Target nearby me didn’t carry an item I wanted. So called in this location, Alex was very helpful to find the items for me and put them on hold for pickup. Definitely will be coming to this gore more often after this amazing experience. Great customer service.

This Target is a great blend of grocery and everything else. Recently added a lot of self check out lanes making it faster to get out. Staff was wiping down carts and positioning them for easy access on the way in.

Nice store however greeters need to greet everyone not just individuals of a certain ethnicity. I walked in and the person behind me was greeted. When I walked out the person in front of me was ‘thanked’. I was not greeted or thanked while the person in front or behind me was.

Team Lead Taylor from Guest Services. He went out of his way to drive our recently purchased chair to our home about 1 mile from Target. The chair would not fit in my car and I was prepared to walk the chair home. Taylor then decided he would drive the chair to our house. Unbelievably generous offer and very thoughtful. He would not accept a tip or anything at all and just said he loves helping people. We need more Taylors in this world.

Value, cleanliness, helpful staff...in fact the staff seemed to go out of their way to be helful. I just wish their help actually resulted in my shopping needs being met. They did not have a desk that would work for me, the did not have some of my favorite snacks, and I did not end up getting $5 added to my wallet for a purchase I made.

I try to purchase a Xbox series x to pickup at this store, my payment went through and instantly refunded my payment. And I got a email from my bank about suspicious activity when I purchased the Xbox series x from this store. Thanks target for messing up my debit card and have to get a new card and number.

I love this Target, it’s by far the cleanest and nicest one I’ve been to.Now, for The reason I’m giving three stars.I got a target gift card As a gift from family.I’ve had it for a good two months, so not too long.I went to use it at checkout, but I was told it was no longer valid.I asked the cashier why? Because I checked the date and it was fine, and I never used it before.They then proceeded to tell me it was no longer valid because I didn’t use it the day I got it.So I ended up leaving without my items.The cashier got upset by me doing so, but i quite frankly don’t care.I know the card had a full balance.Cause I used it elsewhere and it worked perfectly fine.

I waited for service with not a single person in the pick up line, but myself. Two young ladies was working at the return counter, one working with a customer, the other just standing there on her phone, didnt ask if I needed any service or assistance i reach out to her... I was trying to buy a Bluetooth headset rechargeable via USB to use with my phone. The salesperson swore to me that the one they were trying to sell me had USB but it did not. I went out to the car checked it out went back in and returned it I was given no trouble upon return. Target does not sell a USB Bluetooth cell phone compatible headset at that location

I was in self check out tonight around 6 pm . I’m not sure who the man was working it but he was Doing a fantastic job . I watched this woman yell at him saying her check out area wasn’t clean enough . I saw it and it looked cleaned to perfection to me. She was so rude to him and he was nothing but curtious and polite to her as he wiped it down again . I just felt he needed a shout out for working through all of this with a great attitude! Wrong. How come Target doea not have Wi-Fi service for the curbside pickup customers? I know I can afford mobile data, but this should be one of the benefits.

Convenience, order was quickly filled and ready for pick-up...but stop rearranging the store so often...as soon as I know where things are in the store everything is rearranged.

Great location, hard to maneuver parking lot. But no biggie. Its a Super Target, clean bathrooms. Diapers were in the food area with formula and not with baby gear like other Targets. But it was a Super Target so maybe thats why. Very nice cashier.

Tonight my mother in law, went into your store. She went in just planning to buy a couple things and didn’t think to retrieve a cart. She then stumbled upon the toddler section and wanted to grab things for my son and ended up getting a bunch of clothes ONE of your AP came towards her profiling her and followed her. She then! Told the whole store to watch my MOTHER, as she continued to shop for things and upon checking out a male AP spoke into his mic and said “she walked past this way” as they ALL KEPT AN EYE ON MY MOTHER. They watched her as she emptied out her cart and watched as the cashier was ringing out the items to make sure she didn’t “steal” anything. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS STORE RACIALLY PROFILING MY MOTHER IN LAW AND FOLLOWING HER THROUGH OUT THE STORE. YOU GUYS NEED TO DO BETTER ON TRAINING YOUR AP ON HOW TO PROPERLY SPOT SOMEONE WHO IS ACTUALLY STEALING VS SOMEONE WHO JUST WANTED TO BUY HER GRANDSON THINGS.

They greet you politely when you enter and in my experience all the people are extremely helpful. Amazing clothes and offers too.

I did a curbside pickup. Using the app I was able to alert Target that I was enroute and when I arrived someone was out very quickly. Doing curbside at other stores has been frustrating.

My wife and I visited your store on September 11,2018 to use the Kodak photo center. We had problems with it, not your fault, and several employees tried to fix it. They called a supervisor, her name started with a M, and she helped us get some of our pictures made. She couldnt get it completely fixed, but we were so impressed with the way she handled the situation. It is rare to get great customer service now a days and we just wanted to say THANK YOU to all of your employees.

I thought Target was the “nicer” store in this category and remember pleasant experiences shopping this retailer through previous years. I was amazed at the lackluster care throughout this store and apathy of multiple team members now.

This is a great Super Target! As always, the store is super clean, theres a great selection, and the staff is friendly!Complete with a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks and Target cafe; definitely a one stop shop.The best part is shopping in a store that constantly smells like popcorn- you can never go wrong with that!

Overall experience was pleasant, and probably wouldnt have been as nice at a competitor store. Katrina who checked me out at the Guest Services desk helped me with a price match from both an online/instore price discrepancy and also a competitor match. She was very kind and went above and beyond.

I always come into this Target. Used many gift cards here! FYIToday, I came in with my kids to grab some lunch and used a gift card. The old man running the Pizza Hut questioned where I got the gift card because he didn’t know how to read the card. (He read the number at the bottom of the card instead of using the card # under the scratch off. Not to mention, he said you can only use gift cards that were purchased there.) Once I tried to let him know you use the scratch off. He disregarded what I was saying and kept on saying I had to pay. No biggie, I paid and I waited for a manager, just to let them know that some of their employees arent familiar with their obvious policies. The manager brushed me off gave me a $5 dollar gift card and didn’t even correct the employee. (Regardless if your a front or back manager she should have corrected him on the spot.) Someone could have been behind me and got hassled the same way. Well, just know I definitely won’t be visiting this one again...

This is a good store with the exception that you get no cell phone service in the store. So, if you need to stay in touch with family or office dont go there. They have prevented cell phones though out the store and in the Starbucks.

My store for groceries now...love the sales as well as my 5% discount with my Redcard and the competitive prices. Store clean, staff friendly and helpful. Produce FRESH and all else is well stocked with many selections. I cannot say enough good about this store! Being retired and wanting to save as much as possible I used to go to Kroger and Publix to take advantage of sales BUT I only need Target now so it is more of a money saver as I am close by and save time and gas! :)

Everyone else in this Target has treated me nicely, or at least decent, and Ive been coming for 15 years.I went to pick up my prescription today and she was a professional at first. Then I started having trouble understanding her because of her accent. Im not accusing her of being a bad person because of this, I just had a hard time understanding because I have very poor hearing. So I asked her politely One more time? I guess she considered that rude and raised her voice and repeated what she said. When I finally understood what she said, she rolled her eyes at me in the most dramatic, diva way. The whole rest of the exchange was really uncomfortable. Her ethnicity or race has nothing to do with this review. I am posting this review based on her bad attitude and being unprofessional. Ill give her the benefit of the doubt this time (maybe she was having a bad day or something), but if she is this rude to me again, I will make sure she knows.This is my first ever bad review. And Nina should not be allowed to work in customer service. Im only 20 years of age, and I know how to treat people way better than this, even if Im having a bad day.

The other reviews here are ridiculous. Its a Target, so dont expect they will have everything under the sun at the absolute lowest price. It is however in a convenient location, they always opens up lanes when needed to speed up check out, and it is clean. I would choose Target over big blue any day.

Worst target ever, went to exchange an item I got as a gift and they insisted on having my drivers license and refused to explain to me why. They made me drive all the way back to my house to get my drivers license I accidentally left that home just to return an item. Empty shelves, non existent Gluten Free section, no employees in sight, couldn’t find other basic things like water bottles and hand sanitizer. Really disappointing, now buying water bottles, sanitizer, and a binder on Amazon, and not getting pizza tonight.

Went in with a weekly printed ad from a local competitor store (Staples), and the supervisor said they do not match In Store prices...only online prices. Really?!? Their price match guarantee specifically says or a competitors local printed or digital ad. The guy said its store policy, and there is nothing he can do about it. Sounds like they need some training at this location. Went online, ordered same item, called and got the price match without hassle. Dont waste time here, but if you must shop at Target, go online. So aggravating

Update: Checkout satisfaction continues to deteriorate. The store seems to not have any type of training for the the cashiers in how they bag your groceries. You can line up all your stuff perfectly on the belt only to find all the cold stuff split up, raw meats on top of your fruit, and your bread squished under bananas. This place also discontinued the cheese and deli meat deal. Their only real draw now is the 5% discount with the Redcard. If not for that, Id go somewhere else.Deli staff is always curtious and Ive never had an issue with long lines there. You get a free half pound of cheese with each pound and a half of meats.Checkout lines are a little annoying in that there are 24 of them and only 4 or 5 ever seem to be open. Cashiers seem genuinely perturbed by you asking for paper rather than plastic and I see them sigh whenever I bring my reusable bags. If you end up going with plastic, prepare to have only two or three items in each bag. I hear the Earth sob whenever I go plastic and do a lot of shopping.The produce is fine, but youll find better at full-focused grocery stores. Super Targets are one-stop, so you can get both you grocery and misc shopping with one store. Its a time saver, so whatever your priorities are.Still I prefer this place over Publix, which is always too crowded, or Kroger, which feels too small. And Wal-Mart is always terrible for me.
