Update: spoke to “office manager Cortni” She is a bundle of joy. Our conversation included her interrupting my self or my fiancé ever time we started speaking, with a VERY condescending demeaning attitude. Not helpful whatsoeverWe did however speak with Dr Carlton directly eventually. It saddens me that he works for this office. We very much enjoyed Dr Carltons bedside manner, communication, and knowledge. I wish he worked for a different company.Our experience with Dr carltons office has been incredibly awful. My husband and as scheduled for surgery and was quoted $1,000 for patient responsibility. The Friday before his Monday surgery we were told that amount was raised to $3,100 (kind of a big difference). After MANY times trying to contact Adrianna for explanation of the 8 codes added to the surgery we were either met with a hang up or left a message no one would respond to. We couldn’t even get ahold of anyone to find out if and how he needs a covid test. We are at the surgery center now. His check in was 10am on surgery day. Adriana told my husband this morning before we drove down to the surgery center that insurance had approved the surgery and to be at the surgery center at 10am. We are here now. Insurance has yet to approve the surgery because Dr Carltons office did not send over appropriate documentation. This means myself and my husband took off work drove 45 minutes to be here and are met with the decision of chancing if insurance will pay for the $78,000 Surgery, I’m sorry but this is not a gamble we are willing to take. Thank you Adrianna for misrepresenting the truth, thank you for wasting our time, thank you for not being able to be contacted, thank you for making this already stressful situation so much worse. My advice, go ANYWHERE else for any ENT services.
First this is the review for the two female employees specially, and has no negative reflection on the doctors. The two ladies at the front are very rude and unprofessional. Just a side note, we can all here the entire conversation between the two of them bashing other employees, talking about what’s not in their job description, sending new patients to a specific line because no one answers that line anyways and it is not their problem. I’m literally shocked as a patient to sit here and here this.
Dr. Ow has been very helpful in getting me back to being able to breath again. He was straight forward with the expected pain and surgery outcome, he explained all the steps. The office is difficult to get a hold of and I had to wait for return calls for days but after speaking to Dr. Ow he apologized and spoke to team about it. They are improving. I am thankful Dr took me on and completed the surgery.
Dr. Fife is very knowledgeable, highly professional and his staff are very friendly and helpful. I consider myself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to be under Dr. Fifes care when I needed it the most. He has an excellent bedside manner and answered all my questions, putting to ease many of the concerns my wife and I had about my condition. I highly recommend anyone in need of an ENT specialist to get a referral to Dr. Fifes office.
Just had half of my thyriod removed. Dr. Ow is a amazing doctor! Everyone working in the office is awesome to. They were super nice and very quick with returning my phone calls, results. Etc. I never had such a positive experience at a doctors, there is not one negative. If you are looking for a EMT this the place to go.
Theyve rescheduled my daughters appointment NINE times since sept. We still havent seen the specialist. Theyre rude, professional and lack customer service skills. Drs are NEVER in the facility it appears per their voicemails over and over. When u leave msgs for management they dont return calls either. This place and their employees are HORRIBLE and do NOT care about their patients.
I was an emergency walk in without an appointment. The staff immediately got the paper work going and I saw Dr. Fife within 15 minutes. Outstanding experience. Dr. Fife attended to me and my issue was resolved. Dr.Fifes bedside manner and techinique were great.
I am a 42 year old female that has been pretty healthy my entire life so when I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer earlier this year it was pretty shocking! No one close to me had ever been diagnosed or had surgery so I didnt know what to expect. I starting googling everything about my condition and although I knew it was the best type of cancer to have it was still frightening although I never said it out loud. When I met Dr. Ow for my initial consultation he put all my worries at ease, and for some reason I just trusted everything would be okay. Sure enough, here I am a little over a week after having my thyroid removed and nobody would even know. The entire process was so easy and most importantly I feel like Dr. Ow and his entire staff were always so professional and caring in knowing that although they treat these illnesses all day long that I obviously did not so they took their time in explaining every single detail. And I have to just add that I am so impressed with how my scar is healing, as my son would say...wow that doctor did a great job with you mom, it looks like a little cat scratch you cant even tell you just had surgery! I would highly recommend Dr. Ow to all my friends and family!!!!

Wasted my time and money. Waited for an hour to be called and spent less time with the doctor. The doctor told me nothing about my condition. I would not recommend Dr. Carlton.
I don’t generally write a review for anything but I am really happy with dr.Randall Ow and his assistants Dina and Melle. I had a nasal congestion for about a year .Had appointments with other doctors,but they were unsuccessful to help me.When I met Dr.Ow I realized I met the right doctor.At the first app he examined me and defined the reason.In a few weeks he did a surgery for me.The surgery was successful.Now,I feel good and all my pain gone.Dr.Ow is really professional and a nice person!
Garbage inexperienced doctors and employees. Scheduling is also like dealing with DMV. Except DMV is better.
Please have your scheduling department to answer the calls. i had the worst experience of trying to get an appointment and no call backs after a week.
