Leo has saved me tons of money in his honest practices at Service Outlet. Him and all the people that work at the shop are very professional and know how to get the job done. I dropped off my car earlier this week, telling him that I needed it by the middle of the week and he delivered thoroughly. He had figured out the problems and told me everything I needed to do and even through in a couple of tips on maintenance . Great customer service experience and will definitely return. I highly recommend him for all your service needs.
Always the best service and very kind and professional. I never take my Honda to any other facility. This is the best!
Had a great experience with the staff and service provided. Leo was very friendly, explained everything, and pricing was more than fair for the work preformed. I will be taking my car back for all future work, thank you for the work you provide to the community.
They took my car in right away and fixed it very quick. Great customer service!I recommend them👍
Leo has always been honest and reasonable with all the work he has done on our Honda Pilot and mother in laws Hyundai Elantra.
Leo @ Service Outlet is the Best!
Leo is a great and honest guy. His service is excellent and he is very understanding and honest when it comes to pricing on parts, service, and labor. 10/10
Leo saved me several hundred dollars by replacing the O2 sensors on my Toyota Forerunner. He was able to finally clear the check engine light which kept coming on due to a lack of regular maintenance on my part. It took him extra hours of his time driving the Forerunner to make sure the light wouldn’t come back on, at no extra charge to me.He also worked on our Honda Civic Hybrid and did such a great job, it hasn’t needed servicing in over two years.Talk about efficiency and honesty. I give his business highest marks.
I am so happy I found this place.! I brought my 2002 Honda CRV in because the engine light was coming on and another shop in Roseville could not fix it. Leo reassured me that he would take care of me and he did. He stayed late one night (8:00!) just to make sure my truck was perfect before giving it back to me. He uses factory Honda parts which make a difference in the quality of work and his price was still cheaper than the other shop who used off market parts which didnt work for my vehicle. I feel like I am in good hands with Leo so he has my business for life. I am so grateful for all they did for me and I would give them 10 stars if I could. :)
He ripped me off horribly and broke the back brakes on my yukon gmc! I had him replace the front rotors and calipers and pads and then all the sudden the back ones were broken! Leaking a bunch! Which the day before we were at the shop and they were fine dont trust him
Very efficient service friendly and honest
Leo always comes thru with price and quality
Leo is the best. He has saved me tons if money over the years with his honest service practices. He refuses to sell unnecessary work to his customers. I trust the Service Outlet with both of my cars. I am glad they started selling tires and wheel alignments too. Very convenient.
Kevin and the team are honest, skilled and hard working! They arent after your wallet. They charge whats fair and dont try to sell you things you dont need. Ive brought 3 cars to them over the years and theyve always done a great job! Highly recommend them!!! Stay away from the dealerships! Go here!
We have used this shop for many years on multiple vehicles. When Kevin ran this shop, it was outstanding. He gave you a fair price, was very honest in his estimate of what was needed, and stood behind his work. I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, his wife is now running the shop and it is horrible. The responsiveness and organization are gone. The new mechanics charged us for a diagnosis, but never found the problem, and seemed generally overwhelmed. Hence the 1 star rating. Will not be back until Kevin returns.
Truly wonderful service ! The owner is a friendly outstanding example for the rest of the service shops to follow !!! I would absolutely not hesitate recommend him to anyone who wants the best honest service obtainablefor their vehicle.B.Shanack
Zero stars but had to choose one to post:My brakes were squeaking so on a recommendation to take it to a smaller shop to save money. I went on yelp and saw the decent reviews so I gave it a shot. I told them my brakes were making noise and to please fix them because it was driving me crazy every time I stopped. He said my back brakes looked brand new and it was my front brakes. He quoted me the price I said go ahead and fix them paid my bill and left. The next day the noise was still there so I called my neighbor who is a mechanic. I told him I took my car in to get the noise fixed and it still making the noise. He said bring it by Ill take a look. He said your back brakes are out not sure about your front because they have been replaced now, he said take it back to the mechanic who fixed it and if they dont take care of it bring it back to me Ill fix them. I took my car back and they called me later and said oh it is your back brakes it will be the same price as the front. I said I will come get my car. When I went to pick up my car he said he went ahead and replaced the back brakes and pay me later. I DID not authorize him to fix them. He started calling me for the money and I called back and left a message stating that I didnt authorize you to do that and you didnt fix it right the first time. After that non stop phone calls. About 4 months later he called me and I was on a business call and couldnt answer the phone. 20 min later a knock on my door . I tried to put my call on hold and by the time I got to the door he was gone but he left his business card at my door. I was shocked and the fact I live in a gated community he obviously followed someone in !! He asked my neighbors where we parked our cars and then looked in my garage! Then he came back again banging on the door to the point my son was afraid. I answered it and said you can not show up at my house like this and he said he was law enforcement. I told him I never authorized him to fix my brakes and I left messages. He stated I was ignoring his calls so he took it upon himself to come to my house. I do not feel this was professional at all if he had a problem he should take me to small claims court or send me to collections, not show up at my door. I was on a work call the day I said no I will pick up my car and they heard me say that so no matter what this business tries to say I know the truth and so does my coworker. I paid him anyways to never deal with these people again. I will never do business with them again ever !!!
Long time customer, very satisfied. They brought my near dead Mitsubishi back to life and it is running great.
This is an independent repair shop for Honda/Acura and Toyota/Lexus with over 40 years of experience. Customer service is number one with Leo, the manager.
Leo is my new hero. I had taken my car to Made in America where I was quoted $350-400 to fix an oil leak. I, then, took my car to Leo where I learned that problem was misdiagnosed. Leo fixed my car for $150 and removed severe scratches out of the goodness of his heart. He is a good man and an honest man. I can’t imagine taking my car elsewhere.
Nice homey feel to it. Like Cheers...
Best experience ever.
Best dealer Ive ever used! Kevin and his crew are not only quick and well priced, but they have the best customer service Ive had at a mechanic!
I had kevin replace an engine in my 4Runner. I got about 3k miles out of it when it started to overheat. It turned out that the block he acquired was not properly rebuilt.Kevin charged me $4,020.50. The new block + install cost me $2,700.When I told Kevin about the problem he said the warranty had expired and I was out of luck. I told him I was going to write this review and he didnt seem to care.So much for family values hu Kevin?
Crooks. Charged us $75 to turn our check engine light off even though we explained that we already had a device to do this ourselves. They lied and said they reprogrammed our computer so that it wouldnt come back on again. Less the. 24 hours later, light is back on and now they wont stand by what they promised or refund our money. Find another mechanic, these guys are not honest!
Took 1997 Honda CR-V in for oil leak repair. After several attempts to repair and weeks of time, the vehicle still leaked oil. Honda Service Outlet charged $977.41 to replace oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, timing belt and front main crank seal. Paid for in full. Took vehicle back for another valve cover gasket - ruptured and gushed oil. Vehicle still leaks oil.Customer moved out of area and parked vehicle. Finally, had oil pan and gasket replaced at home. Still leaks oil. Took vehicle to reputable repair shop in Vacaville. In 24 hours, the repair was complete at a cost of $721.22. Tech report indicated leaking front main crank seal which had silicone RTV packed into the seal. Additionally, they installed a new water pump, timing belt tensioner, timing belt (previously installed belt was damaged with oil), front crank seal, cam seals and valve cover gasket. All wear-out parts were changed while into front of engine.Honda Service Outlet did not replace the front crank seal although it was charged for on the invoice. Apparently, they applied a shady mechanic stop gap fix that didnt work. Replaced seal was returned as evidence. Additionally, any reputable mechanic will replace the belt tensioner, water pump and all seals while the front of the engine is disassembled for timing belt replacement. Parts are inexpensive compared to labor. Honda Service Outlet did none of that.I have been trying to get Honda Service Outlet to pay for the successful repair. Leo initially stated he would see what he could do but has since failed to return my calls or answer emails.Leo states the repair was accomplished before he took ownership even though he was the agent who took in the repair and invoiced the job. There is a history regarding ownership of Honda-Acura Service Outlet.Leo Allen (aka Muhammed Ali - owner) is a smooth talker who tries to talk his way out of being accountable for the fraudulent and substandard work performed by Honda Service Outlet.Dont be fooled by the presentation. Results count and this result was unacceptable. This used to be a reputable service and repair shop before it changed hands. Now, Leo owns the shop and does not deserve the reputation that preceded his tenure.I want them to pay the bill for the repair they were paid to do in the first place. $721.22I will be filing a claim with the Calif. Bureau of Automotive Repair Services.
Useful in case of emergency

Great service - told me exactly what was wrong - suggested that we hold off on a repair until we were closer to smog time.. Thanks guys...
