This little coffee shop is right in the middle of old town Roseville on Vernon Street across from Wild Bill Tattoo and the old theatre. Everyone who works there is so welcoming and accommodating to whatever crazy kind of coffee drink you order. The food selection is limited to muffins and bagels but the atmosphere is laid back, inviting, social and now recently added an outdoor patio area with live music going in the evening. But the thing that makes this place a 5 star fave in my book is the basement is setup for NA meetings providing a safe place for addicts to find recovery and get help. So many are dying and even more will never hear a message of NA so opening this space provides a life line to those who get doors shut on them all the time. It’s safe it’s clean and it saved my life!

Cute boutique coffee shop! They have small bites like premade sandwiches, chips, and baked goods. There is no parking lot, just street parking but there is no minimum time you can park there. The customer service is good and there’s plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside so you can always have a great experience and place to sit!

Had the Mocha Thai, and it was absolutely delicious. Loved the atmosphere and location. Will definitely visit again.

This is my 2nd visit here. I like the comfy couches and chairs in the back. My mocha was really good and so was the peanut butter cookie. I had the lemon poppyseed cake as well. It was a little dry bit that can be expected from time to time when you get the last couple of pieces. It looks like they may have live music or open mics in the evenings. I found a guitar mic stand and a cajon in the corner.

Very friendly place with great seating options including outdoor patio for covid, and indoors tables, or couches (pre/post covid regulations). They have tasty treats and drinks, with several gluten free options.

The service was incredible. We sat outside and the waiter brought a fan to our table. Iced coffee to beat the heat

Fantastic spot. From the beautiful name w/art on the front window, to the brick interior, with lots of interesting stuff on the wall to the right, to the vibe, the music, and of course the fig pie!

Sometimes the music is a bit loud for casual conversation, so be prepared for that. The coffee drinks are really tasty though! If you order a drink for there, they serve it in a glass with a steel straw, so there is zero waste. Also, there is a lot of fun variety in seating.Come check it out!

Fig Tree is one of my favorite Downtown Roseville spots. In these challenging times, it is such a breath of fresh air to be greeted so warmly by their kind staff. Good coffee and friendly service is what keeps me coming back. For the negative poster from earlier this morning...take a deep breath and relax. Life moves pretty fast. If you dont stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Oh I love this place!!

Last night, I went to Fig Tree to see a local Queen cover band, Fat Bottom Boys. The show was great, but I was really surprised by how great Fig Tree was as well. It was my first time there and I cant wait to go again. The owner was amazingly hospitable to make the night enjoyable for everyone who attended. It isnt easy to have a venue with live performance a and he has worked hard to make this work well, especially during Covid. His staff was gracious and thoughtful. Then, the food was great, but my Mocha just added the right touch to make the evening perfect. It had the right mix of chocolate, coffee and sweetness. Perfect! I hope to go back again, on a regular basis, making the trip to Roseville is well worth it for this amazing place!

Wonderful cafe in the heart of Downtown Roseville.They have a lot of pleasant seats and nice ambiance there. The coffee is great, with plenty of different choices for beans.They also did a custom order of a flat white, and even added another ristretto shot in for free.Highly recommend to anyone wanting a chill afternoon in Roseville.

Not too bad. It was a little later in the day so I didnt try the coffee. The staff are friendly and upbeat. The atmosphere was open... Relaxed. I will warn you, though. Parking can be tough. If you have a ball park idea of where it is you are heading, it may be just as easy to park in back right at the offset. If you are new to this establishment, then drive by the front and then go park in back.

Very enjoyable atmosphere. Live music Mon - Fri from 7pm to closing. Open mic on Satudays! Couches. Round tables for larger groups. Bar seating to watch your barista! Smaller square tables. Theres a basement area for private meetings. That room must be reserved for use. Plenty of power sources to work. A puzzle table! Community painting easel. All of this to enjoy with excellent coffee or teas!

Laid back, cozy and eclectic. Tasty food and snacks with all the standard coffee shop drinks and a few unique and intriguing options as well. What a great little coffee shop tucked in the heart of downtown Roseville. The atmosphere is very mellow with a sort of rustic, eclectic and local vibe. They have a good variety of musicians playing many evenings & open mic nights; as well as tables set aside for puzzle building, art, studying, reading and so on. Free WiFi is available of course and a wide variety of comfy seating options. Their coffees, teas, drinks, pastries, salads and snacks are not just an after thought. Theyve taken the time to curate a good sampling of beverages and foods to make you want to stop in just for that, but the atmosphere and staff will make you want to stay and hang out for a while. I give this place a wholehearted recommendation and cant wait to stop in again.

This is the place to be for coffee drinks in a comfortable outdoor patio setting with new tables and chairs. There are also salads, sandwiches, muffins, cookies to enjoy. Check website for dates musicians will be playing.

This place is adorable and inviting. I have been when it is super crowded having live music and also when super quiet and laid back no matter what always a great time and great staff. Once my daughter went and she said it was taking a bit for her drink to come up and shee asked not only did they apologize but, they gave her a cookie for her extra wait. Not many businesses remember great customer service while being fun anymore this place for sure does.

My grandmother and I stopped by for the first time today. I got a decaf vanilla latte... which I was excited about since most small business coffee places I go to tell me they can’t make a latte decaf. So big points for that! I loved the atmosphere as well. I could see myself coming by to get some coffee and study for hours. The employees were very friendly as well. I’ll definitely be back in the future! Only request is that they have whipped cream!

Hard to fine parking unless you walk from parking garage. To far for my husband to walk. Drive around block several then successfully found one. Worth it.

The LIVE music at the time was too loud to have a conversation. The artists voice could not be understood because their instrument drowned out their voice. So I put in my ear buds, and effectively lowered their volume and had a nice time.The ambiance makes me feel like a Berkeley coffee house. Where music majors from college are required to play in public as part of their course credits.The Fig Tree does not have its own parking. But parking is generally available within a couple of blocks.Their plain black ice tea was awesome, tasty.Their scones at $4 each were a bit pricey, but they were good.This is one of those places where you can expect to become inspired.Guidepost.us

I loved the atmosphere and how everyone was supportive of each other during the love performances. My beverage and lemon raspberry bread were amazing. I left rejuvenated and inspired.

Great little place, although finding a parking spot is a great struggle. It’s nice though, the atmosphere is nice and laid back. I would have to say that studying here is great! I also enjoyed the the friendliness of the employees, definitely coming back!

I’ll be back to see if my rating changes....the coffee was good. That’s a great thing. BUT! Customer service is just as important. Front counter person seemed in a bad mood. I spent about 8.50 for a cup of house coffee and avocado toast. The bread was a little overdone and looked like two ends. The avocado was a spread. I don’t need much avocado, and presentation is everything. Then, I waited like 10 minutes for the toast and when it was given to me, there was no egg (which I ordered and then reminded). The person was apologetic, so that’s good. I really want it to be good, so I’ll come back soon.

Very friendly atmosphere, music is good.. I didnt find it too loud the night I was there. I like the coffee and tea and its nice you can self serve some chilled water as well. Its tight quarters so put your friendly on before arriving.

My absolute favorite local cafe!! The atmosphere is super cozy which makes it the perfect place to work. Im not a coffee drinker but luckily theres lots of wonderful drinks for people like me (my personal favorite is their London Fog, absolutely recommend to all). If youre visiting downtown Roseville or live here like me, definitely come down here.

I come here to study pretty often during the week, it has a pretty laid back atmosphere and is generally pretty quite. They do however have live music during some evenings, which isn’t ideal for study obviously. Still my go to for a nice place to study. The drinks are good but are kinda expensive. I also like the strength and speed of their WiFi.

Theres been live music every night Ive been there. Comfortable couches and chairs are in abundance. Coffee is good. The barista does good art with the mocha foam. Bathrooms are well maintained. Staff is friendly. Pastries, sandwiches, and wraps are all delicious as is the coffee.

Naked Cafe Mocha was delicious! Definitely has the relaxed coffee house vibe I was expecting: pastries, brick walls, mismatched chairs, friendly crew, board games, books, artwork, live music. Street parking available. I would definitely come back.

I love this place! Reminds of a little place in Denver I would go to called Under the Umbrella. The eats area when you walk in, is typical for a little neighborhood eatery, but the back area also has comfortable seating re sofas and tables. When I was there, a book club was happening, and a couple of people were trying not to snuggle down and fall asleep. Downstairs they also have a small dance studio, that also has an area for meetings and gatherings, along with a small library... I ended up meeting one of the owners (a wife & husband team), and talked with her about utilizing the space for a new dance class. Im totally stoked about this place 💕💕💕

The Fig Tree is a great new addition to Old Roseville. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. Josh, Rachel and their staff are great, and the coffee is wonderful. Its the kind of place you can curl up with a book or laptop, or meet with a group of friends for a quick cup of coffee or a long afternoon. I love it!

Love love love this place! My new Friday night hangout. Such a community environment, great quality products, great place to network and meet people, to have a quick meeting, or to play some card games. Highly recommend

The Fig Tree is one if the best coffee houses I have ever been in. The coffee is outstanding, decent price, and worth coming back for.The atmosphere would remind you of Central Perk on Friends. I have been waiting for a place like this. It has such a great and friendly staff, the coffee is amazing (my favorite is Vietnamese), and the interior is inspiring. I come here to do art, homework, or meet up with familiar faces. It is down the street from where i live, the walk is great and the location is excellent. Roseville needed a place like this, and i am glad it finally exists.

When you can walk in and order a cup of coffee, grab a guitar off the wall, and strum a few while enjoying your Brew, it really feels like home. I enjoy the free spirit of the company that is always around when I go to The Fig Tree

Been going here since it opened. Coffee and tea taste good. Very family and community friendly. One table always has a puzzle that anyone can work on. There is a shelf with books to read. A couple couches to lounge in while sipping that coffee. And musical entertainment most evenings. You can also rent out the downstairs area for meetings. I will continue coming back again and again😁

The coffee is great and everyone has been incredibly friendly! The wide selection of seating and the cozy bohemian environment offer a refreshing change from the more sterile and cold feeling of various other coffee options in the area. The lounge feels as if Ive walked into the owners living room and I immediately feel at home. Im so excited to see this place grow and establish themselves as must visit location in old Roseville.

The atmosphere and employees are outstanding. The drinks are good but their Mocha has an odd cinnamon flavor to it. When asked they said Oh, thats because its Naked Chocolate.. So if you like Naked Chocolate this is definitely the place for you.

Theyve got a great selection of coffee, tea, and pastries. The environment is warm and friendly, and the furniture makes the place feel like home. A big plus is that the music is not too loud, so it doesnt have the distraction and noise that most coffee shops have.

I checked this place out for the first time on a Saturday. That is their open mike night. The employees are awesome, and the drinks are good too. One thing tho, they dont have any blended drinks. :,( Everything else was awesome!

Really good coffee in a relaxed, cozy setting. The pastries are very good, we had a peach muffin which was light and fluffy and not too sweet. The baristas are all very nice. This is a very warm, welcoming neighborhood coffee spot, with plenty of seating.
