What a beautiful facility! I could have spent all day there. The staff are excellent and super friendly. And I fell in love with the new Harley Pan America while I was there. You have to check this place out!

Had a great experience buying my atv. Never any pressure. Harley took fantastic care of my family- Highly recommend him.

This was our 1st stop to pick up a shirt for a collector. That had a pretty large selection and the gal folding them was very helpful. Prices were a bit high but I guess thats just how it goes. Large selection of beautiful cycles. Mostly Harleys. Very clean bathroom (thank you so much for that!).

My wife and I are traveling to Phoenix to ride with our grandson, who recently moved there from Wisconsin. We are from Woodstock, IL. I have 40,000 miles on my Harley Ultra Limited and would have ridden the entire route, if we were not traveling alone. Since alone was the case, we decided to trailer the bike for the first time. Took the bike off of the trailer in Santa Rosa and the battery was dead. SO, back on the trailer it went and off to Roswell we went to buy a new battery. We were very fortunate to meet Rachete Man Bryant Dunlop. He not only had and sold us a battery, he also put it in for us while the bike remained on the trailer. He also provided some helpful tips for transporting the bike. What a great guy, made us feel right at home. Hes a real asset to your establishment. Ill certainly talk up my positive experience to anyone headed in your direction. Thanks much!

Been doing business there for years. Always great service. Parts department is excellent. Only reason Im doing a 1 star. Is no military discount. My nephew who serves in the air force. And has been to Korea, Afghanistan, Australia. Every dealership he visited gave him a discount. Went there and was denied.So sorry. Bad rating on that.

After 1500 mi. of a 2200 mi. trip, waiting for catastrophic failure and being stranded in one of the many little towns on the way through Tx., We stopped at Champion Harley-Davidson in Roswell where I have family. After calls to my Tech in Tucson and Harley shops in San Antonio and Bandera,I didnt have much hope that there would be any joy after this stop. Then Bryant said Can I Help You . After showing me some cool old bikes, we went outside to pull some codes off the bike and 45 min. and $45.00 later, I was back on the road with what felt like a brand new bike. Thank you so much Bryant for making the last 700 mi. way more enjoyable than the first 1500.

The wife wanted to see what a Road King looked like. I was going to Houston the next week to buy another used Road King, not as nice as this one. Came into the store and found a 2015 Road King that was as nice as could be. She saved up money and didnt tell me about it and bought the bike for us. Jeremiah was cool and the sales manager let us negotiate and we made the deal. Aside from them not giving me the 2nd key FOB (they are mailing to us), it was a great time.

I have purchased two sport bikes from Champion Motorsports in under a year. I went in for an oil change on a Ninja 400 and secured a GSXR 600. I love sport bikes and I know theyre a Harley Davidson dealership but the sales team was amazing during both purchases. The team is friendly and very helpful. I have been hunting for a part for the steering damper on my 92 FLHTC w/TLE sidecar. Local HD could not get it. They were advised it was no longer available, which I have learned is quite normal for a nearly 30 years old HD FLHTC/TLE sidecar combination, especially when it comes to the sidecar portion. Could not find on ebay, craigslist, HD Forums, google, bing etc. Somewhere along my search path, I noticed someone commented about having good luck with Champion Roswell. I looked them up and called. Alyce assured me that they could order it and get it sent to me. I ordered, they ordered, they sent, I got and it all, from call to delivery, transpired in a handful of days. Very happy. Called to thank them but felt it appropriate to also make this review. If I ever find myself near Roswell, searching for aliens (space, not illegal) I expect I will stop in and thank them again. These guys are great. My motorcycle broke down in roswell. They gave me a free tow and charged me $100 to fix my bike. Another tow company I called wanted $140 for the tow alone.The staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend this place 100%.

I must say Roswell was the last place I would thought to have turned to in order to buy my first Harley Davidson; however, I wish I had found them from the start. I did most of the deal on my motorcycle by playing an extreme amount of phone tag, but Gordons patience, excellent customer service, and candid attitude towards his customers extended far beyond any of my expectations. I had a great experience at Champion Motorsports. Jorge was my salesman. He was had 2 different dual sport bikes ready for me to test ride when I arrived. We went on the test ride, changing bikes in the middle of the ride. I decided on the Kawasaki KLR 650. Financing went quickly. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. After the sale I was taken for a tour of the facility and met some of the staff. Everything went smoothly. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of their facility.

Tim Harris took the time to show me the different seats, luggage racks and windshields for what I wanted on my bike and didnt try to sell me something I didnt want just because thats what is in stock like a lot of other dealers try to do. I needed new tires on my Ultra and was wanting to get them on this week, but Bryant Dunlap told me they couldnt get me in till next week. He called me a little later and said there was a cancellation the next day. I brought it in and got the new tires installed. Also, a bolt on the shifter needed to be replaced. While the one I needed was not a stock bolt, Bryant was able to find one that worked just right. Thanks Bryant and Champion for doing a great job!

As usual, the Champion people were about doing their very best to please a customer! I took the bike in for a 10K at 13K+ miles and they took care of that + more. Chris is a real pro and my usual pick for any service over the years but Harry is no doubt the Boom Box Pro and helped me immensely! Bret and Tom took care of some warrantee parts that I needed and David took a BUG COVERED BIKE and made it look NEW! Thank you guys very much!

Champion Motorsports...theyre the best! Stopped in Roswell for the night. Next morning discovered that my ignition failed. Had my bike hauled over to Champion Motorsports. Got there right when they opened. A few employees helped unload it and one of them started working on it as soon as it hit the shop floor. He had the ignition pulled out in no time. Ran the defective part up front and they had a new one shipped overnight. Had it installed the next day and we are back on the road. Fantastic service from Champion Motorsports.

A. I was looking for a specific UTV. For 7 months. The Sales staff, and especially the Sales Mgr. went overboard with looking for something that would suit my needs. All answered my questioning calls about different machines, very patient with me. I would come in and drive different ones. And finally they came up with one that would suite me. Made me a very agreeable deal on the UTV . Then I tried trading my trailer for another you had. Then they made me an exceptional deal. All in all the departments I have dealt with since my first ATV in 2012, have given exceptional Customer Service. I recommend Champion Motorsports to everyone.

What do you do when you get caught in a winter snow storm in April without the proper gear? You go see Jeff at Champion Motorsports!!! I was so cold, I could barely move and my boots/socks were soaking wet. Jeff literally put new boots and rain covers on my feet for me and helped me find warm winter gloves. There were other amazing employees helping the rest of our freezing group get geared up. Champions was truly an oasis in the midst of a storm and they had all the right gear!!!

I was on a road trip through new mexico and my rear tire went flat just out of Roswell. With my AMA roadside assistance we got the bike to Champion and they got to work on it right away and had me on the road again with a new tire in about an hour even though it was past closing time. I love this harley family! Delos knew what would work prefect for me husband, and I was unsure and gave me great options that would fit me. We love our new bikes!. They were so kind and sweet with my children and patient. Amanda was great with them had toys to keep them busy so we could focus on paperwork. They had to stay late and helped us finish on a sat. They didnt rush or pressure us. Laid back, it was the most enjoyable purchases ever. I needed parts for my bike the gentleman that help us was excellent, helped get what I needed and also went out of his way to help put it on my bike right then so I could take my daughter for a ride right away. Another lady helps gets helmets for my daughters she took them over and fitted them while I was busy getting parts it was very sweet. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and talked to me with respect . I own a beautiful 2004 Screaming Eagle CVO Deuce that was damaged in a collision 3 months ago. That said, the Deuce is very difficult to get original parts for, however, I thought Lorenzo did an outstanding job of trying to get all the replacement parts located. It was a long process, but when I picked my bike up Saturday, I couldnt have been more pleased. In fact, it is even more beautiful now than it was before. I rode it 2 and a half hours back to where I live in the Guadalupe Mountains, and no issues whatsoever. I am more than pleased with the job Lorenzo did, and my hats off to the tech that did the work.
