Never had to take it back..the problem was diagnosed and fix correct the first time. I do not take my cars anywhere else but here. You always get an honest diagnosis and opinion and options from Carlos. Can not recommend this shop enough. They service all different manufacturers from domestic to foreign. Has a parking lot, handicap parking, separate bathrooms, cash or credit ..no checks..open 6 days a week. Saturdays are a call ahead and speak with Carlos is recommended. Cannot say enough about this shop

Worst Mechanic Ever!! Working without a license and ruined my truck and over charged me 6k more. Comes across as a nice guy but it’s an act to gain your trust. Please do not go here. Never expected to be taken advantage of.

Had a 97 BMW 528i serviced by Carlo for 15 years. Recently purchased an Audi but am looking to buy a used 326xi for mein frau and will have Carlo check it out before purchase. I would not have any other person work on a BMW. Great service, personnel, and above all quality work. If you want to keep your car right, go see Carlo. You will not be disappointed.
