I have been taking my car to V&W for several years and have always been thrilled with quality of the work and the price. I highly recommend them!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and Nino pulled my vehicle in and let me know that my front struts were binding and my right front sway bar link was not secured he also let me know I needed front brakes. Im usually a skeptic because I am a female and most shops just try to sell you everything they can get passed you. Well he caught on to my hesitation and brought me into the shop to show me what he had found and he was being 100% honest. He explained everything in detail and even told me what could happen if I chose not to fix these things so I could make an informed decision. I chose to have them go ahead with the recommended repairs. He also replaced my wiper blades for free (it was raining the day I brought it in and he said they were streaking and could cause visibility issues and wanted me to be safe.)I would highly recommend this company to any one I know. They may have a bit of a wait to get in but you wont find another shop who cares about you like this one does.

They will replace parts on your car with used parts. They did a heater core on my car and the one they put in failed within 3 months. They also had my car for over a month! Nino knows his stuff but in his own words its hard to find good help most of these guys here are bums and it seems to be luck of the draw

Heres why its a 1 star review- our family member died and Nino helped us sell his car (Lexus) at V & W Motors. We delivered the car to Nino at V & W Motors, he had a customer in mind who ended up buying the car at his lot directly from Nino- he had the title because we trusted him, and Nino never paid us for the car- HE SOLD THE CAR TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND NEVER paid us!!! He kept telling us he was sending a check, but then he forgot and then said he didnt have the money anymore because he spent it. Its been four years and NOT ONE DIME of the money has been received from him. Very unethical, upsetting, and sad in my personal experience. I had used this shop on our Land Rover for repairs, but I would never use this shop for anything ever again after such an experience.

A great local and family owned business! Very honest and professional. The mechanics are very experienced. They found an issue that 4 other shops could not fix! Ill be bringing my cars here for all work from now on. They service all cars, and do oil changes.

Nino and his Crew are great to work with. Very informative and explained my repair in detail. I recommend V&W for all your maintenance and repairs. Hello. I had my 2012 Range Rover service at V & W Motors this past week. They were very informative by letting me know the condition of my vehicle. Dennis at the front desk had very good customer service and a great guy. My truck run better than ever and its faster. I will bring my truck here for now on instead of the dealership. Range Rover dealership is a rip. I would recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here after I read reviews on other places. I felt comfortable with these people handling my vehicle. MY TRUCK NEVER RAN THIS GREAT.......

Everything you could want in a auto shop. I needed a few broken ignition coil bolts drilled out. Another shop wasnt even willing to try without charging half of what the car was worth.Dennis and his crew were great. They worked quickly, their prices were fair, and they made a tricky job look easy. Now my car is running as good as new.Several of my coworkers had great experiences with V&W and highly recommended them. They were about a 45 minute drive from where I lived, but it was totally worth it. Would definitely use them again!

V & W Motors is beyond exceptional! Customer service should be 10 stars. I trust them with my vehicle and they have always been honest and pro-active in making sure I am well taken care of. I drive many miles for a living and V & W Motors makes sure I am safe doing that! I recommend them often.

I was looking for a mechanic to have some repairs done for my Audi S4. Dennis quoted me the best price in the area and the service was great. The guys know what they are talking about and even kept in touch during the repair. Highly recommended for anyone, who is looking for a reliable mechanic, that doesnt try to bend them over, just because they see 4 rings on the hood.

These guys really showed some heart and helped a poor guy out of town in a tight pinch they did an excellent job and went above and beyond what I could have asked for if your having car troubles you can rely on these guys.

If you own a German car do not go to this shop. I took my BMW here for service and about $7,000 later my car still kept overheated. The car has been in and out of the shop for the past 2 months...

Extremely disappointed. First off, let me note I’m in the service industry and understand how reviews can go but everything I’m saying is sincere and truthful and my goal isn’t to get anyone fired but beware of this establishment.My A/C broke for my 2010 Forester. So, first I took it a few people and the ACTUAL dealer. Nobody seemed to know the issues and when Subaru had a “theory” they did what every dealer would do: tell me anything that “may” be broken and charge me $1500.Note: I was given a charge of $160 for 40 ounces of frion but my car takes between 16-18.5 ounces (sketchy).Note: my car has had more issues after taking the then it initially had. It now shakes aggressively when it’s idling.Of course I said no, and was recommended to see V&W or A-Z motors (or whatever the official name is). I finally spoke to them over the phone and initially told me they think they know the issue. I stop by, show them what the dealer advised and verbatim was told “ya that’s not the issue and I wouldn’t recommend going through the dealer, ever” I then took that advice and left the car with them.I had a long road trip planned with my wife and explained that it will help tremendously if this can get repaired before. They finally contacted me after around 48 hours and told me I had two leaks (Subaru never found this and nor did my personal mechanic but was out of town) which seemed sketchy but I went along with it. So that cost upwards of around $350 approximately. I stopped by and took the car. Air didn’t work after 5 minutes of driving. Called back and dropped it off again, they said it’s an issue with my high pressure sensor but can’t get the part in until after our trip.I bit the bullet and said let’s do it. So I paid upfront and they told me to bring it back after the trip. So I’ve paid $630 so far and nothing worked yet.Came back and they had it, once again. Took another 48 hours and called me stating it’s been fixed. I was then charged another $230 for “frion” and “labor” so I’m sitting at a total of $860. Drive it for 5-10 minutes, doesn’t work.I dropped it off AGAIN for another few days and call me back saying that it works fine. So, I take it back and stops working after, you guessed it: 5-10 minutes. Which leads me to believe they ran lazy tests or not at all.Finally, they felt it not working and looked at everything and said they can’t find the issue. I demanded a refund due to no repairs working. I was advised to take it to the dealer (which initially they told me not to do) they told me I would not be refunded fully and given only the $150 for the new sensor and that was it.All in all, this place is nothing but a shady and crooked company. The front desk gentlemen was very nice and I get it wasn’t his fault. He asked the owner and he said he won’t give me anymore money back.I took my car back and told them I will be getting my attorney involved and disputing all charges. Like I said, I’m easy going and patient but this was a compete waste of time. Very valuable time. Over 30 days, nothing fixed, and charged almost $900.Stay far away from this place. Far, far away.

V & W Motors is as good as it gets, in my opinion. Last year they fixed the transmission on my Audi TT. Other than installing a new one, no other shops were interested in the work. Their price was fair and the service excellent. All promises kept and then some. This year they gave my engine an overhaul. I got the same results. The work was on budget, on-time and the results were excellent.

I highly recommend v&w Motors for repairs to foreign and domestic cars over dealerships. They get my vote.

V & W Auto is a great place to have your import auto serviced. I had been taking my Jaguar S-Type R to the dealership and getting ripped off so I decided to give this shop a go. Dennis was a real help getting in arranging my drop off so I wouldnt have to wait a long time for the car and Nino and his guys did the work fast and at a reasonable price!! Half of the prince the dealership wanted! I would recommend this shop to anyone that has been getting ripped off on their repairs. I seriously think Nino is the last Honest mechanic around!! I will definitely be going back if I have anymore problems with my car (fingers crossed) and for all my oil changes! Thanks V & W, you guys are great!!!!!!

DECEPTIVE LAIRS ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY NOT CUSTOMER!I had a speedo installed into my Lexus and they decided not to reprogram the millage, although it would be paid for by my vehicle warranty. So now my car reads the wrong millage.DO THINGS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

Store hours online are incorrect AND the people at this business are not on the same page with the store hours. One guy on the phone says they close on Saturdays at 5pm AND that’s what it says on google... the woman at the front desk says they close at 3pm???So now I’m here for no reason and I have to return Monday. IF I return.

Nino and his crew have been taking care of all my vehicles for nearly 20 years now. I cant say enough good things about the quality of service and the care brought to every problem that has arisen over the years.If you want someone you can trust to take care of your car - you must go to V&W Motors Import. Youre cheating yourself if you dont.From oil changes to transmission replacement - Ive trusted V&W Motors with my cars well-being. I believe you should too!Just recently, my old 1997 mini-van finally bit the dust. Nino was kind enough to direct me to the best place to find a quality used vehicle to replace it. He wont make a dime off this transaction - its just the kind of guy he is! He and his crew truly do care and take care of their customers!
