My new favorite place! The associates are very helpful and explained the different products they have. The store smells good from all the different bath bombs they have.

Throw away whatever shampoo you use and buy any of their shampoos. Their lotions and soaps leave the skin feeling super soft!

This location has the worst customer service. My boyfriend and I were excited to do face masks so offcourse we went to lush. We walked inside and half the store was empty which happens however the way the staff handled it was incredibly disappointing. There were two people working a blond woman and a younger man. They did not greet us when we entered which is unusual then she yelled at us to go back to the entrance to use the hand sanitizer which we did then we went to go look for masks. My boyfriend had to go up to them to ask for their help which is also unlike lush. I felt unwelcome and like I was an inconvenience for them. I will not be back at this location.

The scents are definitely better than BB&B. Im a huge fan of the Lust perfume. It smells like paper-whites and jonquils. The salesclerks are nicer and more knowledgeable than other mall shops. Great customer service!

Shaving cream for sensitive boys works great

Everytime I shop in store (which has been twice since covid-19) I try to have my list with me and sample the things Im unsure, buy what I need, or order something to be shipped to my house without the shipping fee, Im always greeted kindly by the wonderful workers who stop to help with whatever questions i have. One worker in particular (Honor) really helps me every single time I am trying to shop quickly and be out due to covid. I only go in store if I have to smell a product I am thinking of getting the full size or if I have to order something online and Honor is always so helpful and knowledgeable! Please Lush recognize the wonderful workers you have at your stores, they are complete assets to your company! 💜Also please return to where you are able to have any item shipped from the stores and not just the items that they sell in the stores! Shipping for $6 for an item thats $10.95 is just too expensive!

THIS place FORCES you to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before shopping. Do not shop here. Terrible customer service!!! Very insulting.

Really dislike the COVID set up of shopping in stores, I havent been purchasing from lush as much this year.The things I like to buy cannot be shipped, so Ill wait until the in person shopping process is more doable

Went in with my kids for the first time and we all really loved it. The staff was super friendly and let my kids dunk in a bath bomb and answered their questions. We enjoyed smelling everything and there was a wide variety of products. Great place to shop, I love the environment and decor.

This store always has the best employees working! Always helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable! These guys arent just here for the quick sale, they dont want to lead you wrong, they want you to look and feel good, so if that means taking you through several products to try and explore, thats what theyre willing to do! They arent about selling you everything in the store, and I adore that non-pressured experience!

The soaps sold here are the best I have ever found. The staff are like super friendly and I dont feel like they are trying to sell me anything. Its almost kind of like fun going there because you can rub the soaps in and wash them off.

How can you choose anything if you cant even smell it????? They give you a sample,but get upset if you take your mask down to smell it.....

Going to this store is a discovery of new and unusual products. The assistant was very helpful, pointing out different items based on my preferences and encouraging me to test them out right there. I go in for the bar shampoo which is great for traveling. It comes in several, natural and fresh scents. Now there are bar conditioners and hand lotions too.

Lush products are really good. The store has almost all items in stock, unlike other lush stores I have been to. I wish customer service was more enthusiastic and polite

Lush is a unique store specializing in bathroom products. They sell bathbombs, soap and shampoo, but with a different twist. The shampoo my daughter was looking at was a jelly. All the products are as natural as they can be, many are vegan, some are even edible, not that it is recommended to eat bathroom products. I go back for the massage bars, I think lotions dry out too quickly and oils are too oily, massage bars have a higher melt point so they are ideal at body temperature.

Most of the employees go above and beyond. Mostly, it was an amazing experience and the amount that I spent reflected that. Unfortunately, one of the men working there was horribly rude to me when I asked for a manly scent for my teenage son. I might have well have asked him for a dog poo scented soap. Hopefully, he gets over himself and doesnt affect other customers experiences. Overall, I have only had excellent service.

Super helpful staff that help me pick things out to take home for my wife. Made my day so much easier. Also sent me off with some sample size items to try out.

I love all lushes. It was pretty busy at this location on a Sunday. But they had ample amount of employees to accommodate the traffic. Plenty of demo space as well.

This place always seems way too busy and crowded. Also there sales people get too caught up in one customer and will sometimes push you out of the way to show something. But the bombs they make are really fun and great gifts.

The store is set up ok, the staff was OK, but they were a little limited on what they had in stock compared to some of the Lush stores Ive been to.

Lush has a unique selection of bath/body products. I believe everythings like, groovy gluten free gooseberries or some neato hippy terms ✌ not tested on animals etc. I go there because my daughters have expensive taste in everything. Fortunately the store is incredibly small because youll get a headache if you spend too much time there, all of the different fragrances assaulting ones nostrils and whatnot. I like the bar soap. Idk whats in it or how its made but its pretty lush. I like it. Good place.
