I can not say enough wonderful things about this location! It’s Obviously managed to perfection as I’m treated so kindly when I come in and feel so welcomed . Every single staff member is so knowledgeable and kind . When I need something, they make it happen every single time no matter what and how . I used to shop at cosmo prof but have strictly been shopping here for three years now . I will never give my money to another shop. They are also on top of their Instagram so I am constantly informed . Very fast communication via Instagram, text, or phone . Caitlin, Mollie, and Patty have stayed a constant face that I’m always thrilled to see . They are a great example of a strong staff that works countless hours . Thank you Salon centric Roswell!

This is a professional only beauty supply store. The staff here is so helpful. I have been a professional hairdresser for over 40 years and it is such a pleasure to do business with well informed, super helpful and friendly staff members at this location in particular!

Impressed. I called the store looking for a certain brand of hair color. The young lady working located the color for me. While on hold I put in the stores address to my GPS and I wasnt going to make it in time. (was expected to arrive 3 mins after their closing time) She promised if I was going to come shed hold the color up front and wait! Even when I arrived Gabby was very pleasant and helpful! Excellent customer service from her! Kudos to her!

Customer service is terrible. If you cannot find me, nor the salon I work for in the system, offer me different options. I am providing you with my Master Cosmetology License and I am simply asking you to update/enter my information in your computer. Instead, you have me standing around for 10 minutes trying to find me in your computer. I do have prior obligations outside of your store.

Horrible customer service! No one assists you nor do they care about your time. The manager checked herself out while looking at the line of customers. Not a very professional business...
