Scheduled an appointment online and got 2 confirmation texts and a confirmation email. No one showed up and the person who takes calls here told me in the rudest way imaginable that you don’t really have an appointment when you book online no matter how many appointment confirmations you received, not unless you spoke with someone. Then she told me that the website I booked on isn’t the company I called and that the phone number I was literally on the line with wasn’t their number. Way too sketchy and unprofessional. Don’t bother.

The Appliance Master guys are great! They came within a couple hours of my call, diagnosed my broken dryer, got the new part and fixed it all before 5pm!!! So thankful for good people to be working in my home. If anything else gets broken Im definitely calling the Appliance Master. Thanks so much!
The technician was here within the hour and repaired our dryer for a very reasonable price. Very good experience and will definitely use them again.
Today I called Foward Inc. to repair my microwave. The company sent out a repair man for the oven instead. The repair man was just as frustrated as I was when he learned I needed my microwave repaired. I have a oven/microwave combo, and he looked at the oven, but couldn’t give me an idea what it will take to fix my microwave. I paid the service call because I felt uncomfortable with a man in my house telling me it’s required I pay. I called the company to see if they could send someone else, and the woman on the other line started yelling at me that I said oven repair. When I talked to her in the morning she was quick to get off the phone while I was asking questions and offering directions to my house. Her behavior this morning indicates to me that she didn’t listen to me in the first place. Seriously, she was yelling at me for no reason!Please don’t use this company.Wish I could give 0 stars.
We called Forward Appliance to fix our dishwasher on May 4. The tech said what the problem was and he needed to order a part and needed 50.00 to secure the part, which we gave. He came back part did not fix and he said he needed to order another part. Came back still did not work so we asked for our money back. Its now May 25 and no refund. I DO NOT recommend this company.
Had a service request through Home Buyers Warranty on a new house I purchased. Victor came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back after a week to install. Worked like a charm.

Very Bad Service. The Guy that came was not very knowledgeable. My Washer is giving me a 3E errors and was stopping. The guy after talking on the phone in Russian with someone else for most of the time in my home, (which was over an hour) told me that He did not know what was going on but thought that it would require to change both motors and that it would cost to almost 500$ dollars. The guy then refused to help me with opening the front loading door for me to get my clothes that were locked in the washer unless I pay him 70$, on top of the service charge, to do so. The guy had already opened the door while trying to work on it and would not let me get the clothes out of the washer. I would not recommend this place for anybody.
Called to make our appt from 4-6. Was a no show and when I called they claimed the appt was 5-7. Horrible customer service. Do not waste your time with this unreliable company.
If you get them to fix your washer, make sure you have home owner insurance, because my house flooded after they left.
