Always have great customer service and they fix a job for the long term. I appreciate that they explain the options and do their work without judgment. Prices are fair as well. Ive been bringing my vehicles here for most of a decade and I expect that will continue.

I replaced the fluids in my 1979 Toyota FJ40 and Firestone was so nice to recycle the oils. I had a tire fixed last year and they repaired the tire and had me up and running in no time. This Firestone is a great place for service. They did not have to take my recycled oil, but did so without question.

I didnt go to Firestone, I went to Jadas Caribbean Cuisine located next door. They get a five star.

3 hours for an oil change doesnt really say great things about the business.

They always take good care of me when I go in....theyre also honest and dont seem to be looking to tinker and fix things that arent needed to make extra money.

We have had both cars serviced at Firestone on Sandy Plains Road. The customer service has been superb and we have been pleased with the service on our cars.

You go into what looks like a typical coffee cafe and order your drinks from their varied menu. Then you may have to wait especially on weekends to enter the room where adoptable cats stay. There are many areas for the cats to interact with you. Very charming. You can make reservations for the. Cat room.

Ive had my car service at this Firestone several times. Each time my tires had to be ordered because they were out of stock. What I like about this particular store is theyre very professional and courteous. Recently I had to get tires and a rim replaced. Brian went above and beyond. He not only located my tires. He found me a rim that I could afford. I liked that he kept me posted and gave me several option. I was very impressed.

First time visiting this location also Brian took care of all my issues and concerns making sure the service render was in my Budget...

This place went above and beyond! My truck had a wheel weight fall off after a new set of tires was installed I bought form them, well Brian came and picked my truck up on his day off re balanced all the tires and then brought it back to me. Exceptional customer service. Wont buy tires anywhere else. Thank you!

Wonderful experience; great staff. Cameron and Michael took great care of my car. Left my car for new tires and it was ready in less time then they promised. Never tried to sell me services that I did not need. Highly recommend this car care center.

I usually change my own oil and other light maintenance, but when my schedule is cramped I ask my wife to take our vehicles somewhere for service. This place only put 1/5 the required oil into my engine after changing the filter, and installed a filter half the standard size. They also faked their inspection points, for example writing that all four tires had the same pressure coming in and going out when in fact three of the tires needed air and none of them read the same pressure on my gauges.

Stopped in 1.5 hrs before closing time. Only needed 1 tire balanced real quick . The lady said yea well the thing is were kinda packed right now and its almost the end of the day..... Could you maybe try coming back tomorrow? I looked and there was only one car on a lift inside the shop area... I said you call this packed I see only one car on a lift?She said yea!I shrugged and said OK well if you dont wanna help me Ill find somewhere else thanksVery unprofessional customer service

They did a great job replacing my husbands tire when he couldnt be repaired.

We had been going to the Firestone at Merchants Walk for the last 3 years. We always worked with Stephen. Over the last 6 months the management changed and things just werent the same. We found out that Stephen had moved over to manage the Sandy Plains location now, so we moved to the Sandy Plains location too. He always treats us right. A little farther but worth the move.

Had a tire with a leak. Hoping it was a nail they said it was a piece of metal too big to repair. In 20 minutes I was on my way and was not charged.

They always come up with something that you dont need, to make you spend money. I never got an oil change without them trying to sale me tires, battery, or some s***t. Theyre dishonest people.
