I went there to purchase a gift for my friend. I really liked the customer service and the girl who attended me were so helpful and she was so patient. I think her name is Vanessa I’m not sure but I went on 10/15/2021 around 7:30-8pm. She explained well and she helped me choosing the right gift for my friend. Thank you Pandora!

I came here to buy a friend a charm to add to her bracelet. I ended up buying the charm, a bracelet for my friends daughter & a early birthday gift to myself another bracelet! Rose gold to be exact that came with a charm on it. I believe Melissa is her name that helped me. She was super sweet and very helpful! Amongst us chatting I found out we share the same birthday!! Melissa took the time to really help me and explain questions I had and made recommendations. Thank you!

My daughter and I did some Christmas shopping for my Mom, a Pandora jewelry collector. With the help of the sales staff and manager we were able to get some great deals! Our gifts were wrapped in Pandora gift bags,and we were in and out in no time! It was a great shopping experience! My Mom was so pleased with the gifts we gave her!!! Will be back next Christmas!

I recently stopped in this store. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient. I am new to Pandora and the sales person assisting me was very knowledgeable and the product selection was great. I went in to purchase a charm for a friend and started a new Disney themed bracelet for my myself. I can tell this is the beginning to a new obsession.

Love this store, staff are always super friendly and greet me right away. They always have such great suggestions without being to pushy. This is my number one choice when I need a little retail therapy.

Gift purchase from daughter...bracelet was too big...went in to get it sized...Pandora DOESNT size their own. Was told to go to jeweler. Not good, very upset.

I just left the Pandora store and Im very saddened by the customer service.I walk into the store and I wasnt greeted but I was looked up and down. Rude.I immediately go to the stackable ring display because I was wanting to buy a few for my birthday and when I asked for help the three associates working looked at me then looked at each other and totally ignored me!I then asked again and the blonde haired associate closest to me rolled her eyes and then came over while the short black haired lady continues to put on her lipstick in the mirror.I stayed because I really wanted to buy the rings but when she came up to me I could tell she was so annoyed. She asked what I needed and I told her that Id like to get some info on the rings and she started laughing and then stood there for at least 45 second starring me dead in the face. She then told me to be more specific and did a strange hand gesture....I dont know maybe the sizing, stones, metals, or pricing of the three rings Im showing you? How do you work in a jewelry store and not know how to sell? That was the perfect opportunity for her to tell me everything amazing about these stackable rings!! And get me to try, I dont know, three on? And then Id fall in love with all three and then leave with the THREE rings?!Needless to say I left without buying anything from this store. Although I really wanted them, I didnt want to give this store the sell. Im headed to Arden now to get my stackable rings.Shameful.

Staff wasn’t helpful, was rude. I went in looking for a ring for my mom they didn’t have it at that location and I asked if they knew how long shipping would take a man on their staff said I don’t know I also asked if they could contact other locations to see if they had them and his response was we could but not right now come back later so I came back later and he continued to respond not now. I looked around to see if it was because the store was busy but it wasn’t. Didn’t get any help from any of their employees.
