One of the technicians came to service our spa and he was very helpful and thorough. Helped me understand everything.

They have excellent customer service from the sales team, to the delivery guys and service. Made an extra house call to switch out cord for us, screamin package deal. Very respectful and knowledgeable.

We just purchased our first spa and couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience. We shopped around a bit and Cal-X stood out! Service was always very friendly both in person and on the phone. The entire staff was very helpful but not pushy. Howard the owner was very personable and made sure we had a great experience and good help with setup, etc. We are excited about our new investment and definitely recommend Cal-X Fun Spas if you want the best quality and the best customer service!

I seriously could not be happier! I recently purchased my first hot tub fromHoward at Cal X. There was no high pressure sales and Howard helped me make an informed decision on what unit was best suited for my needs. Howard followed up with me several times once the unit was delivered to make sure everything was good. The delivery guys were very efficient and careful. I am extremely satisfied!

I can not say enough positive things about our experience at Cal - X Fun Spas. From the minute we walked in we felt comfortable, never pressured and well informed. Having been to (Literally) EVERY spa store in the Sacramento/Roseville region, we felt we had a pretty good handle on the products and the people who stood behind them. We even spent time at the State Fair comparing models. No disrespect to the others, but Howard and his staff at Cal-X were the winners hands down. These guys (and girls) tell you like it is... Awesome service and top quality products. If you want a family run, local business that will take the time to really help you pick your dream spa and not gouge you on price, this is the place to go! They dont have the cheap quality stuff, but they have great prices on the spa that will last and not cause you headaches like the lower level brands. I never thought I could afford anything decent for my home, but they have better deals than I wouldve thought. Paid less for a top quality spa than I wouldve for a lesser brand at another big chain store. Its worth a trip to at least check them out and see if they have something in your budget... You might be surprised, and I promise you wont be disappointed!

Friendly, informative, and two great looking lines. I was just popping in to get some info but Howard spent at least a half hour answering my questions. Highly recommend based on initial 1st time visit.

I have a older spa and I didnt take care of my spa like I should I use it daily and love it.In this last year I had to replace my motor and this week I had my heater replaced.The knowledge in that store is amazing they taught me how to properly take care of my spa correctly and its not with a huge amount of chemicals. ( i love that )The experiences at Cal X hasw been AWSOME the customer service so professional and down to earth.The parts that Ive had to oder came in just a couple of days or they had them in stock.The Spas in the store are gorgeous and they has Tootsie Rolls.Give them a try I know you will be pleased.Tiffany Pelkey

I have been a Cal X customer for a long time. This is my third Spa. BJ and the crew have always been awesome. I do have an issue though with my most recent service. Warranty just expired two months ago and now my recirculation pump goes out. Service guy comes to check it out. Recirc. pump it is. Next I know (10 Minutes later) hes done and has replaced the pump. $354 !!! No Hey here is how much or nothing. Now I feel obligated to pay, so I do. $199 + tax for a pump that cost $130 straight from D1. $140 for 10 minutes of work, and I had already removed the panels! That works out to $1,194.00 per hour, REALLY! BJ, Cal X has always taken care of me so Im not bashing the product or your superb service in general. However, this one was way out of line.
