They had candles on sale 3 for $10. Large candles in jars that could be smelled throughout the house. Curbside pick up as well. Convenient and a great buy!

He took the time not only answer any questions I had, but to go beyond his line of duty to make sure I was getting what I really wanted at the best possible cost. Excellent varieties of Xmas trees and decorations available. Store has good variety of products for Arts and Crafts. They also have varieties of photo frames and party items. Store is very clean and customer service is superb. Mask is compulsory.

Nice craft store. I pop in here occasionally and grab a few items, but the main thing I do is get framing done. They have the best local pricing around when there is a sale going on (which they do quite often). If the items gets large, it is cheaper to find an online retailer, but for frame sizes under ~50 they do a great job. They also have awesome sales on their decorations after Christmas. Picked up a few items 70% off last year that I had been eyeing. Overall clean and stocked well.

Not bad, but I can get the Micron Drawing Pens cheaper at Target. Everything here was well stocked though. Way better than typical Target inventory levels.

I showed up at 8:58 to pick up an online order (I had already paid). They would not help me - even though they were “open” until 9.So pretty frustrating experience.

They seem to have a couple of younger employees who are just there to stand around. I asked one of them where the tablecloth was and she just points in the general direction of the store. I doubt most of them are like that though. The store was fairly clean and reasonably organized, especially considering I went there around Christmas time. I found the stuff I was looking for eventually. The isles are wide enough that you could probably navigate them in a wheelchair. The location feels safe. The parking lot is illuminated at night. This store is very good for your crafting needs as advertised. However, if you are there for decor for an office, a party, or etc, you might struggle a bit to put together a cohesive look. I did have to visit others to achieve the level of polish I needed for my formal event. Either they have what I needed or it was oddly expensive here. But thats okay, its just a crafts store not a decor store. Overall, it was fine or whatever. Id go again...

I went to Michaels today for the first time and I must say that the selection was very cool. One of the fine associates there his name was Taylor took very good care of me. He was thoughtful and very courteous about the proper frame for my families portrait. Much kudos to him and for the rest of the Michaels team at this location.

I liked the coupon and sale items. The store near me didnt have what I wanted, after I was told come on a certain day when their truck came. If the truck on a Thursday it will a few days before items are on the shelves so call first. Ive been crafting for a looong time. Craft store employees are usually nice and try to be helpful, but honestly, Id usually get what I want and get out faster without their help. Today Nick helped me. He obviously had an art/craft background and made sood suggestions I had not thought of. It was nice.

Had a problem with an online order today 5/14/2020. The store manager (Mike I think) was EXTREMELY helpful! He did everything he could to make it right and even helped find products I missed on the shelf. Thank you so much for your help

This is my favorite location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and very organized. There are actual humans around to ask questions to. They are knowledgeable in all things arts and crafts and are always able to answer my questions. They are very aware when the line at check out gets too long and are quick to add a cashier. Good experience.

Went to Michael to pick up some lanterns for my daughters wedding. They are beautiful and the staff was very helpful and assisted me with additional discounts and coupons. I could not be more pleased with the end product. Kudos to Michaels!

It was a very clean and well kept store. My only gripe was that all of the employees were at the front. And not 1 on the floor to assist any customers, like myself, who may need help locating certain items.

Im hosting a baby shower for a friend so I stopped in to check out ideas for it. I found plenty of inspiration for my party! Lots of good deals especially if you download the Michaels app. Theres coupons in there for savings on items not on sale! I scored in the clearance section...selfie sticks for .30! Yes, .30!! So I bought a ton for the party favor gift bags Im making! I also scored on some lovely floral bouquets at 50% off sale! Im using these for the table decor... I love Michaels!

Although I am not the most crafty person, I occasionally have the need to purchase items to help with projects and gifts. I went to purchase a ring sizer, and was able to find it very quickly with the help of the employees!The store is huge, but the employees are very knowledgable about the layout of the store so finding objects is never too tough. Plus, there is easy parking at this location, so getting in and out of the store is very easy!If you need supplies for something crafty, this is a good place to stop!

Its a craft store. The selection is fine. The aisles are crowded often, and they always seem understaffed, but I can still get what I need.

Michaels has the craft items you need from yarn to scrapbooking to unfinished wood items to fine art supplies for drawing and painting. Michaels is my go to store. You can even have kids birthday parties there and use their multiuse room or take a class. Be sure to sign up for membership (free) to get tons of coupons sent through email, too.

Limited selection and overpriced

I had three paintings framed at this Michaels and they did a WONDERFUL job! Im not an expert on framing art so I was a bit uneasy about choosing the right frames, but Sam did a great job at giving me suggestions on which frames would complement the colors of my paintings. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does and he is extremely good at it. Skip the custom framing stores -- just go to this Michaels an ask for Sam. Hell do an excellent job!

The selection is great. They have just about everything you could need for arts, crafts, and decorating.

I have been here four times in the last five days, getting ready for a party. While the store is fine and the employees are fine, the check out process is a disaster. it’s because cashiers are required to ask for email information/reward information etc. I have seen people put items down and walk away and I have done it myself due to the long lines caused by asking for this information. Note - there are no real rewards. They need to note from a place like Starbucks that uses an app and gives real reward points - otherwise lose the program.. Your frustrated customers in line will decrease while you were sales will increase🤔😊

I had one of the best customer service experiences at this store. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable about both the craft and the products that were available.

Because of the bad experience I had in trying to return an item that was a few days past the 60 day return...they would not give me store credit back in the amount I paid (even with documentation) and that fact that they are currently selling it for that price.WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN...BETTER OFF GOING TO HOBBY LOBBY OR JOANN FABRICS!!
