Repaired my brakes after another national service station failed to honor my appointment that I had made.I called these guys and talked to Thomas. He got me in the same day. He and the team got my brakes fixed, both front and back. They got me in and out in just a couple of hours, and know everythings fine.
Simply amazing service! Had a rock jammed between tire bead and rim. Didnt even want to charge me. I tipped the gentleman who performed the service. My appt was 2pm, got the early. They didnt complete my oil chg and tire rotation till after 3:30... They did not have enough mechanics to work each car 1 at a time.They did what they could with the employees that they had. I understand but I will not be going back there again. Hey charged me $78 My car uses synthetic oil,but I have Never had to pay that much for oil chg and tire rotation.

I had the most Unfortunate experience at the Big O tires in Roseville. I was stranded and my car was taken in for a flat tire with damage from a service operator. I encountered a manager who was verbally abusive beyond belief. I understand that they have fired this person because he was verbally abusive to everyone in the company and I witnessed it.This person deserve to be fired except for the fact that the store is not fully honoring supporting the issues related to this person‘s work and the work of others under their employment whom they are responsible for.Unfortunately these people are no longer employed so I have been unable to get the information related to the damage that was done to my vehicle by the service person who changed my tire.This leaves me stuck without having the statement made by the person who was fired about the damage to my car so I can have the car repaired.I have found Big O tires consistently falling short of taking responsibility. I do have to say they tried in this incident to repair because there was the potential of a lawsuit given the abusive nature of the employee who was fired. However leaving me stuck with this repair bill is not OK.
Unfortunately, very bad experience. Had an appointment for 10:00am, got out of there at 4:30pm. During that time I was told they could install a part, but one hour later called and said they couldn’t install it. Then when they said the car was ready, it was actually outside up on a jack with the tire still off when I went to get in the car. Then they wanted to replace the tire but didn’t have them in stock. Then once I got home, one of my lug nuts was not on. Below standard at every step.
Well I just spent over $750.00 on tires and a front end Alinement and you would think they would know the tire pressure. I looked on the front door jam and it is 32. My tires are at 38. That would were your tires out real quick. I try to keep my tires at the right pressure but it starts at the shop.
I brought my tire in for a patch. I didnt even buy it from them. It was an original factory tire with only 5k miles. I left it with them and they patched it for free.Very honest, very professional. I will buy my replacement set for my other car from them in the fall.
Big O was able to determine my tire was not repairable (being 11 years old) and replaced it for a fair price, quickly, while I waited. They were being pulled this way and that by several customers but handled everyone with kindness and courtesy. Good work.
They were very nice, thorough and speedy with my car in which I had a rotation and a new tire put on. I also need an alignment but instead of aligning my car upon their review they found that I needed some work done to my suspension and they informed me of this, offered me a estimate and paid me back the money I had from the alignment that I did not get. I found that to be very honest and I would recommend them to anyone.

He is giving all the detail regarding the mechanical issues, services needed to keep your car in a great shape. Warren is a great asset to your company, and because of the service received I know coming to this shop I am in good hands!

The Big O’Tires location off Harding near Douglas Blvd in Roseville is excellent. Their service was superior from start to finish. I couldn’t find the tire I needed in stock anywhere, but Dylan ordered it for me and it was delivered to the store within a day or so. They were professional and got the install done for me in a quick visit. The manager Craig was very helpful as well. Dylan followed up with me to ensure that everything went well.
These guys are awesome. I came in towards the end of the day with some blown out struts I needed fixed ASAP to get back on the road the next morning. They squeezed me in and even worked a little OT to get me done. Reall appreciate all the hard work these guys did. Will definitely be going back

Dropped in yesterday to rotate tires and was told nonchalantly that it would be several hours. There we open bays, but apparently not enough staff. They schedule appointments, but only one per hour. Even with an appointment made yesterday for 10:00am today, it took an hour before they started on my car. This is not the Big O Tires service Im accustomed to back home in Utah. Something is seriously messed up here in Roseville. They need to make hiring a priority. This kind of poor poorservice gives Big O a, bad name.
The worst customer service I ever experienced. I made an appointment and waited for an hour snd they did mot take my car from the parking lot. When I asked them how longer it will take until they will start changing the oil, the team member at the register said that he dies mot have ideea. He gave me back car keys and did not even apologize. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
Big-O has been my go-to tire place for years, they had a free rotation policy before it was fashionable! This time, I appreciate Dylan’s help in making the right tire selection over the phone & even calling me back to let me know of installation savings & special rebates offered. Driving home on my new tires confirmed they were the right choice! I decided to wait while the work was being done.. next time, probably not, but their customer waiting area is ample & comfortable. I can recommend Big-O on Harding, Roseville.
I dropped my truck off for an alignment that was supposed to be done in 2 hrs. I called back 4 hrs later and was informed me that my truck was to long for their rack. So my truck sat there for 4 hrs, never got a call and when I went to pick it up they couldnt find my keys. Good thing I live in Montana and was just visiting. Another reminder why I in left Roseville 30 years ago. To bad the rest of my family still does and has to deal with your ignorance.

Im done with Big O. Ive had a multiple bad experiences with them and today will be the last one. Ive had a bad break job that they wont stand behind and decided I would just use them for oil changes. I made an appointment to be first in at 8am, got there 30 minutes early to.make sure there wouldnt be an issue and they still cant hold to the appointment.
Everyone was super nice and helpful! Also very quick and efficient. I will definitely be back :)

Ordered one kind of tires, installed totally different(cheaper)Instead of admitting mistake, insisted that he was right. I am not bringing two of my vehicles to this shop anymore.
Called ahead to make sure they had the tire for my car in stock. Was told on the phone thry did. Got there - they did not. Had to order it, then go back to get it installed.Leaving after instal, low pressure indicator still on. had to reset it myself.Go to Les Shwab.Never had these problems there.Big O is garbage.
I had an appointment at Big O Tires for an alignment and to check tire pressure. One of the first questions I asked was if they filled Nitrogen tires, and what the cost would be. I was told it was about $ 2.00 per pound of nitrogen. When my car was ready they told me that they didnt know what the manufacturer specs were for the camber and caster front or back for my specific model, and that I could purchase after market one that are adjustable. They even took a picture of what was being referenced underneath my car. Which was awsome because then I could relate. However, why dont they know the specs for my car? I am pretty sure that other cars have the same setup in the suspension. Furthermore, why not call the manufacturer and retrieve the specs? Then they would have the knowledge for future reference. The rep gave me the picture to keep and had me sign for all repairs done and I paid. Printed my receipt and I was on my way. The appointment took about and hour. All employees were very laid back and friendly. After I left I glanced at my receipt and noticed that the charge for nitrogen was not $2.00. More like $7.50 per unit with the qty of 4.00 which came out to $30.00. Far cry from $2.00. This is why I only gave them 3 stars.
My experience here was awful! I waited for over 4 hours to get a tire changed. There was alot of people standing around and talking rather then working And the man at the front desk was not friendly. None of them seemed to care that we were there fully flat couldnt drive anywhere else in this very hot heat for all of those hours! They were lazy the amount of time we spent there was ridiculous!

I needed new tires on a car with many miles on it. I appreciate my salesman finding a good deal in my price range. Service was great, and right on time. Ive used Big O in the Bay Area and now in Roseville for many years. Always felt I got a good deal and great service. I love being able to drop in every 5,000 miles and get my tires rotated for free at the same time I get my regular oil change from them. Highly recommend Big O.

I have been a customer of Big O tires for many years. They are always fair and courteous. Especially since some places will target women with the sale of un-needed services.
Great place and very friendly staff. Id have given a 5 star but the mechanic who worked on my car was not wearing a mask while driving it around. I saw different mechanics wearing masks while in other customers cars. This wasnt a safe move considering the pandemic we are all in.
Dylan and his crew did a outstanding job on my f-150 drives like it is new new brakes new struts smooth when I asked questions they quickly answered them quickly informed me of any unseen problems and how it could be fixed great job and reasonable!

They were able to give me a great price! *Price matched Groupon for their full synthetic oil change*. I did have to wait almost 2 hrs, but granted there were people ahead of me, and I’m sure if I wanted a quick change I could’ve gone and paid over $100 somewhere else. Overall good experience and the staff was helpful.
Last week, I called and spoke with Nejeb, I wanted quotes on a specific tire brand. I needed them the same day. They didnt have it in stock, however; was able to get a set of tire the same day that were another brand and was of same quality. The sense of urgency and professionalism these guys had were above satisfaction. Thank you Nejeb and the technicians for expediting my tire needs on short same day notice. I would definitely recommend Big O Tires for their workmanship and great customer service.
Bait and switch. Advertised $29 oil change. After oil changed charged fees including $1 to reset maintenance indicator, $10 environmental fee and nickel and dimes me charges that are included in most oil changes. Oil change ended up costing me $51!!!!

My car went in there with a simple thermostat problem and ended up having to tow it to the dealership for major problems because of them. I wouldnt take my car there to get the tire pressure checked.
We got new tires for the amount of money we wanted to spend, price quoted was the price charged, we had an appointment and installation was done in a timely manner and they didn’t do alignment just to make more money!
First time coming to this place with my new car; didn’t know what else was going on with my car besides the high squeaking; i Had a good experience with Dylan helping me and doing a full check on the car and fixing whatever he found needed to be fixed. Car is working so much better and no weird noises or anything, it’s running smooth. Looking forward to coming back here whenever I have any more car problems. Thank u Dylan!
900 dollars later and I was there for 5 hours for them to do a brake job on a 2014 ford flex, not sure how a company makes money when they have a car taking up a lift all day. There were multiple misordered parts as well as problems with bleeding brakes. You would think that a company that does breaks would know what size rotors they would need to be on the car rather than assuming or just flat out guessing very disappointed and wont be going back!!!!
DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT IT. The quality and attention to detail are absent from this establishment. They do not have experienced people working on your vehicle. This should be obvious, but sometimes you think it’s worth a quick cheap oil change.Now I’m out $600 because they completely over-tightened my oil pan bolt to the point where it is now unable to be removed by a legitimate mechanic.Just don’t take your car here. They never put a new windshield ticket or reset my maintenance light.It’s my fault, I cheaped out.This place is cheap.Low qualityNo attention to detailIt’s just some guy working a 9-5 he’s not a real mechanic
They told me I had tears in my boots. I went home after buying new cv axles and replaced them. There were no tears or cracks. Lied to me. You also dripped oil all over my casing, now I have to deal with a burning oil smell. Left the dipstick halfway hanging out. Windshield fluid reservoir left wide open and not filled. For some reason, you even left my transmission dipstick out not fully set in place. I will be doing my oil change from now on. Might want to tell your boys club to worry about their jobs and performance in the shop than their lack of performance on the streets and in the sheets.
Watch out for their dirty sales tactics and rudeness. We got a single flat tire on the road, called Big O and they said they can take care of it right away so we towed the car over. Then after waiting for a few hours, they refused to fix the car unless we buy 4 new tires, terrible situation, was trying to upsell us when we were stuck at their shop and couldn’t leave unless we pay for 4 tires.
Nice people and good service. Estimates are respectful and they stick to the time they told you. Plus I live in snow and u appreciate having good tires.
Just have to give a big huge out out to Big O Roseville. They went above and beyond to help us out. Took or little van in for new brakes. And asked if they could figure out why our tail light wouldn’t work. Brakes were as brakes are. Not much trouble. But the tail light. It was the part not the bulb. They could have ordered one and it would be here in a few days. But instead they found one at a pick and pull place and went and got it right then. They asked first of course. Wow. That is service. I went in at 12:30 for an oil change and they told me it would be 1hr after approval. Approval came at 1:30 and here I am at 5 still waiting for my truck...

Brought my car in to have an oil change and multi point inspection. The staff got me in and out in a relatively short amount of time. This is all good to get a customer out of the door quickly but NOT at the sacrifice of quality. I bring my car home and decide to pop the hood and double check everything. I can immediately see that oil was spilled around my oil cap and was not cared to at least wipe it off. So I decide to double check all of my fluids and find that my coolant reservoir is bone dry. I check the multi point inspection and they checked the coolant as all good. I appreciate the speed at which you work but I do not appreciate the sacrifice of quality. Bare minimum if they would have just glanced at the coolant and then topped it off and told me about it then I wouldnt have wrote anything.

Made an early morning appointment with Big O Tires off Douglas Blvd. to get new tires. They also agreed to price match a competitors tire price.Upon prompt arrival at my “appointment” time, there were walk-in customers ahead of me and although I was told they make appointments, they don’t and I had to wait. Why would the Big O guy tell me that I could make an appointment when in fact, they don’t take appointments (or honor them). Whey somebody tells me I can make an appointment, there is an EXPECTATION that I would receive service ahead of people who did not make appointments and I would get out of there faster for my busy day.Additionally, they DID NOT honor the “price match” and charged me an additional 0.46 cents more for my tire purchase. I am not here to split hairs, but an “out the door” price match is just that and although it was a small amount, they did not match the competitors price. REALLY!After nearly 2 hours-for waiting, I could see my tires were installed in the shop bay and I approached the counter to pay. I was told by the manager that he needed the paperwork from the shop (again, my car was ready and he could have easily grabbed it from the shop) and I was asked to step aside so he could help the customer behind me. Within literally 3 seconds, the shop guy brought my paperwork to the front desk and before anything began with the new customer. The manager refused to process my payment and my paperwork was clearly there in front of him (I was shocked) and the manager helped the new customer costing me more time. Just terrible customer service and much needed training.I won’t buy tires at Big O in the future......terrible management!

It wasn’t the easiest to find, but it wasn’t a bad experience once found, waited about an hour, enjoyed watching people come and go.
Their team was very communicative regarding timeline for services and what services were needed - I felt they were very honest and provided recommendations and pricing without pushing for same day service (other than what I came in for.) Pricing was very fair.

Went for an oil change and transmission line flush that was recommended to be done immediately by Jiffy Lube. The manager Job Pepper offered to take a look while the oil was being changed and come to find out, not even necessary. Love an honest mechanic. Will be coming back to this shop for my cars needs! This place is terrible. Do not get your oil changed here. Brought my car in, took forever for an oil change, rude service rep guys, and they broke my oil cap!
Big O Tires on Harding had no problem taking my money in December 2018 for new tires. But, they sure dont want to back up their products 18 months later. I have gone in twice to have them fix a tire that is leaking. They have no intention of trying to right their wrong. Never again will I buy a tire there.

I bought a trailer tire for $136. It’s a small 5 x 8 trailer. They charged me around $30 to balance and mount the tire but just rolled it out to me without offering to install the tire. Disappointed in their efforts.

Great experience. I went in for an oil change. They were not able to rotate my tires because they were too old(6yrs). I was told I needed to get new tires. I was given a quote. I declined to get the tires at this time. I was not harassed or coerced into purchasing them. I truly appreciated that.

Verbally attacked,When I asked for them to honor the discount promised to me! I came to big o tires in Roseville for a front end wheel alignment after having new tires installed. The alignment was good, so I thought. After only two thousand miles my new tires on the front were ruined. I brought my truck back, they put it back on the alignment rack and corrected their mistake. The manager apologized for the mistake and told me to come back in when I need new tires and he would give me one tire for free and recheck my alignment. He interred that information into the computer. I return to big o tires in Roseville to get new tires 11 months later . The manager or the owner it’s the tall overweight guy with a beard . He would not honor the deal he had made with me. His quote for tires was $1,500 . I said that was to much and I was going to get another estimate. Purchased same exact tires in Lincoln for $1,100 . Went back to big o tires in lincoln for my free wheel alignment. When I pulled into the parking lot there was no cars in any of their car Bays so I parked in front of the wheel alignment bay and when inside. No customers other than my self . The owner told me I was blocking his production line and told me to park where everybody else parks. He said I see that you have new tires, what do you want. I said I was here for the wheel alignment that was promised to me . Told me go move my vehicle and come back in . Moved vehicle liked he asked and when I came back inside, he told me I had to pay for the alignment . He said I didn’t buy the tires from him so no deal. Showed him the invoice from my tire purchase and said that I found them cheaper $400 cheaper than what his rock bottom best deal of the century was. Said to me that I had nothing coming to pay full price or to f..... leave.
New owners that have no experience at all in automotive. Also, Absolutely lied to my face. They cant get enough control on this to even answer the phones. Employees listening to inappropriate music way too loud. I heard the word N***** I swear a dozen times before I could walk from my car to the showroom entrance. The new owners made the money to buy this shop in real estate and have a long road to travel to make it even a fair place to do business in. In the last 20 years every single owner has failed to make this place work. And its not because of location. Its because people with no experience or business being in auto repair buy the franchise from BigO and run it into the ground until they loose enough money to give up or be kicked out and corporate takes it back over. It just keeps repeating.Update: thank you but no thanks my review 8s based on my experience to your shop. I am not interested in any offers in exchange to change my review.

Friend went and got her oil changed here the other day in her newer Honda she’s leasing. The bottom tray came loose today on the freeway and was dragging. She stopped in and talked to a manager named Pepper whom told her it was due to her bad driving, even though this had to be removed for oil change. He also said maybe it was like that before oil change which, 1 how do you change the oil without access and 2. Why wouldn’t you tell the customer if you saw it or didn’t change oil? They didn’t fix it and zip tied it and she went to Honda. This place has to be the worst place ever and if this guy is really the manager, you need a new manager and you need mechanics that pay attention to detail. Oil changes are so easy idk how this even happens or how you treat a customer like this. I’ll never go to big o.

Bad service place is a scam, they wouldnt let me drive out, kept my car in the shop until i paid, even though the service i need was not fulfilled, horrible place. Scammers will not let u drive away unless u pay, even if they just looked and say we cant do what u came in here for
First I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to just change my oil. There wasnt exactly very many customers here either. Then I finally ask on the progress of the oil change. And he tells me that they havent started because they dont have a star tool to remove my oil pan. You would think they would tell me this information prior to me waiting that long. After 2 hours of being there I had to leave for work. They never serviced my vehicle. Will not be returning here . And I do not recommend Big o tires.

This is the only Big O Tires location that I absolutely dread doing business with. Unfortunately it is the closest to where I live but from now on I dont mind driving to avoid this location. Employees here are extremely rude and do not care to be even a little bit kind towards customers. I have been here several times for service and nothing ever came back wrong with the job they did, but the lack of service and plain rudeness will have me avoid this location at all costs. They are clearly underpaid which isnt your customers fault. Everyone I have dealt with in the front here has been RUDE. Teach them customer service or get a new team. They are ruining the name of the entire company.
