They’re short staffed so if your getting a prescription filled or even trying to pick up a prescription you have a long wait time. Add to that people getting their vaccines or flu shots and that seem to take priority over prescriptions. Staff that is there are nice but overwhelmed.

I have Covid testing appointment for 11:15 am and I came early to drive through line. The drive through line was so slow that for each car the pharmacist is taking about 25 to 30 mins. So, far in last 30 mins, only one car has left and there are still 4 cars in front of me. I believe at this rate, I will be in drive through lane for another 2 hours……usually the service at Walgreens store are good. This is my first time in drive- through lane and I am disappointed by their slow service.

The CDC has approved the COVID-19Vaccine for 12+. Walgreens began. advertising appointments for 12+ over 24 hours ago. I made an appointment for my 15 year old. This store turned her away. When I complained, a shift leader said I have a vendetta against that store. I didn’t, but do now.

The place is clean, they have many many things you might need and it’s really good to have the Walgreens rewards like always but my only problem was the cashier of today. The lady was just so rude! I had $5 rewards in my account and she said “no you don’t” and I literally have the app open that’s hows it and she acted very indifferent and didn’t even try to check. I had to tell her something, I said “I only asked you for a favor, if you cannot do it I understand but that attitude is not going to take you anywhere in life. Have a good day” someone had to tell her something because I saw her treating bad other costumers and I’m not sure if people are just used to be treated bad and treat bad but it’s very sad and I had to stand up and say that for all the other costumers who were treated badly..

I had the best experience at Walgreen so I locked my keys in the car and had to be here for hour but the ladies were so very nice and your store is very clean it was a wonderful experience and the prices were great too

Very poor customer service. The store was empty and I didnt notice the entrance was on the other side of the store, so I attempted to walk through the exit as it was closer to me. Nobody else was in the line and there may have been one or two other people browsing through the store. The woman working at checkout told me to walk through the entrance. When I arrived at the cash register, she began cleaning the card reader with sanitizer, completely ignoring me. She finally rang up my purchase and I thanked her, with her just staring at me and saying nothing. As I left, she gave the thank you for shopping at Walgreens spiel almost sarcastically, having said almost nothing else to me the entire time. I almost never write a negative review about corporations, I dont expect someone to even exchange pleasantries, but when an employee is actively trying to waste my time as was the case here, it is more personal to me than simply being abrupt.

I have been coming to this location for over 8 years. I have never had a problem with any of the staff. Its like family.

Walgreens is our go to for so many things, I cant even list them all! Everyone is really nice, and if you need something then they jump right one it for you! Great service and clean place.

This is absolutly the worst walgreens in the entire state. All because of one specific employee you have that is the absolute rudest to every other employee and customer around her. Iv crossed paths with her multiple times and its always the same. Her attitude is so uncalled for that i have seen her yell at multiple customers just for asking her for help. None of the employees could help me with something walgreens advertises they do, and they acted like it was my fault that they do not know how to do there jobs. I will be calling corparate to complain. Dont go here if u want to be treated with respect.
