We are very regular customers of Publix. So went here Sunday night 10/17 to do a quick run. Wanted to buy eye drops that had a $6 advertised coupon. When I got to the cashier I didn’t have the “digital app” to get the coupon. I quickly downloaded the app but the line was growing. So they called the manager over and she said “I mean I could give you the discount but $6 is a lot of money. If it was 50 cents maybe”: No apology. No smile or Indication she cares at all. This entire process took 60 seconds. Mind you we probably now spend thousands with Publix a year between grocery and pharmacy. I said I know it’s $6 and I can fill out this digital app but don’t want to hold up the line. And paid and left. This manager is clearly not understanding customer service is first and Publix is literally built on the motto “where shopping is a pleasure”. Not so much: Will go to Kroger or Aldi.

Good customer service. This store is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The groceries sold here are of very good quality. They even have a small collection of sports goods and mens t-shirts. They also have Bakery, Deli, Meats and Sea food section.

We usually order sandwiches at the deli. They are almost always ready on time and the one time they weren’t, they gave us a discount. Super friendly staff. They don’t have self checkout though. So the lines get backed up easily. One guy said it wouldn’t be until something like Q3 2022 self checkout gets installed.

I am posting about the bakery here. We have done many birthday cakes here for my girls, but we are always the most impressed when we ask them to help us with something custom. This week we left a plate for a gemstone/prism party theme and were totally blown away by what a perfect match they created. The cake looked and tasted amazing. They really take care to make sure everything is the best quality and above and beyond expectations.

I was so hungry I grabbed a few things without look at the pice. The pasta salad was $4.10 and didn’t even taste that great. Who charges that much for a small container of pasta??? The chicken salad had more mayo than any other ingredients so it had no texture. Again! That was over priced! EVERYTHING IS OVER PRICED. I have no idea how they’re still in business

Employees and customers both are currently about 50/50 masked which is encouraging. Im fully vaxxed but still masking up because I dont want to be exposed to any bugs that I may have poor immunity to after over a year of masking and distancing. In-store they have recently completed major renovations and have added some product lines that I did not use to see. Ive always seen Publix as a leader in energy efficiency and many coolers that were previously open now have doors.

We need some ice cream after dinner at Tokyo Boat. Everything was quick and easy. Personel was knowledgeable and polite.

Smaller grocery store. Check expiration dates. It doesnt move products as quickly as Publix at Highland Plaza. But a good alternative with friendly employees.

We love this Publix, generally. Have shopped here for years. Cashiers and everyone wear masks, they clean the carts (I think) and everyone is polite. However, 5 months into the pandemic as the US is matching the entire worlds total in cases... I went to the deli to order a sandwich and a guy working is walking around in the deli cleaning NOT wearing a mask, and the lady who offered to help was technically wearing a mask, but not over her nose. No thanks lady. You’ve been breathing on all the ingredients your entire shift. Really Publix??? You’re better than this.

It’s small but they usually have everything I need so I can get in and out pretty quickly.

This is my go-to Publix location and I LOVE IT! Always stocked and clean, no matter what time or day of the week you go. PRO-TIP: swing by on your way home from work (around 5ish) to try the most delicious meals prepared in a kitchen the size of a desk.... It is impressive what these ladies can cook in such a small space... take a picture and show it to your wife whenever she feels like to renovating the kitchen.... well... they do have a big pantry!

Seeing as how Publix is the only game in town for 3 miles in any direction, they have a virtual monopoly on groceries, and it shows. While the Publix up the road at Crabapple is larger, this one suffers from a lack of space. The fresh produce, though decent, takes up a very small part of the store, as does the deli. Really, its the worst fresh oriented store for miles. And $13 for a tiny, whole chicken? That tells you all you really need to know about their prices. Most of the staff seem pleasant, but you will always wait in line to check out. And with the rather large parking lot, they only have two cart returns, so if you park off to the side like I do to free up space for others, you have to walk your cart all the way back to the store. For the prices they charge, the all around experience is less than premium. All in all, I avoid Publix when I can anyway, and only use this store as a last-minute, last-resort. So no, shopping here isnt a pleasure.

Thank you for serving great deli food. The roasted pulled pork is my favorite and it is great for next-day left-overs (refrigerated overnight). The store is great, in general.

This location is my main Publix that I shop at the most often. The smaller deli is excellent. The meat dept here has improved over the years. However, you will not find the typical spirit of Publix service at this location. The associates do not greet you or even speak to you at all. The cashiers dont smile, and sometimes you will get a scowl from them. Knowing this corporation well, I have to say that it is kind of strange to see that here.

Adequate parking, clean and non-squeaking carts. Super friendly staff extending little chats and courtesies. And glad restroom is tucked away at the back and not in front of checkout like the Publix on Woodstock 👌.

I showed a picture of a monster cake for my sons first birthday smash cake and Nancy made a cake that looked exactly like it! If you ever need a cake decorated be sure to ask for Nancy, she is so talented!

It is always a wonderful trip to Publix. It takes me forever to grocery. Always great service from every employee, they go out of their way to help. Never a bad day if I get a trip in to Publix which is about every day of the week, really. Thank you for being there for all ofUs..

3-4 times a week (sometimes 2-3 times a day!), always in and out, this is a great Publix with happy and friendly employees, who go above and beyond to help you find what you need OR get what you need. Fabulous deli, wonderfully staffed, great bakery that always has plenty of our family fav apple fritters. Love coming here again and again and again. Its not the biggest, it doesnt have a pharmacy, but its local and awesome.**Produce department is usually pristine, but will say the last 4 times I have purchased the Halo tangerines there has been a moldy gross one in the bag... I know I should stop buying them at this Publix but like I said, its my neighborhood Publix and Im always there (and they do apologize, replace or refund ASAP when I bring them back!).

The staff here is so friendly. Large Publix with a lot to offer. Love the self-checkout that my old Publix didnt have. But it can be very crowded and it desperately needs some cart return spots in the parking lot. Walking the cart back all the way to front of the store in the pouring rain is not fun.

Ordered a 20 piece wings. Im just eating and I have only 4 legs. Which Im not a fan of.He was very nice and Im not sure but think he is new. No problem but it should be even count. Love your store in every way.

Publix is reliably a clean, well run store with some good bogos.

Typical Publix. Employees are always willing to help, bakery does a great job baking. Produce section is overpriced (common Publix higher than normal prices), tiny, and has an issue with fruits and vegetables that are over ripe and ready for the trash.

Every time I order a Boars Head sub here they always give me publix meat...and ya they always charge you for the Boars Head. I ask for boars head for the quality thats why Im willing to pay more. I called and management was a joke. Very disappointed about my sub.

Trips to this Publix is usually good.. we order from the deli area all the time.. ever for our gatherings and parties.. today was not a very nice trip.. we order boars head oven roasted turkey (oven gold) sandwich.. we also made other purchases totaling more than $150.. when we started eating the sub, we noticed that the turkey we requested was not on the sub.. it was a different brand.. we returned the sub to the customer service and they called over to the deli to let them know we were back for a replacement sub.. we spoke to Andrea who says that she was the one who took the phone order for the sub and she was the 1 who made it also.. we said ok but it was not with the correct kind of turkey.. she became very upset and tried to tell us that she made it correctly.. instead of making another sub, she walked away and started talking to another employee and pointing at us.. very rude.. Matthew was the guy that corrected our sub and wasnt upset or trying to argue.. THANK YOU MATTHEW.. TALK TO MATTHEW ONLY!! HE IS THE BEST DELI PERSON!! And the older guy.. the older guy is nice too..

Usually great service. Today it was terrible. I went in looking for a pharmacy, I didnt see one, so I tried to ask. I saw an associate, but he stopped to help someone else first. They were before me, so I waited. Several times it looked like he was done, so I tried to ask. Each time, he picked up conversation with the other people again, all the while another associate was leaning up against a nearby fixture, watching the whole thing. I tried to ask him, all he did was point at the other associate and mouth to me that he was helping the other customer. I was not offered help until I said that I was going to find someone else and started to walk away. At that point, it became clear that the other customer probably worked there, too, as he started answering my question with more authority that the other two. Poor, poor service. It felt like they didnt care to help me at all.

Its fairly, but also fairly old. Not the prettiest. But the people are friendly.

Once again, in line to order sub, with two other ladies waiting behind me; REPEAT EXPERIENCE! Instead of taking sub orders for customers there, young man was busy slicing cheese. When asked where the customer was for the cheese, he replied he was filling an ON LINE order!!This happens repeatedly! The deli tends to the online orders instead of taking care of customers standing right in front of them.

What an absolute waste of space. If you need something from this shopping center you would do better to get it from Amazon.

It was terrible. The customer service representative, and I use that term loosely, was curt and unhelpful. They are always more expensive than everyone else they typically are out of many things that I need and were it not for the fact that they were around the corner, I wouldnt go there at all.
