Incredibly rude staff 90% of the time. Heaven forbid you try to purchase something here; the clerks will act like it’s a ridiculous chore to have to check someone out at the registers. If I was the owner, I’d seriously consider having a talk with my employees about customer service because it’s horrible… I’ve spent thousands of dollars here but will be taking my business elsewhere because of how unprofessional the employees are.

Roswell Beverage has a great selection of Bourbon, rum, microbrews and anything you heart desires! Last year they killed it with a 15 yr Knob Creek store pick. I havent tasted the 10 yr Knob Creek store pick, but I will soon!

Tall white guy with dark hair greeted everyone else when they walked in except for me, a beautiful Black woman and the other customers were all white. He was extremely unfriendly during the transaction of me paying for the two bottles. He didnt utter a single word to me other than the amount due. Its too many other places that want my business and money.

Huge selection. Im into high end drinks, but Grant, one of the workers, shared his knowledge of some very budget friendly must try bottles that had great quality for the price.

I had an older Asian gentleman follow me around the entire time that I was there shopping. At first I thought I was seeing things but to make sure I stooped down and waddled for about 2 secs and then popped back up 😂 That was when I was sure that he was following me around pretending to straighten up everywhere I touched the merchandise. Not all men especially Black Men come to steal oh yeah I was the only Black Man in the store at the time

I use to like this place me & my friend was surprised when we saw a bottle of alcohol that is usually $20 & up for 12.99 we asked the clerk 3x to confirm & he said yes correct price when we was done paying we notice our total $35 he should have told us after he scanned the bottle that the price was wrong but no instead he still charged my card & then when we try to tell him that’s wrong he said he doesn’t speak English! Little old Caucasian man I believe is the owner watched everything unfold and hide in the back but he came back out after he though we left & we confronted him & he said it is what it is all prices is final. He was so rude he could of apologize for the miss understanding and said my bad the bottles was in the wrong place but no he didn’t. I was Very disappointed because I love supporting small businesses in the area but will not be supporting them anymore!!

Good selection/variety of brands available, at fairly reasonable prices. My only complaint is it is nearly impossible to navigate the store with a shopping cart due to the fact that the aisles are not wide enough- there is product stacked EVERYWHERE. I usually have to leave the cart in the middle of the main aisle and carry cases/bottles to the cart. This is not the end of the world but it kind of defeats the purpose of the cart. Not sure if there is any way they can resolve this issue without narrowing product offering...and as I stated at the beginning of my review, the wide variety is a benefit to shopping here. Just worth mentioning for anyone planning to make a large purchase.

Went in for some advice trying to buy a $100plus bottle of bourbon....No help by the lady owner and told there are too many bottles of bourbon even though I was specific about being over $100She then proceeds to tell me she has Pappy Van Winkle but won’t sell it to me because I’m not a regular ..Chicken and egg situation

This place is big but crammed. Getting a cart through the store is always a hassle and you will almost always bump into or trip over half empty cases. Selection is good and prices are reasonable.

The courses are fun but we never got to finish our game they lied and said that the courses have to close due to lighting. I dif love the variety of their offerings. But, yesterday, I left without a purchase bc the cashier checked out an older white lady who pushed ahead of me. He said, he didnt see me though he took a customer in line in front of me first. He saw her, but didnt see (bigger, taller) me behind her. I told him, in this time & day, he was wrong to do that. No yelling, no scene. But, I wont be back any time soon

Good liquor store with helpful staff that have made some great, money saving recommendations. This is not the best place for wine. We found a better selection at the Kroger that is adjacent. That being said, they have a broad selection of liquor and had a good selection of high end items.

I gave it 5 stars for their selection of Bourbons. It’s a local store with a great inventory across all liquor and wine. The staff is friendly and will help you choose the perfect item based on your budget without being snobs. I go here weekly just to check in on what’s new and they always help. I end up bringing something home most of my visits and always enjoy the selection for the month.

My go to store in Roswell. Open late enough most days, and have pretty much every spirit, craft beer, mixer, anything you could possibly need. Staff is warm and friendly. The back back even has some interesting out of state stuff and even mini kegs sometime. Unless youre trying to drive to total wine this is ur place.

THIS ONLY PERTAINS TO BOURBON DRINKERS.This place’s Bourbon lottery is a joke. I moved to Roswell from Midtown last year and missed the lottery. This year I entered to win. You need to buy 2 bottles of 1792 Small Batch to get one entry... I had 4 entries. The lottery was last night, and I WON! I got a nice bottle of George T. Stagg... for a whopping $350 or $270 over the MSRP.Now, maybe they don’t get it. There are stores that sell their rare bourbon at inflated prices, and there are stores that have a lottery where you actually buy it at or close to retail. The point being they make money and allocation on the entries, and the lottery is a win for both parties. This store did both. I am part of several lotteries every year, and this is the first time that I’ve won and been disappointed.Even though RosBev is the closest to my house, I would rather spend the same money at Total Wine where I actually am respected as a customer.

The inspectors test for the fire sprinkler system is right above the ice machine. They tried to hide it but I found it. Bring a six foot ladder if you have to access that valve. Live long and prosper, peace.

Always stop here when traveling through Atlanta even though its slightly out of my way. Great selection coupled with excellent prices. Extremely helpful staff will help track down whatever youre looking for.

This place has an awesome selection, and always have some great things on sale. I walk with a cane and they always greet me opening the door. The have twice the selection then most store in the area. Prices are usually right in line.

My favorite liquor store

Exemplary experience. Large selection of booze and beer. As I found what I was looking for, I didnt venture further, but I was impressed by the wall of coolers chock-full of craft beers. Where Im from in Florida, there are a few liquor stores that carry a splendid variety of craft beers, but youre going to be taking them out of the store at ambient temperature...they dont pay to cool down the beer for you.My lady mentioned that she wanted to stop by Kroger to get some bottles of wine, because they had them on sale for $8, from a regular price of $12. The gentleman behind the counter told us that their everyday price for that label was $7.99, so we picked up 4 bottles.Friendly folks, and this is a large store. Ill be back during my week in Roswell to see if theres a warm aisle of beer to check out. Might find some regional brews unavailable in Pcola.One more thing. We got there just at dusk on an evening during mid May and debated whether or not the store was open or not. Its quite dark on the outside. Its very bright inside, though. The myriad windows have advertisement film on them that doesnt let much light through. I didnt peep the closing time, but park, go yank on the door handle, and go inside. Unless its 2 a.m. and youve been on a bender since breakfast. If thats the case, take yourself straight to the house and go to bed.

Whomever wrote the first review must own at one of the competing surrounding stores. Roswell Beverage has a huge selection of wine and liquor and the absolute largest selection of beer Ive ever known. The price on Liquor is very good. $38 for a 1.75 of Jack Daniels for example, that is $42+ everywhere else. Beer is moderate/fair priced. Not sure about wine as Im not a big buyer of that. Many times they have specials right in the front of the store. Like $12 for a 24 pack of Amstel Light cans or $8 for 750ml of flavored/seasonal Bacardi. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I shop here all the time and will continue to do so.

Be mindful. The aisles are super narrow. There is also a stacked shelving area that is overstocked. As I went to read a bottle up high, I set off a domino event on that shelf. An employee said upon my apologies its ok it happens quite a bit. I cant recommend a place who has a risk of a customer getting hurt. Be very careful if you need to make a stop here.

Just bought a 1/2 gallon of vodka that wont open (the cap wont come off) and they wouldnt even exchange it for one that I can drink. What the hell is wrong with those people??? The owners daughter has absolutely no idea how to treat people in a customer environment. 1/2 gallon of vodka every week for some time...NEVER AGAIN!! I notice they commented on a positive review but ignore every negative one so obviously they just dont care.

Great Assortment of all your favorite Liquors, Wines and Beers. It can be busy at times but the staff usually know exactly where everything is. Sometimes they are a little grumpy but still overall great selection good prices !

This is probably one of the single best bourbon selections in metro Atlanta, and by all accounts I should be giving them five stars for that. My issue with them is that they will tend to mark up bottles that come in that are slightly harder to find, call their preferred customers, etc. Thats not uncommon, I realize. But not all shops do this. What is frustrating is coming into the shop, seeing a case of Blantons behind the counter, asking how much a bottle would cost me, and being told they dont have any. I then point at said case and ask, thats not a case of Blantons?. Im then told Ill have to come in the next morning and talk to the owner about getting one, but she is holding them for her favorites. I never appreciate being lied to by a business, not to mention the ridiculous nature of running a shop where certain customers get priority. At that point Id probably spent $1000 in their shop that year alone--i wasnt just some random guy. Anyway, yes you can probably find that tough to find bourbon here if you keep looking, but youre probably going to pay a big mark up, and potentially deal with some run around from the staff.

There is some mean lady who works on Friday...yelled at my 15 year old for picking up a $.99 bottle of vodka and reading the label while we are on line. I bought a case of wine a week later, the box SHE gave me broke and she then informed me how my lifting skills were inept. A month later she was berating some new employee because he wasnt familiar with the POS yet.Prices are fine, its convenient-but I dumped at least a couple of grand into that place and have really never been treated well.PUNT

Id give it a 3.75 out of 4. Its a good spot outside of the city for liquor, and the owner is SUPER knowledgable about what can and cant be gotten in the US. She definitely treats the higher spenders with better regard than regular customers, but the staff are super helpful regardless of whether you spend $25 or $2500. Good choice of spirits and beer. That said, I feel their wine selection is lacking. If they had a better wine selection, id go closer to a 4.5 out of 5.
