This was the first time I have been to this particular Sallys. The store was clean and organized. The staff member demonstrated outstanding customer service, was welcoming and asked if I needed assistance, was very helpful without being pushy.
For the review with mya you need to be ashamed of yourself for giving a review. You tried to bring back hair extensions that are non returnable. NO SALLYS TAKES BACK HAIR EXTENSIONS. Also, as a former STORE Manager you know this to be true. You were trying to get over on the manger by exchange that hair for other items to get products Free. As a former store manger Im sure you know the policy VERY well. Do you return items that are not returnable at the pepper palace as the manger in Woodstock?? Probably not. Your managerial skills are questionable trying to steal from a company you use to work for recently. Policy is policy.
Terrible customer service. Terrible business model. 10/10 would never recommend to anyone to shop here. They will sell defective products and don’t care that they are stealing money from customers. Management is a total joke.
Worst customer service I have ever recieved, Annie seemed as if she had no idea what she was doing, was incredibly rude and didnt actually want to help or give me solutions to my issue.There were boxes all over the floor which is a major safety hazard!

I’m not sure that I’ve ever had a comfortable experience shopping here. Today was just one of several bad experiences. I wasn’t in the store today for more than a minute before someone asked me “Can’t find what you are looking for?” I replied that I was just browsing. No more than three minutes later....“Still not seeing what you need?”. I was the only person in the store and the associate hovered close by me while I shopped. I was in the store for nine minutes before I made a purchase. This is not okay. Some shoppers may like the additional attention, but I don’t. Let patrons know they are welcome in your store by offering to help, if needed. Allow the space to shop, read labels, and compare products. For goodness sake don’t pester with negatively posed questions and hover as if their presence is inconvenient for you.

The person working when I came in was immensely helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions about toning in regards to my current issue (brassiness) and purple/blue shampoos. Theres a lot to navigate in that realm--thank you!!!
They are out of stock on things sometimes (automated restock system isnt good) but the manager and staff are great.
Called in to ask about hair extensions and if they had a sale. The woman on the phone was so rude!! She was short with me and rushed me off the phone saying she was too busy to talk to me about HER JOB! Omg, and Im a regular in this store. Will not be coming back!!
