So basically I come into the shop looking for a few parts that are basically just the cosmetics of my c4 i’m pretty sure I dealt with the owner himself Tracy I was treated very poorly at the counter they tried to sell me a used weatherstripping kit for 75 more dollars then you can find it online honestly I would take your car to this place if it was broken and you didn’t know how to work on it yourself even if that you could take it anywhere else I personally will not be returning to this place the shop was filthy along with the people and Their attitudes.

Ive read the mixed reviews and I have to say my dealings with Ron have always been good. He has or can get everything. His knowledge of arcane details is unsurpassed. If you are doing high end restoration he is a guy you can trust to know whats right and to deliver it. I understand that comes at a price, and for what we want, that is OK. People have complained about the cost of bolts, but in a judged completion having the right ones is priceless

I drove 30 minutes to get there he tells me I be out in 10 35 minutes latter I when home

Great place. If you need it, they probably have it. If not, they can get it. I was glad they had the parts I needed, while most dont. I will definitely be back, as I got much more i meed, and they got it.As for staff, very great people. They were knowledgeable for sure, and were very polite.

I went to Tracy to buy parts for my 77 vette, I was lucky Dennis was on the phone at least 20 minutes with a personal call, as I being disabled walk with cane and braces on each leg stood and waited for service without a word from him. After losing my patience I walked out and he lost several thousand in business from me. I hen get home read the reviews and sm thankful that instead i went to corvette central and ecklers corvette sure i pay shipping but I am treated like a human and am not ripped off.caveat emptor

Personally I think the place is amazing. I could literally go broke shopping at that place. I think itll be a great place to go for part for my car. I cant believe I didnt know this place existed. I will be back

That is the place to go for Corvette parts new or used. They always have what I need and great how to do and service tips...Cool place to go I like it.

I purchased what was advertised as NOS parts. They were VERY expensive and stupid me didnt drive hours to see them first. I took the word of the owner Dennis that they are brand new NOS. Half the parts were new, the other half were used.He completely lied and claimed it was a GM defect, but they were used. Any idiot could see they had been on a car before. He would not buy them back or make me any offer.This man is nothing short of a thief. DO NOT buy from Tracey Performance unless you see what you are buying first. They are rip-off artists.

0/10 would recommend. Aside from lying about pricing and overcharging, Tracy is incredibly rude to customers. They had the needed parts for our vette as we wanted them in a timely manner, but when the parts are almost triple the price that you were told over the phone... it would be worth it to wait and order them elsewhere. I dont believe that I would ever recommend this place to anyone else!!!

Tracy says hes a man of his word, but that couldnt be more false... He offered me $5K on my 1995 LT1 Corvette... but when I brought it in he started listing off things that were wrong with it, then proceeded to offer me $3800 for it, knowing I needed the money. He currently has the car up for $9750 after fixing nothing on the car. Expect to be ripped off if you go to him.

BUYERS BE AWARE! Dishonest seller! Honestly I have no idea how this company is still in business. I contacted Tracy today to get 2 small parts, I asked him for a price on them before I had my wife pick them up on her way home from work. He basically told me that hes not going to get me a price on, he said Ahh, thats gonna be around $10 and the others going to be around $10 as well. So when I got home from work, my wife hands me a bill for $68.79! I couldnt believe it! Since shes not 100% knowledgeable in these cars they felt that he could completely rip her off! Just lazy, rude and dishonest people there!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Owner wants insane prices for used damaged parts and then started yelling at me when I made a lesser offer to what I thought was reasonable for the condition. Some parts are priced accordingly but too many times I had to just order online because the price difference was over the top. the owner/clerk is very moody but has a vast knowledge in everything corvette related. this shop has everything autozone does not, I shop at tracys first but as stated before, better have some deep pockets...

If you are looking for hard to find corvette parts look no further they have everything!

Owner can talk, at first meeting him he comes off abrasive, but if you strike up a conversation he is OK. But his prices are off the top of his head and a little to high, you will have better luck on EBay
