you call that the used cars go through rigorous checks and inspection/certification so how did a rotted starter get missed?? He said he was sorry and that sometimes things get missed and that he is going to see about getting me reimbursed and would call me back. It has been three weeks now since we had that conversation and I still have not heard back from Corey. I also called and emailed him last week and nothing ever got returned. Chris finally emailed my warranty to me a day after I was up there asking for it. I really regret purchasing a car here. The customer service is terrible. No one calls you back if you are having trouble with the car that you JUST purchased.
I have always been treated very professionally. The service department takes the time to listen to my concerns then explains them in terms I can understand. My service was handled timely and my car was clean when it was returned to me. I felt that I received 5-star service.
Unacceptable customer service I received from the Service and Sales. Im beginning to feel its because Im a women. Visited Twice for a car issue purchased LESS than a month ago. They never asked my name either time, smh. The car was purchased for me but not by me so they still cant find the history of our multiple purchases from the past. Such a shameful and horrible experience today.

Tyler with sales was great. The guy who gets you out the door with papers signed, lied to about the financing rate and terms of loan. Super pushy to buy the extended warranty. Not sure what kind of incentive he gets, but it has to be big - he was very rude after I said no. Go somewhere else.
The salesman and his team stayed pass the closing time to accommodate us because we had to drive more then 6 hours to buy the 2021 civic hatchback. we really appreciated it.
Went in for an airbag recall and asked to have a few other items looked at. Had no idea I was going to be charged $50+ for each item until I was presented with the bill. The service department should advise their customers about these charges before they work on the car, not after. Extremely disappointed !!

The service was excellent. The advisors explained everything to me which really helped me to understand what was being done. The only issue was that no one wiped the seats down in the lobby as customers came and left.

I made an appointment with Sarah to test drive a 2020 Honda Civic Sport. When I came in I said I was there for a test drive & not to buy that day. After my test drive, Sarah explained the sales they had going & wrote up a proposal & said to let her know if she could help me with purchasing a Honda. I was told I could put down a deposit if I was interested in that specific car, but was not pressured at all. I said again that I wasnt prepared to buy that day, but was thinking of look at the 2021 Honda Civic Lx. Sarah walked me out to the one I had indicated & let me look it over & I left with her card. A few days later I did decide that the Honda Civic 2021 was the car I was really intersted & called filled out the online app. The day I was to sign the papers & take my new car home, I walked in & ended up walking out with a totally different car, HR-V, Black, leasing. LOL, I had changed my mind, and Sarah & her manager worked with me to get what I wanted. Since I have never had anything but a car, I decided to lease to see if Id actually like it. The HR-V was delivered that day & I love it. Thank you Sarah for all your help & patience. Very happy.

Ill start off by saying that customer service here is nice. They all smile amd greet you when you walk in. I came because my daily driver a 2015 honda accord had a recall. My appoinment was at 12 and they didnt look at my car until about 45 mns later. Also i recieved my car back with a loose steering wheel which is very awkward. It was tight when i brought it in. I had a light on the dash for the Front collision warning system that i had asked the service guy about checking for me and he said that it would be a 1 hr job to put it on the scanner and he would charge 130 dollars for that. First off, this is a honda. Not an expensive car. I took it to another honda dealer and they checked it on the scanner for me within 15 mns and they didnt charge. Then i drove to another honda dealership just out of curiosity to see what they will say and they offered to check it for free also. Basically this dealership is cheap and i will never return here again. I was never charged to have my bmw checked at the bmw dealership and even my corvette at the chevy dealership. Hondas are nice cheap reliable cars but beware what dealership you go to. My experience here at jeffrey honda i would say that their customer base includes people that know nothing about cars so customers just bend over and take it from them.

As anyone may know purchasing a car can be a total nightmare drained of energy and a terrible experience. -this was far from the case with Jeffrey Honda. -Both my wife and I have been shopping for a crossover SUV. My wife originally contacted Jeffrey Honda and was fortunate to meet Gloria Hawkins our sales associate. Gloria was extremely knowledgeable professional and understood our needs and went above and beyond to help us. She even pulled a new 2019 Honda CRV off a truck carrier headed for Texas just for us because we liked the color and the interior. She held the car and gave us the opportunity to test drive it on 2 separate occasions - She even surpassed a competitive Honda dealers offer. She made sure that every feature of the car and feature was explained and demonstrated, she took care of the paperwork and transaction in a timely manner and the car was detailed beautifully with a full tank of gas waiting for us for the pick up. She went to great lengths to help us even calling us the following day a asking how we liked our new Honda. She even mentioned several times that the first oil change was a gift from her.. I’ve never bought a Honda but was considering Toyota, Honda, Mazda JEEP etc. and we were so glad that we came to Jeffrey Honda, met Gloria and had an excellent purchasing experience

My wife Brenda took our CR-V in for recalled driverside inflator (airbag) to be replaced. Heres her review of her experience that day. I was very impressed with the great serviced I received. The staff was very polite and friendly. There dealership was well cleaned and organized. The timing for my served repair was not long at all...around 1 hour and 15 mins. I would definitely recommend my family, friends and neighbors to go there for auto service. I give Jeffrey Honda 5 star rating.👍🚘🤗

I made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off the night prior. By midday the on my appointment day, I received a phone call stating my vehicle was ready. The courtesy shuttle was able to pick me up from my residence to pick up the car. All the staff were professional and courteous. No complaints on my end.

This is my first time visit Jeffery-Honda and I bought my car from Paul and Andre.I give this dealership a 5 star rating because of the service and friendliness of the staff.Paul is humorous and well studied with the Honda product line. Andre, the manager is very gentle and they help me through test drive, check over, agreed the best price they can accept, and car detail explanation after deal finish without any hassles! The only disappointment we had was waiting for the finance department person for 45 minutes when we had an appointment, but we still had a very pleasant experience!Great job Jeffery Honda! They recently reorganized their Service waiting room and its beautiful! It has a coffee station, multiple comfortable chairs, and a long table to work while you wait. Also includes a TV and newspapers for your daily local & worldly update. Tom was wonderful and checked in with me to ensure that my car would be finished after they vacuumed and ran it through the car wash. Top notch service keep repeat customers!
Initially we really liked the place and Melissa was very helpful. We wanted to finance a new car and it was tricky because we didn’t have any credit history (being new in this country). I suppose all the banks rejected our application, because Melissa never called back...she never picked up the phone or replied to any of our messages as well. And all of this after spending almost two hours with us in her office, going over all the details, smiling and treating us coffee. She just never called us the next day and we felt like the dealership decided not to waste time with us. It’s a shame because we actually had the money to buy a car, and had co-signers with excellent credit history, we just wanted to try our luck with bank loan first, as this option was better for us. At the end we ended up just buying the same car from a different dealership. So Jeffrey’s Honda lost a client and a good deal. I will think such behavior is highly unprofessional, and it was very rude on their side to ignore their clients like this. We hope nothing terrible happened to Melissa for her to just disappear on us like this, but most likely she lost all the interest and decided not to bother even telling us about bank rejection... at least this she could have done instead of not picking her phone.... Disappointed!

I have dealt with Chris Dugan (finance manager) in the past. Previously, he went out of his way to remedy another dealerships mistake. This time, he made the sale as quick, painless, and fair as possible. He even went well out of his way to help me when I screwed up. I will continue to do business with him, without question. Jeffrey Honda found the problem within 1.5 hours and had it fixed within another 1.5 hours and took great care of me!Ask for Gil if you go, he was very professional and took care of me like family! The employees in the service department are always so nice and helpful. They are also efficient and courteous! I dont dread bringing my car in!Update October 2019: Brought my car in for an oil change yesterday. I arrived early, was immediately accommodated (and greeted by name, which is so nice because people frequently mispronounce my name to boot!), and was in and out in 20-25 minutes. Honestly, it was a dream!

I took my daughters car for a no start situation. It was the PCM and these guys were amazing. They let me purchase my own part to save money they gave me a discount on already very reasonable labor. I highly recommend them! I wont be taking my Hondas anywhere else!
My husband and I stopped in before heading home to Chicago because our tire pressure warning light went off. After putting some air in one, the warning light was still on. Tom H. was super quick to reassure us that the light can go off even when there is just a slight differential between the tires. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, Im disappointed that we dont live in the area to be able to go back and get our regular service there. We were in and out in about 5 minutes, which at a dealership is practically light speed!
