The employees here are very rude, management included. Online showed this store had a pair of shoes in stock, in several sizes. Upon arriving at the store the outdoor entrance and mall entrance near the store are under construction so I had to walk a ways thru the mall to get to the store. No big deal online said they have them so its worth dragging my 4yr old thru the mall. I couldnt find the shoes so I found a manager (name unknown) and asked about it. I told her online showed they had them. She in turn laughed and said online always does that, then laughed some more and walked away. Angry, I left and proceeded to go to famous footwear (a mile up the road) and was greeted, helped and go figure able to purchase the shoes their website said were in-stock. Oh and didnt get laughed at and disrespected. Get better help shoe carnival. You dont have to hire clowns just cause carnival is in your name.

The manager wasnt very friendly. I asked her for assistance instead of helping me started putting away items that other customers left on the floor. The cashiers were nice and helpful.

Their employees act lifeless and like they have better things to do with their time. The girl ringing up was too busy to stop stocking socks to pay attention that I was standing there. She didnt make eye contact. I told her have a good day and she didnt respond... RUDE

Terrible customer service. they don’t train their people to be on the same page regarding online orders and it makes for an inconvenience for the customer to be told two separate things. train your people better. my experience was not great at all. will not be shopping here again.

Great discount store for shoes

Dont have much of my size.

None of my sizes at all and thats just fine but.....told I would be with shortly...watched the employees greet and help every other customer but me. When finally helped by a woman who appeared as tho she may have been a manager.....she was embarassingly sarcastic.belittling and overall should NOT be any part of ANY customer service experience. The other customers clearly noticed as she did this and that still did not stop her obvious irritability....making this the FIRST AND LAST time I go here....and probably a couple other people that witnessed this.

I use to love shoe carnival...but the customer service went down hill. Peggy has the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. I will not be back to this place. Snotty attitude and very sarcastic. I felt very disrespected

This is a little gem inside Macomb mall. Very clean, staff is super friendly and the variety is very good. I feel like it’s hard to find a good section of children’s shoes in a lot of stores (Target for example) - they never carry enough of each size and it causes for slim pickings and upset children. However I had no issue here and plan to come back next time we’re in need. Prices are good too!

Beware of manager. She treats her employees terrible. She has absolutely no respect for them and when you complain to their corporate office about it they do not seem to care either.

Shoe carnival was awesome!! I have been looking for winter boots for my daughter and myself. Walked in and found Colombia winter boots on sale for 35$. I can wear girl sizes so i bought 2 pair. Second pair were half off 35$. 2 pairs of Colombian boots for under 60$. I love shoe carnival

It seems yearly I need new shoes my pops thinks so we stopped in the mall for a look-see. I have my summer sandels, now my tennis shoes and hiking boots since we are a multi weather state. Good displays here.

First store that I went in walk through the whole Mall went right back to the store and found the shoes that I wanted at a reasonable price

Went in there looking for some winter boots, didnt find any but came close. Cool store, its large, plenty of good name brands and styles to choose from (although for boots, they mainly had Timberlands). Had some nice sales also. It kinda feels like the Shoe Warehouse mixed with Foot Locker... kinda.

I used to shop at other locations but this one had nothing for me I am a size 15!
