COUNTERFEIT RAY-BANS! Purchased these designer frames: No official case, no product guide or warranty card, super chinsy with some kind of stain on lens which distorts vision. FAKES! Im positive Ray-Ban would not want to be associated in any way to these poorly made imitations!

Worst experience ever!!!!! Horrible service, Horrible selection,recently brought my glasses in to have the nose piece replaced was told that it would have to be ordered three weeks later glasses still not repaired!!! I urge anyone dont waste your time and money at this Visionworks. The Doctor was great but service unacceptable.

Michelle did such a great job taking care of me in all ways. First she took her time to call my insurance company and make sure I understood what was covered and what was not. After my eye exam she spent time with me helping me pick out sun glasses that looked stylish on me. She wasnt pushy for me to buy them and encouraged me to shop around. Once I did shop around I was able to call back and michelle helped me purchase the glasses over the phone so that I didnt have to come back in. I thought that was very respectful of my time. The best shopping experience Ive had in a while. The entire staff were very professional and helpful. They practice and adhere to current social distancing and sanitation policies. They have a good selection of eye wear and contact lenses. The prices are affordable. I got a good deal on both. Kudos to Visionworks!

Met with a sales rep who had a mask around her chin with other people in the store in her area, puts her mask over her face and tells me I have to wear a mask while she puts her dirty fingers into a mask box without sanitizing them first. Lol bye.

I had a great experience yesterday at Visionworks Macomb Mall. Sabrina assisted me and she is very knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain lenses and frames and what would work best for me. She was very helpful and I am happy with my choices. The store is nice and has a lot of nice selections. I was not happy today as I came in to pick up my new glasses. Let me start that I have always had very good results with my purchase and the customer service I have received. The young man who “helped” me was absolutely lacking in any customer service skills. I was directed to sit down he asked my name, gave me a case that was dented that he did replace, then placed them in a bag that was probably 2 inches too short to fit the glass case in and said had to have a good day. I asked him do you not ask me how they fit, how they feel, can you read, can you see anything, everything look good? I was beyond myself nothing no help at all so I just took the glasses and walked out and at that time decided to give you this review I actually give him this review. I have never seen him before, and I will not work with him again. Everyone else I have seen and worked with and they are excellent.

Michelle and Gabi were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made my experience seamless, helped me choose frames that looked good and really took the time to seem genuinely interested in my experience. A rare thing to find sometimes this day and age. I will continue to do business here from now on without a doubt.

Im so glad my Mom and I went to Visionworks at Macomb Mall! We had the most professional and family friendly experience with the young ladies there! The most memorable ones were Destiny who helped us out with finding the right pair of eyeglasses and making sure she explained everything in detail and getting us the best and reasonable deal as well! We also were greeted by Michelle T. who helped us when we picked up our glasses! Michelle is definitely the expert with getting your glasses clean! I really would recommend going to see these ladies at Visionworks they are truly the best around!

A bit lengthly but read on if you really want to know how Visionworks does business! A little over a year ago I went in for a pair of prescription safety glasses. I got an eye exam first which was covered by my insurance. The doctor that gave me the exam had a personality of a wet noodle... not fun but got through it. I then went out and picked out some frames (that I had before and sat down with the manager at the time to calculate the price. It came to about $220 (w/ progressive lenses). Since I had a $200 allowance through work I asked about the buy 1 get 1 free sale they had at the time and take advantage of it! Like getting a pair for free ;-P . She pointed me to some frames that were covered by my insurance and I picked out a pair that was about the same price as the safety glasses with my insurance discount. The lenses cost difference was negligible so they were very close to the same price... but then she started writing out the order... Then she comes back with that will be $370+ (I just remember it was 370 something)!!! Im like... WTH! She said they discount glasses if you only buy 1 pair. Now thats bait and switch if I ever heard it. She agreed it wasnt right but she said thats the way they do it. I left with my saftey glasses order.Today I went back because the nose pad had disintegrated on one side and I needed it replaced. When I went in the girl at the desk (wish I got her name) said they cant do that and I had to buy a new pair of frames. I told her I had identical frames I got from SVS Vision and they replaced the pad. She just said she couldnt help me unless I wanted to order a new pair of frames. I will never step foot in a Visionworks ever again! Shady advertising and lack of willingness to take care of customers. Once they get your money I guess youre on your own!I ended up going to Fraser Optical in Fraser on Groesbeck where I bought my everyday glasses and they took a look at them. They carried the same frames and they replaced the nose pad within 5 minutes, free of charge even though I didnt purchase them there! Also had a cool doctor that did my eye exam this year too!

Gabby was absolutely amazing! She took time to help both my husband and 8 I find the perfect frames and work through our insurance coverage! I definitely recommend coming here!

Had an amazing experience, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I browse thru Visionworks selections. I would definitely return if I were purchasing more eye care. Ive been to this location twice this year and have received excellent service. Best eye exam Ive ever had. Best understanding of my needs and guiding me to the right product for me. They even fixed my broken glasses from a different optometrist (that I stepped on) so I could wear them until my new glasses come in. Thanks, Gabi and Lisa! Whatever problems this location had two years ago, theyve definitely turned them around.

My first visit was Friday 09/21/2018 my glasses were ready 09/28/2018. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful! Great Dr. as well. He also recommended a great script for me and for the first time ever I am able to read the small print on parts and see my computer wearing the same glasses! I highly recommend Vision works at the Macomb Mall to everyone!

My mom went to this store in Macomb Mall today. Michelle was very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly! She did her best to get my mom the best deal and was so happy to help my mom that she hugged her at the end!

I wasnt sure of getting eye exam and glasses from a store in the mall. I committed and went to the exam and everyone was helpful. of course I picked out glasses and guess what they dont come in my color. along came Gabby and she helped work out the issues. We finally were able to get Flexon in another brand and they had my color. Gabby went over all the details to confirm they were right and if not she corrected them. Once we finished with that she would place the order and mentioned it might take 2 weeks to get them. That was ok with me but the new glasses showed up within 1 week. We setup a time to stop by and Gabby checked them out and adjusted so they fit properly and comfortable. It like a big happy family place thats determined to make sure everything is correct before you leave there.

My experience with Vision Works, Macomb Mall has been nothing short of phenomenal. Taylor is by far one of the most customer centered, eye wear specialists that Ive ever had take care of me in my lifetime of purchasing glasses and contacts. She was very patient and took the time to help me find glasses that met my needs, fit my face, and most importantly were within my budget. I was so pleased with the way Taylor handled everything that I returned a couple of weeks later to purchase a pair of prescription sunglasses. I will most definitely be returning to Vision Works for all my future eye wear needs and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Vision Works! You have some exceptional employees.

I went to the visionworks in the macomb mall in roseville mi, i had the best experience starting off with Michelle and Lisa wonderful people to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly, they made me feel like i new them for a long time, very comfortable felling, and Dr. Spitler was great, he gave me such a good exam, and answered all my questions. I am so glad i finally found a good place and Doctor to have my yearly eye exams. It ended up with ordering my lenses with Michelle and Lisa, both are wonderful people and they make you feel like you are just as good as they are, not like they are better then me because they work thee. I no everyone knows how that feels and some places, where you walk out feeling like they humiliated you. Not Michelle and Lisa they were GREAT

For the acception of the physician, the customer service was very unprofessional, and inconsiderate! Destiny didnt put my glasses aside until I returned to pay for them, and I had to start All over again - Pathetic!She informed me that I had a few days to come back in to bring the money. Destiny didnt even put the glasses on hold!I wouldnt recommed this location to NOBODY!!!

They gave me copies of my RX for both glasses and contacts immediately after the exam, and the price of the exam (for someone without vision insurance) was the cheapest around. Fast, friendly service, too!

I accidentally sat on my glasses and so one arm was bent out just a hair. I tried to adjust it myself but couldnt seem to get it where I wanted. I was shopping around the mall and see. Their store and figured Id have the experts fix them. I wasnt a client/member of visionworks but the staff was so helpful and fixed my bent arm in a snap! I would give 5 stars if I was a client/member!
