Recently visited Zia Power Sports in Roswell. This was a very professional, knowledgeable friendly atmosphere. My family walked in, and purchased a 2021 rzr with no problems. Best business to work with. The sales people in all departments (Lexi, Raquel, Trey ) were so efficient, knowledgeable and really new how to explain everything to make the purchase and use of the rzr simple to understand. Zia Power Sports was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I came in from out of town and was in and out in 2 hours. My saleswoman Raquel was efficient and professional. I recommended anyone to go see the friendly staff at Zia Power Sports for your next purchase.

Took it in for shutting off when in use on the ranch and after an incident it kept breaking wheel studs. Just got it back with an oil change that it just had before taking in and a new rim, but couldnt fix the original shutting off] problem, nor fix the wheel stud problem for taking it in nor air up a low tire or courtesy spray it off for a $1200 bill. Cant even make myself give them a 1 star but could post with out 1.Update: i never accused your team of breaking my machine, nor did i use fowl language, now this makes this more ugly and your employees untrustworthy!

Tried getting information on a machine never got a call back sent my information to both Roswell and Clovis dealership and neither were of any help. I called to follow up and was told, not trying to run you off but we do have alot of applications in front of you . Its been over 2 weeks now and still havent gotten not even a courtesy call. Definitely need improvement with communication and customer service.

I bought my 2021 Defender from this store. The sales team was great, we were in and out. With about 8 hours on the machine we hit a hole and broke the front end (My Fault). Amy and the team did everything they could to get us back out having fun as quickly as possible. I have nothing but good things to say about this team!!! They are knowledgeable and willing to help out in just about any circumstance.

Great machines but customer service needs work. Called about a SxS in Clovis that I was approved for. Asked them to ship it to Roswell for my convenience and I was told they couldn’t do that. They didn’t call me for the next four days, I finally reached out and a different salesperson said they were gonna ship it to Roswell. Overall a lot of confusion and poor communication. In store customer service needs work too. Paying $$$ for machines you would think the customer service would be better

Very bad places to get anything doneThe workers there is very rude and no help.They dont have experience in fixing anything there. In all it was a nice visit however when you have a sign posted that states Masks are to be worn as it is a state mandate I feel all should have been using a mask while a customer is present. I realize they are not comfortable as I work in a business that we must wear the mask while on duty. After I left your business and went further into town I noticed many were not using a mask...

I have bought 2 motorcycles from Zia and have had a great experience both times. Raquel has assisted me and worked with me every time to ensure that I have a pleasant buying experience and that I leave feeling happy with each purchase. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase any power-sport vehicle or motorcycle to at least stop by and see what there is to offer.

Don’t waste your time. These guys only want to play games. They refuse to even provide you with a price without playing the “let me talk to my manager game”. Take your business to a shop that actually values their customers and provides actual customer service.*Update* Somehow the manager got my phone number and called back with a message and left the pricing. Updating my review to 3 stars for the callback, but it shouldnt have been that difficult to get a price on the unit to begin with.

Zia Power Sports out of Roswell NM is the place to get the best service available . I had recently ran into a issue with repairs to my Polaris . Zia went above and beyond to make things right they have a excellent team from management, sells reps, to technicians . They kept me informed of all issues on my unit made repairs and I was treated very respectfully . Great quality work they don’t skip no corners I would bring my unit back anytime of the day . I first found Zia Powersports in Roswell through a cycletrader.com post, as I was looking for a Harley Davidson Heritage Classic. They had the exact bike I was looking for, and at a phenomenal price! I know this, because I searched cycletrader nation wide comparing other motorcycles that were the same year / make / model / mileage.I messaged Zia Powersports asking for more info on the Harley, from which I got a response quickly from Raquel on the sales team. Raquel is truly great at what she does and ensures the costumer leaves happy and informed! Thanks again Raquel!*EDIT 04/04/2021*Below is the reason why I am changing my Google review from 5 stars to 1 star.This review edit is happening because of my experiences with this dealership since the purchase of my motorcycle back in late October of 2020.As a Texas resident, Zia Powersports in Roswell, NM had to complete an out of state registration for my bike to be registered in Texas. Upon purchasing my motorcycle, I had the bike inspected in Texas and provided them all of the necessary documentation in order for them to complete the out of state registration. All of the original inspection paperwork was provided to them in early November 2020. Since then, I have still yet to receive a TX license plate. Because of this, I have had to call, email, and text numerous times and numerous people in order to receive temporary tags to legally operate my motorcycle. After having to hassle them and request temporary tags for five months, my wife who works as a loan consultant (and has for several years), finally reached out to Amy, who is Zia Powersports financial administration manager. Amy stated that all of the necessary documentation was sent off via USPS to Bell County, TX registration office in January of 2021. Amy stated that she contacted USPS to see why our paperwork had yet to be processed, only to find out that they supposedly rejected the package containing the documentation. My wife then requested the tracking number from USPS, so that we could see for ourselves whether or not the documentation was ever actually sent. To this day (04/04/2021), we have still yet to receive any USPS tracking information of any kind. The last thing weve heard from Amy, is that she is checking with the USPS lost and found, to see if they have it.... If that place even exists........In conclusion, in order for me to legally ride my motorcycle, my wife and I have to continuously harass Amy, Raquel, and anyone else who will answer the phone to get a new temporary tag. Most of the time our calls, emails, and text messages go unanswered, or they respond several days later. This would lead me to believe that they either never sent off the paperwork in the first place, or that they have lost the original title and documentation to the motorcycle, and just do not want to admit it. I consider myself an incredibly patient and easy going customer, which is why this has been such a frustrating purchasing experience. All I want for Christmas (please Lord, dont let it take that long) is a Texas license plate so that I can legally ride my motorcycle.

Went in twice. No one acknowledged I was there, even with direct eye contact. Bought out of state instead.Called for warranty work, said drop your unit off and itll be 5 weeks. No appointments, just drop and leave it there for 5 weeks and then theyll replace a power window switch. Takes 10 minutes to replace but I have to leave my unit there for 5+ weeks. The girl said, no guarantee itll be done in 5 weeks either. Best to just buy elsewhere!

Appeared to have plenty of inventory but only had a handful of units set up inside. Sales representative was full of product knowledge but lacked in people skills.

Terrible customer service!! Rude Business Manager and no comprehension towards our worries. At the day of purchasing our unit no one attened us till about an hour wait. Got there at 12:00 ended up leaving at 6! When we came back to pick our unit up because of engine problems no one even greeted us nor aknowleged our presence. Never have I had such a BAD expierience with a dealership. If your thinking about purchasing a can-am or razor and your a first time owner i do not reccomend going to this place.
