I’m currently renting from this location and it has been nothing but smooth sailing...the customer service here is A1...the staff is always polite and helpful..they don’t leave you to figure it out on your own and no matter when or what I’m calling about they always make sure I understand before hanging up. Idk if corporate can see this or not but but your manager Mr. Pernell runs a great store and his staff Practice is awesome customer service skills and that’s not always so easy to do when you’re dealing with the (ENTITLED) public lol but those guys deserve a raise..a steak dinner..something 😂because they’re definitely holding it down!!!

Extremely unprofessional before and now a new guy that cant resolve an issue ore doesnt want to listen to the customer. Ive been with rent a center for years and trust and believe never again.

They are full of BS! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNORGANIZED! DID I MENTION VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. You really couldnt pay me to do business with them. First, everything in the package ordered was not available. They set 2 delivery dates before everything is even verified and cancelled on the day of delivery due to verification issues. After that I told then to let me know when the verification had been fully processed and then Ill set the date. So the 3rd time, I asked to change the delivery date because I wouldnt be at home to pick it up. Oh they didnt want to do business then BECAUSE I change the date too many times, so I was to get refunded. I have yet to get that refund which was about 2 months ago and everytime I called there was a different story each time! Did I tell you how UNPROFESSIONAL and UNORGANIZED they are?

Friendly staff and management! Got me in and out with a great deal and a smile! I didnt like the attitude of the gentleman at the Jimmy Carter location, called this one and the took great care of me!

Place an order online April 18, 2020.... NEVER RECEIVED a call back. But it was stated on my order that I hung up.... SMH.. No one could explain to me how I got a price or that the appliance I wanted would not be available. Horrible customer service and extremely rude.

Marquila is AMAZING. She went above and beyond for me. There was a mistake made and my dryer was delivered to my old address instead of my new address and Marquila took complete ownership of the situation and went to the end of the earth to make sure that I received my dryer on the day that I was supposed to. She was so completely and utterly professional that it has changed my opinion of Rent a Center entirely. They have an absolute gem of an employee on their hands so I hope that they appreciate her.

If you want a dryer that takes 4 full cycles to dry a load call Rent a Center.Terrible waste of money. You’re better off using a cold breeze to dry your clothes.

These are the most disrespectful people ever! Do not EVER get anything from here. 2 days unknowingly late and they will call you and everybody else and threaten you and them.

Honestly I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone the service is bad and the manager is very disrespectful towards people I dont understand why they are still there and the employees smokes weed he asked me for some like wow!
