The associates were so great! They helped me pick our glasses and gave me their input on different styles and brands. I even ended up purchasing sunglasses that I probably would have never picked up, but since they had me give them a try I ended up loving them and had to have them. Great service and easy shopping. I’ll definitely be back.

My friend Nicole and I went into Sunglass Hut (Roseville 5555) with a desire to buy some new sunglasses, but wanted some guidance and honest opinions. Our Sunglass Hut Cashier/Sales Rep. Jovan was amazing! He went above and beyond giving each of us expert suggestions and was a shining example of great customer service. He juggled our asks while supporting other customers as they entered the store. Nicole and I each bought a new pair of sunglasses and were overjoyed with our experience. I will be returning to this Sunglass Hut because of Jovan and his extraordinary service.

The store clerks were helpful without being pushy.My mother in law bought a pair from them. Discovered there was a scratch and brought it back immediately. They were quick to refund and re purchase a new pair and have it sent to her home since she does not live close by. All the while being chatty and friendly.

Alex was extremely helpful from my first phone call to minutes later walking in. He showed me several options of eyewear and I walked out with a beautiful replacement pair of Maui Jim’s.

When I walked into Sunglass Hut yesterday to perform a return, I was promptly greeted by Kayla. Her exceptionally calm and collected demeanor immediately put me at ease. In fact, the word ‘exceptional’ falls tragically short of encompassing the sheer virtuosity of her professionalism. The facade of a retail operation quickly diminished and I felt like I was catching up with an old friend. Kayla is an excellent ambassador of the Sunglass Hut brand and would be an excellent candidate for senior management. Having worked at Vitamin Shoppe for years, I can certainly recognize retail talent when I see it.The only way my customer service experience could have been better is if Jesus himself processed my return.

I came in for a replacement pair of glasses and the store manager Winter was great! She was very helpful and was able to get me an exact replacement of my Oakley’s 😎

My daughter bought me some sunglasses from here for Christmas but it didn’t fit. She said she tried to return them but they weren’t nice about it. Maybe it was an off day for someone but that’s still not professional. Disappointing because I love glasses and customer service is very important to us all.

Horrible customer service here! Nai the so called store manager there was horrible and lacked customer service. She needs to take some customer service training classes & get demoted to janitor since her personality was more fitting to that type of a job. Lose some weight Nai while you’re at it!

I dont know why there are two sunglass huts at the galleria but if you have to choose go to the one upstairs. I feel like there are more options and the employees were nicer.

This place is criminal .Bought sunglasses with assurance that if they didnt work out that I could return them. I tried to return them, within 1 week and they refused to return them because of a scratch on the lens. I cannot even see a scratch and after arguing with the sales person for 5 minutes gave up. $320 glasses that I will never wear! Oh, and by the way, she only noticed the scratch after I said I didnt want to exchange them for something different. 90 day return policy a complete joke. From now on I will try sunglasses on there and NEVER buy from them. Rip-off!!!
